Easier to mix up, harder to open, otherwise the same as mucinex
Pros: exactly the same effect as the name brand (Mucinex). Cons: much more difficult to open packaging. Unlike Musinex’s distinctive white/blue they are all white, and look similar enough to other pills that I’ve already mixed them up.

We Always Have This On Hand
I have problems with dryness because of an autoimmune condition. As such, congestion can get too thick and become very uncomfortable for me. Guaifenesin is the best product out there to help with that without a bunch of side effects. Also, my husband just had a nast bout with Cvid and it really helped him to get through it. He took this around the clock. I’ve already purchased another package like this one because we just want to make sure it’s always on hand. My husband has some lingering after effects and this is one of the medications he continues to take. It helps you have that feeling that not everything is stuck in your head and chest.

Unsure if it works.
I had covid a while back and then probably a regular cold, which gave me a bunch of mucus buildup and after trying this medicine several times , I still don’t think it did much of anything . Wouldn’t try again or recommend

These are great compare to the liquid guafenesin
When cold and flu season hit and the stores were low on inventory I ordered these pills and I like them better than the liquid …you can tuck one in your bag if you have to go out…no mess like the liquid and no cough sryup taste.

They do what they need to do, but the taste is really bitter. They are also hard to get out of the packaging so I had to use a knife each time. Otherwise, good price for the medication which is usually very expensive “at the corner” and your local 3 letter!

Same thing as Mucinex but easier with just one pill every 12 hrs and the maximum strength. FYI This is NOT Mucinex DM it doesn’t contain cough suppressant ONLY expectorant to help you get phlegm out of the chest..

Dose the job
These are ok I purchased to see if they would help better then musnex. At the end of the day I would choose musnex and these as back up. I have to take to many to do the job musnex dose in one dose. The price is of course better but if you want to take more to do the job then this is for you. Sinusitis and the mucus build up is to much so I need it to loosen up to remove it. This takes to many pills to do the job of one musnex.

Not a good generic
For the record, I usually get name brand Mucinex. It’s expensive, but it works exactly as you’d expect. It says some of the pill is mixed differently to release the medication faster? You can see it and it does. It says it will work for twelve hours? It does.For me, the fast acting is pretty important. I can’t breath I’m so congested so I need relief now. But Mucinex is very expensive so I keep some generic on hand to re-dose or if I don’t need to go out and can suffer being congested for an extra hour. Generic works fine for that… usually.Most of these products last as long as they say they do. You take a twelve hour product, you feel it wearing off about an hour before. this one wore off three hours early. Maybe it was just old product, but it’s not worth it.
