   Great for short people!

   This chair was super easy to assemble. It probably took me 30 minutes to unpack and assemble with the included tools. An earlier review said it didn’t work well for people with long legs. I would guess that’s true, as it works great for me with short legs. The articulating backrest pushes you forward in the seat part just a bit, and that works for me. I ended up not using the backrest and sitting forward in some other chairs. The cushion material could be better. I’m pretty sure it won’t last past a year or two, but for the price, I’ll just buy another one. For reference, I am 5’3″.

   Lovely Chair…not for short people

   The chair is a good chair. Quality. Reasonably easy to put together, although an extra set of hands will make that task much easier. It has good padding. The wheels are at least okay.The only problem I had with this chair is that I’m quite short. I tend to sit quite straight while I’m working. This chair kind of leans back. If I’m sitting at a 90 degree angle, I need a (very large) wedge pillow to have any back support at all. For me it was like sitting on a very nice stool with arms, but no back.Surprisingly, it does get short enough for me, unlike most chairs on the market. If only the back was more adjustable, I’d have happily kept it.I used the chair for 6-7 months before giving it to my father, who much to his surprise, loves it.During the time I had it, it held up well. Although I did discover that my cats love it. If you have cats, you may want to cover it.

   Everything about this works great for me

   I almost bought this when it was a flash deal or something like that but I got side tracked. When I went back on I was so bummed that the price went back up to around $260+. Then I noticed that they had other purchasing options. I saw one that was under $150, even less than the sale price. It said it was inspected, like new, and no damage to original box, so I went for it. I was so happy to see it was true. Not one thing wrong with it, not even a smudge. I left the plastic on while assembling and only pulled back what I needed to to line up holes for screws so I wouldn’t get it dirty as another reviewer suggested. (thanks). It was very easy to assemble and I’m recovering from hip surgery, which was the reason I needed the support. It would have been easier if I had another person but OI managed to balance to seat and back of chair on a coffee table and sofa to start those screws. Another tip, with all things needing assembly, I waited till I put all the screws in before I started tightening. All in all, I highly recommend this chair. Very happy with my purchase.

   The thrill of assembly

   I’ve held off writing a review on this chair because I wanted to test its durability and comfort after some use. I would rate this chair 5+ stars for the following reasons: (1) all the chair parts were well protected during shipping, (and all parts were accounted for). (2) Instructions easily followed. (3) assembly was easy and I could do it solo (although I have some experience assembling other furniture units. (4) the chair is comfortable, including the lumbar support. The manufacturer should be well proud of this chair as should the buyer who assembles and used itPhil Vanderwal

   Major low back support – maybe too much for some

   Start by saying I really like this chair. Needed something for the bedroom desk, so did a lot of looking on Amazon before picking the AmazonCommercial Ergonomic High-Back chair. Liked the color, liked the look, like the way the arms can get out of the way. All important for where the chair was going to be placed. As I read all the reviews I noticed many folks either loved it, or seemed to hate it. Thought I’d give it a shot. I’m about 5′ 8″ and about 150lbs. Currently using a Lazy Boy Big and Tall chair at the upstairs desk, so figured it may not work. 275 pound weight limit keeps one of the family members out of this one. The chair came a couple of days late (USPS), but no big deal. The box was in good shape and the contents were clean and perfect. Read in the reviews it was easy to put together, and it really is super easy. One person job, just needed wife for a few minutes to help line up the back of the chair in the last step. You just have to keep in mind what is in the manual, DO NOT TIGHTEN ALL THE SCREWS UNTIL IT IS PUT TOGETHER. Getting the holes lined up, with the arms loose was not a problem at all. Solid chair since it is metal and not cheap plastic. Think it will last awhile. Another reviewer noted she got a couple of greasy spots on the material from the hardware, so I kept that in mind while putting it together and it stayed clean. Used plastic disposable gloves to handle the bottom parts and screws.The only other thing to note is probably why some folks don’t like the chair. It has big time low back support, almost too much support. For me it’s fine, for some it might be a bit much. Otherwise, it is a really comfortable chair for sitting long periods of time. And, it really looks great. Again, perfect for the bedroom desk. Would buy it again. (might order one for a brother-in-law who needs really good low back support!)    Broke after 2 years. Would buy again.

