Doc recommended for sleep
I don’t have allergies but I do have issues going to sleep. I take melatonin with some success but I don’t sleep well still. Doc prescribed some Trazodone which worked pretty good but I swear it started to make me smell funky, plus I was getting major dry mouth. He told me to drop the prescription and just take Benadryl and melatonin saying that Benadryl is an “excellent sleep aid”. Started taking it and I can confirm that it works.I switched to this brand because of the value and I have the same results. I feel like I sleep much deeper with Generic Beny than I do with just melatonin alone.
