Good value, decent taste
Value wise, this is a deal. I quit tobacco products so I alternate between gum and vaping. As far as taste, it’s alright. Not terrible, not fantastic. But it reduces urges for nicotine and that’s why I bought it.

Nicorette mint gum has much better flavor and the flavor last longer. Downside of Nicorette is the gum gets hard after a while. This gum stays soft. Thank goodness this gum was relatively cheap. Definitely would return if it costs more. Definitely won’t be buying again. Will probably be buying a pack of the nicorette. So essentially was a waste or money

Quality has changed
it used to be acceptable, but now it’s the worst nicotine gum out there because of two major problems:1- Potency period: the 4mg now lasts just 5 minutes (it used to be a solid 1 hour even with frequent chewing).2- Every time I chew it, it leaves a clear yellow stain on my teeth, tongue and even lipsit looks disgusting (like an old smoker who doesn’t brush).if you are looking for a dry, tasteless, colorless, long lasting gums try nicotinell.Plus, Amazon gums taste somewhat like candy compared to nicotinell.

Yellow tongue/teeth
This gum is good if you’re on a budget and want to quit smoking or vaping. It worked for me. However, there’s no real “buzz” compared to other nicotine gums, and it leaves your tongue and teeth all yellow. I would chew probably 20 pieces of this a day compared to the Nicorette 4mg I would only chew 5 or 6 pieces a day.