   Very comfortable chair. I would clock in 10-12 hour work days with no back fatigue. The chair was not as sturdy as I would’ve liked and the breathability on the PU leather could be better. The back recliner clip gave out and bolt that screws the back of the chair to the base of the seat stripped off the plywood. It was good while it lasted. Not too bad considering I only paid $180.

   Just ok, seat padding flattens over time

   I have had the cream chair for a year and a half now. The seat cushion flattens over time. I use mine daily anywhere from 2-16 hours because I’m always at my desk either for work or leisure on my computer. The rhombus stitching was a little sloppy on mine– loose threads and knots poking out of the lattice pattern, but it doesn’t affect function so it wasn’t worth returning. The faux leather is super thin, and I doubt it will hold out much longer. I use baby wipes to gently clean, but somehow the cream one gets dirty super fast (I used to have a cream Serta chair and it stayed clean longer).The faux leather finish has already started to wear down. I always wear pants when I sit in my chair, so it’s very unlikely to be due to skin contact or sweat degrading the surface. I do not live in a humid climate. (planting zone 10a and 10b with light precipitation during the year)Positives: I like that you can lift the arms for when I want to sit closer to my table (I’m 5’2 and petite) or push in the chair all the way when not in use. That can also be beneficial for larger people if they need more room. The chair was pretty easy to assemble without any issues.Overall it’s an ok chair for the price. It won’t stay pretty for long but it does the thing that chairs do just fine. Structurally sound, not good, not bad. Support is ok. I would not recommend it for heavy use or people with more weight–it’s not enough support. If you just need a chair in a barely used office to “complete” the look of a guest room, or you’re on a budget, this will do. I’m going back to Serta after this chair is done.

   Excellent Office Chair!

   I have gone through and used several office chairs… I’ve spent as much as $1000. This chair by far was the best and most comfortable chair we have ever had. In fact, we are getting ready to order two more. Worth every dollar and it looks fantastic. (Side Note: we have an all female staff, so we love the cream color for our aesthetics.)

    Big and Comfy!

    I looked at hundreds before I chose this one. The hardware on the legs and arms actually match! It was easy to assemble. I had to use my own hex key because the one provided was wonky! I lower the chair completely so my feet are flat on the floor, I am 5’6″ and 116 lbs. and this chair fits my dimensions perfectly and is wide enough to sit tailor position without having to put it’s arms up. I like how the hardware color matches my laptop. I love that it is dark grey. The stitching is slightly loose on the right arm, but no worries. It feels heavy duty.Update: We liked the grey one so much that we also decided to buy the white one. However, don’t expect it to be white. It’s more of a creamy ivory. We are happy with it 🙂

    Fabulous Chair…5 STARS!

    I would recommend this chair! Let’s talk color…the color is a creamy white bisque color…not in the yellow tones. The pics on Amazon looked a little yellow…so I was pleasantly surprised. The assembly was super easy and took less than 10 minutes. The lifting mechanism is very smooth and gives wonderful height options. The wheels are easy to roll…don’t think I’ll need a chair mat…I’m rolling over a sisal rug with no problem. The Amazon description states bonded leather…this chair has a real leather feel and is nice to touch. The seat foam gives a firm support and is super comfy. Also, can’t beat the price. This chair gets my 5 stars!!!

    300 lbs is no problem

    I’ve owned this chair for almost a year and a half and am very happy with how it’s held up. I work remotely so I’m in this chair almost every day and, when I bought it, I weighed around 300 lbs. (Since then I’ve dropped 50 of those.)The lumbar support is very comfortable. Its structure and material have held up really well. The one thing I did was immediately replace the wheels. The stock wheels might be fine but I like ultra-smooth rolling – so I can’t comment on that aspect.When it finally dies, I hope Amazon still offers the model because I’ll be replacing it with the exact same one if I can. Which is unusual for me – I’m always looking for the next great thing. But, in this chair, I’ve found my permanent selection.

    Beautiful Chair but Not High Enough

    I ordered this chair as a deal of the day. Great price and delivered in 2 days. The chair is beautiful, a soft ivory leather with excellent stitching. No flaws whatsoever. I can only give this 3 stars, however, because at its highest setting the chair is too low for me. I am 5’ 4” tall, so I’m not super short. But when I sit behind my desk in this chair, I am not at a comfortable height to perform most everyday duties. I am using a 2” cushion to adjust the height to a comfortable position. The chair height from floor to the highest seat setting was not given in the description. My bad. I should have looked! After my husband put the chair together for me (very easy), I thought I could make it work. However, after a couple weeks, I knew it wasn’t possible. Disassembling and returning would be a hassle, so I am keeping the chair. In hindsight, I should have looked for the seat height (although not there at the time) and compared to other chairs. I since have found one that is 24” high, which would have been perfect! I’m writing this review so you can learn from my mistake. If you are taller, by all means buy this beautiful chair! you will love it!! If you are my height or shorter, look elsewhere.

