works well
I am a male in my 60’s and I have incontinence. I use these pads every day. They work well. The only negative is they say that they have odor control, which does not work. I have tried a couple different brands of pads for men, which also claim to have odor control, but none have worked for that issue that I have tried. I am sticking with, these pads ” no pun intended” in the future because of the value for my money.I do recommend these pads.

HYPERHYDROSIS RELIEF
As the title says, i suffer from hyperhydrosis, meaning i sweat from my pits uncontrollably. I tried every antipersirant you can imagine and none of them did a thing. i tried pit guards and pantyliners, none of them stood up to the tidal wave.Finally, after leaving work with stains that go from my pits to my waist for the 100th time, i found these. These beautiful pads fit easily into my casual overshirt, and are unnoticeable even when im lifting my arms over my head. They survive me moving and lifting for my entire 8 hour shift, and their absorbency is unmatched. i went from stains that start at my pits and go down to my pants, to having DRY arms. Completely dry. i have never had an issue with a leak or the adhesive failing, these are truly an EXCELLENT product.

Very large bulky pad
I am a 71 year old male and while I don’t have heavy urine leakage, after I diddle (especially during heavy beer drinking) I may have a little urine leaking in my underwear so I wear a pad. Keeps things nice and fresh and clean. Depends are standard nice and light and thin BUT expensive as hell to wear on the daily. These Basics work fine but they are much larger then Depends and bulky as hell. If you are wearing slacks or shorts with light material I almost think you can see like a crotch bulge but I’m self conscious. At my age who cares but younger men look sharp and pay for depends or Walmart brand is nice also

For my dad
When my dad comes for a visit/stay, I try to have everything here that he needs. Incontinent of bladder almost 100%. Put these in his depends, so when wet can be pulled out without having to replace the depends (some of the times). The product worked great.

Chaffed my inner thighs
Product causing chaffing on inner thighs. Stopped using for a week & tried again with same result. Have been using Depend brand Guards for 9 years & decided to try these due to lower price. After about a day or so of use the chaffing started. I believe it is due to the two rows of stitching in the ruffled area on both sides. The Depend brand does not have stitching and this area feels softer than the Amazon Basic Guards. With the thousands of positive reviews of this product, only a couple mentioned chaffing so I’m one of the few that this affects. Otherwise, the product seemed well made and absorbed good. Amazon was great as usual about offering a refund. I’ll donate what I have left & maybe someone else will get use out of them.

Great Price, good coverage
These Amazon Basic pads are a great price. 52 for less than $14! They work for men just as they should, but I wish they came in a lighter, less bulky version. I need to use pads since my prostatectomy a few years ago. However, a very light pad would work for me and there are several on the market I have used, but most of those are too small for me. I like that they are thinner, but they don’t cover as well, and I’ve had a leak or two that showed because the width of the lighter pads was not enough. These are wider and I’ve never had a “show thru” problem while wearing these. I also don’t like to spend money on this type of product and I’m willing to wear something that is a bit bulky for significant savings. Try them for $14 and you may be just as satisfied with them as I am.

Extra Security
These pad inserts help with adding extra protection for any adult incontinence product. Can be used alone (in underwear) or added to adult incontinence product. This product is very absorbing a prevent leaking. My father broke his pelvic bone in 3 places so, getting him up to a toilet is not always possible.

AMZN’g pads! One mod may make purrfect?
Disclaimer: The review may be biased as my continence improves.TLDR: So far these guards are across-the-board better than (WMart) Assurance (2nd) & Depends (3rd) Guards. I small mod (depicted in pics & explained below. make these really, really good.Major Problems I’ve had = 1-5* rating best (these) to worse (Depends)): – constantly wet ‘junk’ = 4 – 2 – 2 – odors – pad and ‘junk’ = 4 – 3 – 2 – saturation & leakage. = 4+ – 3 – 2 (AMZN hasn’t leaked yet)Minor grievances: – adhesion = 4 – 3 – 3 – comfort = 3.5 – 2 – 2 – bulk – 3.5 – 3 – 3When I first tried these, I was 2/3 through a 52 pack of Depends (2 52pk Assurance before that). I was very disappointed with the Depends in they kept everything stinky*and more prone to leak than Assurance. I put these on ‘wet’ and immediately noticed comfort and ‘drying’I’m 5’6, 200lbs & wear XL Undies. For continence I use pads in L briefs so they ‘snug’ the junk more. Best to keep undies from riding down from belly (only fix is loose weight?)The pictures (L to R): L – how my body naturally contours these M – how I try to mimic this using adhesive cut from used pad – note how the bottom, flipped up forms a trough that presumably could impede any oversaturation R – TIP: my ‘hang’ favors the right & try to fit pad accordingly. What I find works well it to turn undies inside-out, flatten and affix pad. I then reach inside and grab end of pad and turn right-side-out. I find this faster & better overall.Good luck on your ‘Journey to Dryness’!* Ended-up using sprayer w/diluted bleach @showertime.

Good Product. As w. other brands – make sure u “install” them so the liquid is caught. Used 4 years.
I would have rated this 4.5. Value, comfort etc. is all fine. The only problem, as others have mentioned, is there is sometimes “leakage” that occurs even when the pad is not very full. I think what happens is that if your underwear has shifted slightly – it isn’t in position to catch the output. Part of this problem might be on my end. I have wound up with diff. brands/styles of underwear and do need to position the pads depending on how high up on my hips the underwear reaches. Of course positioning depends on where the source is going to hit the pad. Am 85. Once in a while use 2 pads/day. Usually use one and often not more than half full.

These are perfect if you have dribbles after peeing or even trying to make it to the bathroom. Many on here say it’s too bulky but I think it’s wonderful. If you make it not bulky then there won’t be any protection left incase of an accident. There is a lot of padding for a reason. Please do not change! This is perfect for me as I am a 30 year old male who was OAB/urge incontinence. This product is excellent when I’m at home or on the go. I will use diapers for longer wear when traveling but these do the trick

I gave this product 3 stars because they only work for small leaks and only with Jockey underwear. They don’t work with boxers. They worked 50% of the time for me. I finally had to get some Depends for men. They are comfortable and work great. I don’t recommend this product.

80 year old baby didn’t like them but my mom did lol
Growing old is rough and so are urinary tract infections. After a number of uti’s my dad has problems with urininary incontinence. My dad is like an 80 year old baby that doesn’t want to admit his problems. Ok, I get that’s probably where I get my hang ups lol but this is not about me. My dad told me he “didn’t understand how to use them (pads)”. I told him he had to put them in the ‘zone’ in his underwear and he might have to try a few times to get it right. Well dad never tried them but my mom (also has incontinence issues) took advantage to use them herself. Mom figured it out and was able to use these discretely.

PERFECT for my needs!
I’m 65 years old, & yet I’ve suffered with various stomach problems over the years that result in certain “streaks” in my underwear! I’ve tried various products to “absorb” the problem, but these pads are the best thing that I’ve found. I particularly like the adhesive strip that fixes it to your underwear, & it’s snug against your butt when you sit down. Only issue is that the looser your under-shorts are: the less likely the pad is to be snug as you walk. However, I feel like that’s a tiny price to pay for helping keep underwear clean!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
