Customer service isn’t the best
Upon purchase I received a usb cord for the safe but now I can’t find it I reached out to customer service and they’re giving me the biggest run around about sending a replacement smh. I hope I don’t have the same issue if I need keys replaced God forbid. Other than that it’s a decent cheap safe.

Easy to use, not quite big enough for letter size documents.
I was hoping the .6 cubic feet size would be big enough to hold a letter size document so it would lay flat. It almost works, but you have to slightly bend a letter size sheet to get the door to close. Other than that this is a decent safe. It’s easy to set the combination, open it, and you get spare backup keys. The safe itself isn’t that heavy or thick walled. It will be easy for someone to walk away with the safe and then cut it open. But for just keeping things out of reach of people who might e in your house this will work.

it was hard for me to figure out where the key went to
The safe overall is fine but when I first received it,the directions dont quite explain clearly how to open the safe with a key and how to get the rectangular spot where the key goes in ,open..so that was confusing for me.