    Part did not fit. Poorly manufactured.

    UPDATE*****As I used the chair, I discovered that the seat of the chair was unevenly filled so that the right side was lower than the left side when I was sitting on it. Lop-sided — not good!So I ordered a replacement of the same chair, and this time that uneven-seat problem was not there.However, the assembly of this 2nd chair was again quite difficult. Even though the problem with the screw holes lining up was not there with this 2nd chair, getting the parts to line up and tightening the screws was still strenuous. I am very accustomed with putting furniture together and repairing things, and I would suggest that purchasers of this chair have a second person to help put it together.Despite all that, I like the chair — firm yet comfortable. Much better for me than those mesh chairs that have the uncomfortable protruding lumbar support.Original *****I had quite a struggle for several minutes trying to put this chair together, until I discovered that the screw holes were misaligned with one of the parts.For one of the armrests, the screw holes of the armrest and the receiving hole of the chair back did not line up.I didn’t look forward to repacking and dealing with a heavy shipping box in order to make a return. Nor did I want to delay using the chair while waiting for a replacement. So I hit the misaligned receiving hole on the chair back with a hammer and was able to move it far enough over so that everything would line up. Unfortunately, that means the screw connection is not as strong, and the chair may or may not stay together.

    I Love This Chair, Rolls Easy On Carpet, Very Good Lumbar Support, Easy To Assemble

    The Chair I Didn’t Know I Needed

    Allow me to present the Amazon Basics Ergonomic Executive, the office chair I didn’t know I was missing in my life until a friend mentioned it in a Mastermind I was in over the summer.My previous chair was a brown “cute” one I bought at World Market years ago, but it wasn’t that comfortable, made my booty sweat, and some screws were starting to rub through the leather on the chair. I was trying to convince myself it was like acupuncture and doing good things for me, but both that old chair and I knew I was fooling myself.I thought all office chairs had to be ugly (picturing all of the black mesh ones I’ve sat in over the years).I figured anything that would actually be fun to sit behind a desk in would be thousands of dollars.I thought a white chair would just look tacky.I didn’t think anything office-like would actually go with the aesthetic of my home office.Boy, was I wrong.The chair is more of an off-white or cream color and looks great with my decor, but it’s truly the way it nestles my bum, supports my back (which I don’t have issues with, so it’s not something I’ve given much consideration to previously) and keeps things dry even after sitting for an hour that has me so in love with it.I feel like I’m sitting on a cozy cloud.10/10 highly recommend.P.S. It was also very easy for my husband to assemble. (I don’t have the attention span to read directions, so I am not allowed to do the assembly myself 😆)

    Great Chair for Work/Gaming

    I work from home as well as play video games in my free time. I spend about 12ish hours a day sitting at my desk so comfort in my chairs has been of upmost importance. This chair is extremely comfortable, supports your back, and is not as expensive as some of those other office chairs out there. I used a gaming chair before this and when it broke I wanted something more comfortable. This fits the bill, dimensions are just right for sitting at a desk without your feet swinging (I am 5’7). Loses a star since I got used to having a head rest on my previous chairs, so my neck can get a bit stiff after a while. Overall still a great chair for long hours.P.s. The folding arms are also nice when you need to tuck your chair in 🙂

    New today and need to buy a replacement air cylinder for a good sitting height!

    Just received this beautiful and comfortable chair today. Color is perfect! Not white, not biege but a soft creamy color. Very well made. Here the bad news: Very disappointment that the chair doesn’t raise but a few inches. After reading a few reviews regarding this issue, buying a new replacement may be in order since that’s what taller people have had to do. I really don’t consider myself to be a TALL person (5’7″), just average height. That said, I’m not sure what to cylinder to buy or from who that will fit this chair, so I have asked that question and am still waiting to hear back from someone that can help. Out of the box it’s a great investments, assembled in 15 minutes. Seems like this issue is continuous and Amazon needs to make this right. Unable to find out how many inches it’s suppose to adjust to without reading reviews/questions for an hour!! Measurements need to be clear and posted please.

