7/7/24. Just arrived today. I just did my initial inspection and set up. Good and pretty easy to do. And works like it should and instructions are dead on and right.Will update if I find/anything I find.7/18/24. Well no fun update but the safe decided to reset itself and the passcode I put in wouldn’t work this evening. Not until I pulled a battery and reset the passcode. Now I know I watch out for this and glad I keep the keys and manual in my Hornady.

Not fit for folders or binders
This safe is not suitable for A4 folders. In the photo they show in vain that the folders fit. This is not true. I don’t know if everything works well. I need this safe only for documents. And I put 4 because I don’t want to spoil the overall rating. But they definitely need to replace the photos so as not to mislead people

Keep your belongings safe
For $50, I didn’t have that high of an expectation. This is overall a great safe for the price. It doesn’t come with batteries, I thought it was just rechargeable but it’s ok. 4 batteries are required to keep it charged. The box appears sturdy, might came with a small dent on the top- but I probably won’t bother returning it. The size is large enough for most, and I would highly recommend bolting it against the wall rather than the floor due to complexity with drilling it into floorboards

Great Little Safe
This safe is similar to the safes in hotel rooms, it is mounted to the wall on a shelf in the closet for my wife to use. It is a digital safe that works well and after mounting it does not have any edges for someone to grab it. The safe holds quite a lot but it is small enough to hide behind clothes.

Nice little safe. The included batteries went dead in less than a week causing us to think keypad was defective. What’s the point of even including batteries if they only last three days? But… Put some premium Duracells in it and haven’t had an issue since. So go ahead and replace the batteries right off the bat And it’s a good little safe.

SIZE IS INACCURATE
First, the size they claim is a bit inaccurate, claims it can hold “legal” size documents, NOPE!! I have 8 1/2 x 11 checks that are in a folder barely bigger than that and it is a struggle to get them in and out. Barely fit and the inside is supposed to be 9 3/4 x 13 ish. So, unless you are just putting in sheets of paper, no folder or dividers, this really isn’t the one for you. One reason for the sizing issue is the door hinge, it is about an inch or little more square at the bottom corner takes up space that is supposed to be usable. It is not. Second, the so called “Mat” that comes with it is just a piece of felt. OK, so that will do the job if you are trying not to scratch your counter or shelf, but here’s the problem……..they cut a big piece out of the corner of it and used it for the padding for the door so it did not bang around in shipping, so the mat is not usable. But here’s the kicker….When I reached out to Amazon Customer Service, after like 5 people disconnecting me for taking longer than 20 seconds to type my response, I had 2 options, 1st, just forget the mat and deal or 2nd, they ship me new safe, I unpack it, set up the lock, because the mat is inside the safe and the safe is locked, then send them back the safe. Then, after telling them how ridiculous that was and I wasn’t doing it, they gave me a $15 credit that you can’t find. It is only for and item sold and shipped byAmazon, which is fine, but there seem to be no mats that fit that. So, didn’t get what I paid for in that department. FYI: I am told that the $15 credit only shows up at checkout, so I spent hours trying to find a mat that would qualify just to get to checkout and there is no credit so I have to delete it and look for another. I did nothing wrong, I ordered the safe and paid for it but yet, as usual lately, I’m the one spending hours to just get what I paid for.

Great, sturdy and solid safe! Wish I had another
It does exactly what I need it to do. Its easy to use. Has back up keys. Lots of room. Great price. It’s sturdy but not an overly super heavy safe. Would I keep gold bullion in it? Not, absolutely not. But it’s good for my purposes. Keeps certain items safe and I like that, should I choose, I can bolt it to the floor. Wish I had one more of them.

Wonderful
This safe has a lot of room for items. The fireproof pouch is roomy for paperwork and passports. Items fit perfectly. Excellent price for the size of this product. Easy to open with code or key. The fireproof safety is an added bonus. The holes for the anchoring are in perfect places. It is a nice looking product!

Pretty good safe. Don’t rely on just the code.
This safe is great if you only want to put small things in it. If you have a couple of handguns it would be good for something like that. The only annoying thing is that you can’t rely on only using the passcode because if your batteries die, (which they will) You won’t be able to access anything inside without the key, (or a charger, if it works). Having your key anywhere outside the safe makes it a risk for people being able to get into it, and you can’t rely on just your passcode and batteries, so it could be better.

Great for what it is
Purchased this to keep prescription medications out of the reach of children and teens. We are very pleased with the results. Easy to program for the digital code, easy to use the key and glad it came with bolts to attach to a shelf or a wall. It’s sturdy, came very well packaged protected.This safe is light enough to be picked up and carried away by almost anyone over the age of 12 and could eventually be broken open with a power saw or a welder/cutter so if you are storing anything very valuable, dangerous, i.e. weapons or medications, or cash I suggest you find a place to bolt it to first.Overall we’re pleased with the purchase, but haven’t had the need to attempt to open it through the usb port yet.
