Legal / Wide Ruled
Typically used by American grade-schools, the wide-ruled paper offers 1/4-inch (6.35 mm) spacing between the blue horizontal lines. The extra space of the wide rule can make notes easier to read, and it nicely accommodates those with larger penmanship.
A 1-1/4-inch (31.75 mm) left-side margin, drawn with double vertical pink lines, creates useful off-to-the-side space for extra notes.
Perforated
Each sheet of paper can be drawn up and over, exposing the page you’d like to use or view. To remove a sheet of paper from the writing tablet, simply pull along its top perforation. The perforated top helps ensure clean tears without messy ripping.
Sturdy Cardboard Backing
Each AmazonBasics writing tablet comes with a strong cardboard backing, which offers the firm support and stability needed to write from anywhere–no desk, table, or clipboard required. What is this? Some kinda loss leader? These 5 x 8″ tablets are perfectly good, and only about a buck a pad, while much the same thing is two bucks a pad in local Office Depot.