    Great chair… a bit short for tall people!

    Based on someone else’s review, it would seem that this chair is perfect for average-height people but less great for those of us who are a bit tall or (according to her) a bit short. I’m 5’9 with most of my height in my legs. I like a chair to be tall enough that my legs can be straight to the floor from my knees to my feet and still have support under my knees. This chair is too short for that, even at it’s highest setting, but it can be fixed with a simple replacement of the gas lift cylinder for a mere $20 (search for gas lift cylinder on Amazon). And the extra $20 is worth it because other than that one issue, this chair is great. My first experience with this chair was at work when the firm replaced all of our desk chairs. I loved it so much that I bought it for myself when I went into private practice. The lumbar support hits in just the right spot and moves with your body as you lean in and out. I love the cream color, and the seat is padded nicely. I especially love the liftable arms. I sit at my desk for 8+ hours straight 5-6 days a week, and I never have body pain– Granted, I am only 36, but I have definitely experienced this with other office chairs that claimed to be “ergonomic”. With a simple lift cylinder replacement and a movable standing desk (which I never actually stand at), I can finally sit at my desk without my knees hitting the underside of the desk or my legs having to be extended out to have support under my knees. These two things mean that I don’t slump at my desk anymore, and my neck and back thank me! 🙂

    Best chair I’ve owned

    I work in IT and I actually swapped out my gamer chair for this one. I absolutely love this chair. The wide seat is great for people who like to have their leg up in the chair. Super plush seat, back support is great. Love that you can raise the arms and fully push the chair under your desk. Highly recommend. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and I’m extremely pleased.

    The instructions for this are basically small crudely drawn pictures. Luckily there is a video from Amazon on You Tube for something close to this chair. Every bit of this chair is heavy so it makes it difficult to put together. The chair being so heavy you’d think you’d have something solid but mine wobbles from side to side. The seat is comfortable enough but does not breath giving you hot butt after awhile.The seat on my chair does not adjust high enough and I’m 6’2″ but I am definitely sitting down much lower than mu last chair. At this price there has to be better chairs.

    Comfortable

    My daughter purchased this chair months ago. I sat in it and was sold. I got the gray one and just love it. The back (which I have not seen on any other chair) is great. You sit back and feel that support which makes me want to stay working at my desk. This chair is not like other office chairs where after forty minutes or so you want to get out because your back hurts. Nope this chair is the bomb.

    Definitely comfortable

    So I gave it four stars, as the only thing I don’t like about this chair is I was unaware the lumbar support didn’t move, or was able to be removed from the chair, as I am unable to sit straight up in the chair because I am short LOL. However it was easy to put together by myself, and sitting down and leaning back is very comfy, arm rests are comfy, I can cross my legs, but unfortunately my back is not flush with the chair so it does make it awkward :/ otherwise great chair. Also easy to roll around in on carpet (not super think carpet)

    Doesn’t sit high enough

    Easy to put together, seems like decent quality BUT the overall height of the seat is TOO LOW. It doesn’t go high enough for anyone over 5’4”. The gas cylinder simply doesn’t raise any higher and 20 inches.

    The chair i was looking for!

    I tried a lot of chairs from 100-200 USD, but this is the best one so far. The back cushion really supports your back, the seating cushion feels great and no hard at all. Overall this chair is high quality and a great value for the money. Don’t think that because is a basics brand is not a top tier product you are going to be amaze by how comfortable and premium this chair is! I would buy again and in fact I did i just got my 2nd one for my office too.

    SO COMFY!

    I am a junior in college and needed a better chair to sit in for the amount of time I spend sitting at my desk working on schoolwork. I almost bought the basic, plastic office chair but decided it would be worth it to spend a little extra money to get something quality and long-lasting. I frequently struggle with lower back pain (which sounds terrible for me to say at this age) and this chair is so supportive of my lower back when I lean back. I believe it encourages me to sit with better posture. I was also impressed with how heavy the package was when it arrived. This chair is no piece of junk-it’s hefty! I am also tall and the seat has enough length that it does not feel like I am sliding off. I think it would be just fine for people who are smaller too. The quilted look of the seat back is very aesthetic, and the tan color is very nice. The wheels roll fine on carpet. If you can build a basic LEGO set, you can build this chair.

