Ibuprofen or “Motrin” is so helpful. As far as potency, as a 6′ 2″ man I find for some pain/discomfort I need at least 4-5 pills and it will last 45-60 minutes at least +/- and then gradually taper off. The Internet says it can last for 4-6 hours. In some instances that may be roughly accurate.
