Our child seemed to get tired of eating prunes, although that worked for a year. When not eating enough fruits and vegetables, this is a great supplement. Several flavors and mostly these taste just like fruit gummies.

Exactly What We Needed
My 3 year old is a picky eater, which means he doesn’t always get enough fiber. Because of this, he experiences constipation a lot. Well, since buying these gummies he never struggles anymore. It took about a week or 2 for me to notice a difference but he seems to be having no more tummy issues, thank God! Our bottle will be running out soon and I will definitely be buying another bottle before then. These have been a game changer!

They’re ok.
They work as they should but they’re not my kids favorite kind. I have 4 kids so we go through these fast and shortly after opening the bottle the gummies start to get hard.
