I think I love this thing…
I don’t write a lot of product reviews, but this one has been great so far. It holds a ton of product, has a bit of variety for holding smaller tubes and pencils and such, and it tracks smoothly. The rubber o-rings that hold it together seem substantial enough, and it takes up so much less space than all the makeup bags and such I have had strewn around the counter for too long. Nice investment, really pleased.

Reclaim Counter Space
My husband doesn’t grasp the concept of we ladies needing things, many little things, within easy reach. I’ve lamented the fact that I have a small bathroom countertop and he simply shrugs and scratches his head, pondering Why.I have this guy loaded up with all my essentials and I still have space. I will disclose that I Rarely wear make up so only a couple key items are out, e.g., my most used eyeliner, lip gloss, blush, and foundation. Everything else is put away so I have significantly less than many other gals. My brushes are in a smaller organizer with my make up remover, toothpastes, and a couple other items I can probably put away because I can’t think of what they are at the moment.I digress. The assembly was a piece of cake, though I was uncertain what the fixed fixers were. They’re little O rings that come in a bag and there were 4 extras which further confounded me. Turns out they’re what hold the organizer together. One side of each piece has a T shaped hook and the other side an L shaped hook. The O rings slip over the T shaped hooks so they’re anchored and can’t be pulled free.Adjusting the shelf heights was a breeze and I foresee cleaning as an easy task. Take it apart, throw it in the top rack of the dishwasher, or in a sink of hot soapy water, let it dry, put it back together. Easy.It’s a little rickety but still I expect it to hold together for a great long while. At least until the O rings dry out and get brittle. Silicon caulking or a tiny hair band or even the bands people use on braces might do the trick. The caulking would mean a permanent configuration and even if it was clear it probably would look a bit ratchet. I’m sure there are O rings aplenty at the hardware store that would work as replacements.It turns smoothly enough on the ball bearings. I can see the potential dust getting into the ball bearing area in the future to cause a rougher pivot, but I’ve been wrong before, and it may be encased well enough to remain dust free.This reduced the amount of counter space I was using by about half (it’s a Small counter) and I could fit another one next to it. I’m happy with this purchase. For the price I think it could stand to be a little tighter when assembled so I’m withholding one star because there’s room for improvement.
