This item did make me sleepy but my sleep quality (per my fitbit) was not any better than usual and I woke up groggy. It just may be my metabolism.

I felt no effect
Unfortunately, I felt no effect from these two little purple pills. I have some Zzzquil liquid form and I feel an effect from a 30ml of that. Not sure if the dose is different, I just take what it says to. But yeah. I tried to return and it wasn’t eligable, but it said I could get a refund from Amazon. The website just sent me in circles, though, and I can’t reach an agent (at least so far, it says they’re busy.)

It works, but hard to open!!!
I love the price and the fact that it works the same as my usual brand, but the pill packaging is horribly cheap. I struggle to tear it open and the back can’t be peeled like other brands. I will not repurchase for this reason.I break a new nail every night opening these 🙁
