Amazon uses deceptive practices with these AMAZON BASICS.
You indicate that the item cannot be returned but will be replaced within a year, if there any problems. I hadn’t even used it a dozen times but it went dead, and yes, i changed batteries. It’s defective but can’t be returned but needs to be replaced which Amazon makes difficult to navigate their policies. This item is hazardous, the new batteries i left in trying to troubleshoot, instead shorted out the internal motor, smoking and heating the batteries too uncomfortable to touch. All these Amazon basic flossers need to be recalled.It’s a sin that you’re still even selling this junk. It indicates Amazon devolving into a grifter outfit.

Bad quality
I purchased this for my daughter as a cheaper alternative to the waterpiks My wife and I have. Big mistake! As soon as we got it out of the box and loaded batteries, we realized it would rarely turn on, but if you got it on, it then would not turn off no matter what you did, other than removing the batteries! And that’s a problem when water is squirting everywhere! And it can’t be returned or refunded, due to the nature of the product, according to Amazon.

Horrible
This works for like 30 seconds until the water runs out and the pressure is so low it barely cleans anything. The worst part.. no returns allowed. If you try to return it, it sends you to trouble shooting and then, when it asks if the trouble shooting helped, if you click “No” it actually gives you a message telling you to “trouble shoot on your own.” No further options even if it’s defective or something. Oh, it doesn’t work? Well deal with it in your own.. How rude is that?!

Broke after a month

the device worked wonderfully for 60 days. yet the switch malfunctioned after exactly 60 days as it would not be turned off other than removing the battery. when you open it up you could see the inner parts lacking waterproof engineering in the battery compartment and around the switch/circuit part.

Power button broke

Stopped working
Bought to use for travel. Used a couple of times and when we travel I took the batteries out so it would not go on in the suitcase. NOW battery compartment at bottom will not close all the way to lock so DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!

Very Poor Design
This flosser has 3 major flaws which make it unusable for me. This is my 5th flosser and no previous purchase had these issues. One, the tip is very loose and spins freely requiring both hands to use, one on the unit, one controlling the tip. Otherwise you will end up flossing your cheeks as the tip whirls around in your mouth. Two, the tip itself seems too big to get in between the teeth. It’s not pointed so much as a blunt end with a small hole in it. Three, there is no speed setting and the default is very strong. A waste of money for me.

it sends rather forceful water into areas you decide, but be careful as it can hurt you while you look for the right spot! Good product, does everything it says it will and doesnt have to have a recharger taking up valuable counter space. Yes, I reccmmend the product

This is the best portable water flosser!
I’ve tried other styles and brands and this portable travel flosser is the best! It does the job – isn’t messy with water spraying everywhere – light and easy to pack. If I had to say anything negative…I wish it came with a travel carrying case – although I was able to create one my self!

Worked at first but broke soon
Worked fine for the first few weeks, but after I replaced the batteries it started acting weird (slowed down then sped up randomly). I thought maybe the batteries were old so I replaced them again with fresh but it continued. Then I accidently dropped it and while it looked fine it acted so sluggish I couldnt use it anymore. Also it doesn’t seem like the battery compartment fully closes at the base so maybe some water got into it? Anyway I’m trying a different brand bc I’m spoilt now.

Don’t waste your money
Power is is just mediocre and it runs on batteries which don’t last long. Not worth the money or the continues money you will spend on batteries. My own fault for not realizing that it wasn’t rechargeable. In any case, even if it was, there are much better (and better made) options.

Power button doesn’t work
Power button won’t turn product ON or OFF. I’ve tried several times & changed the batteries, all that was accomplished was the dang thing now powers on & off all on its own. Add insult to injury, Amazon makes it incredibly difficult to return the POS. Just bought a new one (different brand) & will now deal with Amazon to try to get a refund for the first one.

Ouch!
This device has a very sleek and convenient design, but it hurts! I thought the stream would be a lot more smooth and gentle but it was pulsing and very sharp-feeling. It felt like I was sandblasting my gums. I have good oral hygiene and floss regularly, but I cannot tolerate that feeling. Perhaps this is the downside of a battery-operated design?

Works much better than string floss
My dentist recommended a water flosser because I have a lot of crowns that fit tight. I was surprised how well this device gets in between the teeth for a clean mouth feeling. Just fill the water reservoir and it’s ready to go. Remember to keep your mouth closed because it’s a strong stream of water!
