Reasonable replacement for Dixie
These small dessert-size plates are good enough for our uses, we don’t load them with anything heavy nor do we put steamy-hot things on that will soak the paper. We love Dixie but having a hard time getting them, so decided to give these a try and they are fine for our use, but not as heavy-duty as Dixie.Side note: I only received one 300-plate pack of the two-pack set, same as others have mentioned. I reported the fulfillment error to Amazon and they credited me 50%.

Stuck together but decent overall
Guessing 10% of these plates were stuck together. Have purchased a few times without issues. Good overall product though.

Keep sticking together
Like the paper plates, they hold up pretty well. Hate that they are constantly stuck/glued together and I have to take stacks and carefully pull them apart

A bit different than my usual “club” brand
We use Member’s Mark from Sam’s Club. When I purchased these Amazon plates the price was too good to pass up.With 29 Members Mark plates left I get to do a side-by-side comparision.Right out of the box the Amazon plates get a negative. The bag is taped shut. Not resealable. Not easy to open.Next Amazon plates have a very shinny coating a have a distinct plasticy smell that starts to smell vaguely waxy the longer you sniff.Neutral points the 29 Amazon plates weigh 20g less total than the 29 Member’s Mark plates. They are ever so slightly smaller at 10.06-in compared to Member’s Mark at 10.625-in.If you regularly put 1 pound on these Amazon plates and expect to carry it one-handed over more than a short distance I would be concerned but it does hold 1lb. Just not as well and unwaivering as Member’s Mark. It’s not a big deal for me but it could be a negative for someone else.On to the positives:Color is much more fun than the blue of Member’s Mark.Easier to separate. In the end, the smell is really concerning to me and what makes me most wary of repurchasing. I probably won’t unless they become significantly less expensive on a regular basis than my usual brand. The only real positive here is the ease of separation and it’s just not that big of deal when they smell vaguely of a children’s crayon box.Pictures to come. Maybe more updates if I learn anything else through long term use.
