Purchased brand new – second day of use
1. Finding that the chair doesn’t seem to raise very high. I am 5’4″ and can sit with my back straight and feet flat on the floor comfortably. If I were taller, I don’t think I would much like this fact.In addition to the chair not being super high, I feel like it does not reach it’s full height. In looking at the base of the chair it looks like it should go a little bit higher.2. The back support is okay, I think I will try shoving a towel in between the lumbar support and back of the chair, I would like it to come out a little bit more.3. I feel like the support of my shoulders and head would be great when I lean back and maybe take a breath – however, I cannot work in the chair that way. I have to sit forward a bit more and find that my shoulders don’t reach all the way back. Perhaps this is a posture issue that I need to work on.4. The seat is comfy and thick – but I try not to sit for hours on end. I usually get up and run around and grab coffee/water and things to keep my body from sitting for too long.So, for my review this chair is decent, it could be better, but it could also be much worse considering the chair I have replaced with this one.If anything changes I will post an update.

Mostly comfortable but seems well made
Having had to sit in a chair (from a major manufacturer) that had its flaws but lasted about 6 years, this chair was a change for me. The biggest change was the lumbar support as I never had one before and I’m still getting used to it. As a reference, I am 6′ tall and weigh about 200 pounds, so chair size was a concern for me when I did my shopping for a replacement. This chair seems a little small for a larger person BUT I sat in only one other chair for years so this may be an issue I just need to get used to. New shoes can feel odd at first too. I do agree the lumbar support seems to push a person forward and does somewhat restrict the length of the chair seat – about 3 inches of my legs, at my knees, do hang over without support but so far I have not experienced any discomfort. I have learned to sit flush against the seat back (VS slouching) which also maximizes use of the lumbar support which feels good but also odd as I never had the support before. Assembly was pretty easy – always a challenge to add the arms when doing it alone, but I managed. Everything else was VERY easy, and the instructions were helpful and provided enough information. The leather also seems of good quality but only time will tell. I do use the chair every day but never for more than about an hour at a time, but several times a day. The color is also nice – pleasant and nicer than bright white. I would suggest to Amazon however, that they increase the height of the seat back for us taller folk – right now it only comes to about my shoulders because I do not slouch, so resting my head against the back is impossible unless I slide my butt forward, which then offsets the use of the lumbar support. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and have no regrets.

Great chair for plus size
I purchased one of these during the beginning of the pandemic when we went WFH full time. I’m plus size so I have a hard time finding comfortable office chairs that aren’t super expensive. I used the other one daily for a good few years and the gas cylinder started to fail. You can probably replace the cylinder, and it was still in good shape otherwise, but I apparently like to waste money so I gave it away and purchased a new one. The only thing that might be an issue if you’re both big and tall is that you can’t adjust the seat back to give yourself more room, like you can with some high end office chairs. But it’s very comfortable for me as a plus size woman at 5’4″. I like that it comes in cream color as well since I didn’t want a black chair in my home office.

Comfy but a bit bigger seat would’ve been perfect
Much easier to assemble than I anticipated. Was able to make it within two hours by myself. I am 5‘8“ and although I can sit with legs criss crossed on the seat, it’s a little bit of a struggle. Would’ve loved the front to back length of the seat to be longer. At its highest height, my heels are lifted from the floor.I thought this chair would lean back more, but it has very good lower back support.

Super comfortable and cute!
I was really picky on what chair I wanted for my desk so tried to do my due diligence when researching. Saw this one had a lot of good reviews, looked further and decided to give it a shot. The assembly was easy, the color looks great in my apartment and it’s very comfortable! I saw people not like that you can’t take the lumbar support off but that’s exactly why I love it, personally I need the support. If you need good back support this chair has it. Love this purchase!

Great quality and comfortable
Chair is high quality and very comfortable. My office is next to my living room space and is not an eye sore at all. Arm rests raise to be able to roll under desk. Took about 20 minutes to assemble. Highly recommend!!!

Not quite as good as a $2,000.00 chair, but hey…
This ain’t no Steelcase or Herman Miller, but it’s pretty darn good for the money. I only work a few hours per day in it and it’s fine. Lumbar is a bit bulky but used to it now. No bells and whistles, just a good chair.

Bought a Second One
I had purchased this chair a year ago and was impressed with the quality and comfort. The price increased and I put one in the cart and waited for a reduction, which finally came. It needs to be assembled but it wasn’t that hard. Maybe 90 minutes … and it helps to have help when you attach the back. The only drawback is that the back and seat are attached. To lean back, the seat moves also. In short, it’s not a recliner. A goof value and looks like it cost much more than it did.

Almost perfect
After many months of reviewing, I settled on this chair. I work from home virtually as a psychologist. Therefore, I sit in my chair ALL day. I’m 5’4 and 110 lbs. finding a chair that was comfortable for someone petite was a challenge, but this seems to be doing well (have had it for a few months now). My only complaint is this squeaky sound it makes when moving sometimes. It seems like it’s caused by the mid back support cushion. I’m hoping it wears off…