    Amazing to Sit in All Day

    I had the older model of this chair for four years. The chair become squeaky, the seat was deflating, one of the arms was loose, and my cat scratched it to pieces but let me be clear – I could not live without that chair. I was so sad to search my order history and find out that Amazon no longer made that chair but was very excited when I discovered they actually changed their name and had an improved model. Let me also say that this cream color is a gorgeous color in person and it goes well in my living room and matches my desk aesthics. The cream color allows it to blend in with everything around it while giving it a classy look.I can’t say if it’s easy to assemble because my husband assembled it not me, but he didn’t complain or get frustrated so must not be too bad. The chair is very comfortable to sit in all day. I work from home and then use my computer in the evenings as well so I’m in this chair sometimes 12 hours a day. My computer set up is in the living room so my chair is accessible to guests and they run to sit in my chair when they come in the house instead of sitting on the sofa. I did have a bit of a break in period but that could just be because I was so used to my old chair that I needed to adjust to it. I’m a plus size gal – coming in at a size 18 – and it’s so wide that I have no trouble fitting into this chair. There is plenty of room on the sides of me. The arms move up and down which one of my favorite features. My only complaint is that I wish the chair would go higher than it does. I’m 5’7″ and sometimes I want to sit higher but I’m maxed out. Seems odd so maybe the problem is user error.

    This chair grows on you (not literally, don’t be silly)

    I bought this chair based on the overall reviews. I don’t particularly have back problems, but I needed a good WFH chair and thought why not get one with as much back support as possible.Putting it together wasn’t too much fun; the right arm screw holes did not exactly match the cushion ones. But after a bit of sweat I managed to angle it in such a way that I made it fit.Then, I found the chair very uncomfortable. It felt as if it wanted to throw me out. And I found the seat a bit hard.Still, since I had a month to return it, I decided to give it a try, using it as intended and giving it a chance.Either the chair adjusted to me, like a good shoe, or I have a new body shape that adapted to it. Either way I find it very comfortable now. It is very solid, no wobbles for me as I saw reviewed. I think the lumbar support will take a bit of getting used to, but it should go away in a few days.I also find the arms to be a bit on the wide side to rest my elbows and type. I’m 6′ 180 lbs, so probably the chair would fit better for bigger people.Overall, I do like it and recommend it.

    This is a very nice chair. It was fairly easy to put together. The color is stylish. It is very comfortable. I like the height adjustment levers and I especially like the flip up arm rests that make it easy to slide under our desk.

    The instructions aren’t the best

    I’ve had this chair for a couple of weeks now and I can say it’s a comfy chair. I got it because I was going to school full time for my last semester so I knew I was gonna be doing homework for long periods. I’ve sat in this chair for hours at a time and don’t even notice. Only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the instructions weren’t that helpful when it came to putting on the arms. It’s actually easier to tighten the top part of the arms first then bottom. Just slide the bracket down after tighten top and it can fit easier.

    Will have you on the edge of your seat.

    The chair has a substantial lower back pad that extends outward. This means that despite the length of the seat, which you can see in the product specs, there is less seat (lengthwise) to sit on. Compared to the chair this one replaced, it has 1 1/2 to 2″ less to sit on. So depending on your high or length of your thighs, this seat might feel too small. Someone 5′ 3″ might feel normal in it.Because of the pad, you’re also sitting forward a bit, so the center of gravity feels off. I feel I have to lean back in the chair for the balance to feel right. If you have it set not to recline or always sit with your feet firmly on the floor, you might be okay.The pad has some give in it. It pivots up-down, left-right but I think I’d ruin the chair if I tried to remove it.That said, the construction is excellent and it feels like a quality chair. Seated in the right position, it’s comfortable. I’m happy with the buy and this price.

    About 2 months in and it’s great!

