I usually get whatever store brand acetaminophen they have but for some reason all my local stores were out of Tylenol at the same time. Amazon had their generic Tylenol in stock so I ordered a few for my baby who’s been teething and it’s worked just as good as you’d expect it to.

Inexpensive and my son loves the taste

A must have when you have kids or grandkids

I recently purchased Basic Care Infants’ Pain and Fever Oral Suspension for my grandson. I have learned my lesson about not having pain meds at home with my kids now I don’t go wrong with my grandbabies. I even buy extra to give to their parents so they can have it on hand. So when my children have questions about their kids I just say use… It provided fast and effective relief from his fever and pain, and the grape flavor made it easier to get him to take.

Works but not the best
This product seems to work just fine. I just had some small issues. This product has dye, which I didn’t realize but that was my fault.When using the syringe to measure out the liquid, you hold the bottle upside down and slowly pull the plunger. With other brands, I’ve been able to push the plunger while the whole set up is still upside down with no problem when I’ve sucked up too much liquid, or when there’s a bubble of air in the syringe. With this brand, if you press the syringe plunger while the bottle is upside down, a little bit of liquid leaks out of the bottle. I guess it doesn’t have a great seal between the bottle and syringe. Not a huge issue at all and can be remedied by turning the set up right side up to make that adjustment. However, I prefer the other brands that allow me to do all my measuring upsidedown without leaking.

Beware: this contain multiple hazardous ingredients!
I bought this because it has significantly cheaper than the brand name. However, after looking at the ingredients I noticed it has multiple hazardous ingredients. Things like carrageenan (well known GI irritant) and parabens. I guess you get what you pay for.

My baby refused it
I thought I’d save a little bit of money and buy this brand the Amazon brand. I actually bought two of them two boxes. But he would not take it down. So I had to go back to little remedies infant Tylenol. He really likes that stuff it’s just a little more expensive.