    So to start I’m 280 lbs 6’4″And this is a hell of an improvement from the $40 computer chair at Walmart It was absolutely treacherous.The new chair provides good support for what I need. I’m using it 8 to 10 hours a day streaming and/or playing video games.So I definitely needed something comfortable and this is the chair that I landed on.So far there are no problemsFor some reason people were complaining in the review section that the lumbar support has an empty space behind it.You’d think that would be a problem but it’s actually there for you to lean left and right and the lumbar support follows your move ment so it stays on your back flush. I don’t know if it would be an issue It was an issue for me though because of that lumbar support it tends to rub against the other part of the leather on the chair which makes a sort of fart noise so if you stream and you have a high quality mic and you don’t have your filters set correctly it might pick it up every single time you lean so keep that in mind but it doesn’t bother me considering that I have my mic tuned the way that I need it.So overall it’s a great chair I rate it five stars at least two months in I will give another review in a year

    for the price, it really does not last

    I had to look up the purchase date but within 2 years there really was a decline in the quality. there definitely are some sports injuries hitting the mid part of life but this thing really has brought out problems. first I was getting a lot of swelling in my foot, bottom line was the chair was cutting off just enough circulation to mess with my foot. changed the height of it, 2 days later problem was gone. changed the height again later, knee problems. put it down to the lowest setting, problems left in 2 days. so I’m not happy with having to be that low but it’s do able. the other problem is the arms. I raise and lower there frequently. the rite arm is now so loose it rattles and is going to fall off. basically there is a nut I can’t access to tighten so I’m on the market for a new chair. we’re not even talking about the problems I have with my hips because it now leans. sure I could stand to loose 10 lbs but I’m not 385 lbs. this just does not stand up to regular use. poor value for the amount I paid

    The most comfortable office chair and easy to put together

    The color and style of this office chair is what originally caught my eye. The very reasonable price was also a perk. When it arrived earlier than expected, I was thrilled. Instructions to put it together are pictures mostly. This is not a problem because the pictures were pretty simple. It didn’t take much time to put it together. The best part was sitting in it and being completely comfortable and confident that it is sturdy and stylish at the same time. This chair is very attractive and something that I have no problem using in my home office which other people will see.SincerelyFromMe

    Lots of padding, comfy so far

    Day 1, about 20 minutes seat time:Received and the chair was very easy to put together. Would recommend leaving the arm bolts slightly loose between the bottom and back of the chair while putting them in. This allows max movement for getting the bolts started and then tighten once you have placed them all.Upon first sit, the chair feels very comfy, though at the lowest setting, I’d guess I’m a couple/few inches higher than with my previous chair. I’m 5’9″ with a 30″ inseam and I usually prefer the chairs to be just above the bottom of their up/down travel.Padding abounds and I foresee much less abuse to the coccyx compared to the thinly padded chair I came from.I appreciate flip-up arms for pushing the chair in further when not in use and it’s useful when recording guitar as the left arm is usually in my way, requiring me to sit at the edge of most chairs to allow for maximum movement.One note that might be of concern to some: I purchased the black chair which, in the images, looks to be the typical black “leather” color. However, upon arrival, the chair is a medium-dark grey instead. This isn’t a deal breaker for me, but -1 star for inaccurate representation of the color.I may update this review later if anything changes, but pleased with it overall.

    What BACK pain?

    Listen! My research came down to Serta & this best pick seller by Amazon. I was thinking Serta makes an awesome mattress SO this must be it. But my spirit was set on the best seller. Oh My God! I am so HAPPY I chose it. My husband put it together in 10 minutes! A home office is a good thing but can be a death trap for someone like me sitting with 2 knee replacements and a spinal fusion @4-5th vertebrate. I must have ordered at least 10 chairs since I was rear-ended in 2018. Where would I get $1K for an office chair? Didn’t have it. I kept searching. So this chair was my answer. I have NEVER experienced this kind comfort and support together. I still get up and stretch every 2-3 hours for circulation but now when I come into my office I don’t sigh in despair anticipating pain and stiffness. This chair is what I needed to get my work done. I LOVE IT!!

    Great for short periods of use; not great for long periods

    I waited 2 years to write this review because I wanted to see how it would hold up over time and if the support/padding would start to wear down. I have used this chair 5-6 days per week, between 8-14 hours per day and I noticed probably after a year/year and a half that the padding started to thin out on the bottom part of the chair, causing my lower back and butt to hurt after a bit of time using it. Overall, for the price and how much I have used it, I wouldn’t say that it is a bad purchase. Will I purchase it again? No, but only because I spend an insane amount of time sitting in it every week (since I work from home) and will probably just invest in a better quality/more expensive chair that will be supportive even after 2 years. I think for the price point of this, it is a very good chair to have. I just wouldn’t recommend it if you plan on using it all day, every day, as it won’t be as supportive after a couple of years.
