Just What I Wanted and Expected
I bought 2 masks: one for me and one for my daughter. My daughter was dealing with flares from an autoimmune problem. She had to sit in front of a fan to keep her face cooled. When I got this for her, she was so excited because she could walk around and be productive in the house and not just be glued to the fan. I purchased one just to reduce any swelling in my face (for purely cosmetic reasons.)It is soft on one side so that it’s not harsh on the skin. Honestly, I haven’t tried the other side with just the beads. The coolness wanes after about 15 minutes but you’re not supposed to keep it on for longer than that anyway. The straps work fine to keep it in place. It comes with a plastic baggy that can be closed so that odors don’t get to it. The color blue matches the picture advertised.

Good mask but do not microwave longer than 20 seconds.
My daughter purchased 1st mask for me after facial surgery. It melted in microwave after 30 seconds. I purchased another and put in microwave in 10 second increments. This was the best way to use.

Ladies must have to add on to your home care spa treatment for your face, this product is a warm and cold product you can use it either way but it does work amazing on your face to take down the stress the daily swelling and just to give you that all refreshing relaxed untensed feeling on your face as if you went and had a facial use your common everyday facial products and then either wear it warm or cold applying on your face do a spa day at home relax thoughts of meditation music and this product is absolutely amazing we’ll recommend it to anyone

Flushing rosacea
It was nice to finally have a diagnosis as to why just ONE of my ears has been flushing/burning occasionally for so many years.It has been getting worse (no thanks to the stress induced bouts). While quitting my job would seem to reduce this, I would then have the stress of finding a job…I don’t really get embarrassed.I don’t really get angry (I get even)But my rosacea makes my face burn.Not like a campfire.Like an incendiary device. With gasoline. Left unchecked by the fire department.It doesn’t work to just dunk it in cold water – I need ongoing cool/cold. While I could use a snorkel, it isn’t very practical.The two sides- both direct and fabric lined make it adjustable. Obviously, the face shape makes it perfect to put on my face and keep that skin covered to help slowly bring the temperature down and decrease blood flow. The adjustable Velcro keep in in place, and provide adjustment regardless of what my hair is doing that day.It also has the benefit of scaring my children away which also helps to reduce stress.Would recommend.

overall gets the job done. good for the price, however the fuzzy side doesn’t get super cold so I put the gel side on my face. also it looks a little scary so if you have roommates or a family they might judge

Reduce my dark circles!
I was struggling for a while with dark circles under my eyes. I used this product cold and it helped reduce them within a week. The placement can be a little challenging. The beads and the elastic bands sometimes interfere with even placements, but that didn’t considerably impact my experience. The gel bead also tends to break apart within the mask, but I didn’t find that to be an issue. Occasionally, the mask would get a little frosty when I put it in the fridge. Additionally, the fabric material makes cleaning a little difficult. I’ve also used this product hot. The process of warming it can be a little challenging. I think the directions say to place it in the microwave for 10-second intervals. I found this to be excruciatingly slow but was concerned that any more time would cause damage.

Holes don’t line up with face
The holes on the mask do not match up with my face. In the picture, it shows it aligning to her face perfectly and it’s not close on my face. Otherwise, it is nice with the cool and warm sides and to be able to see out of the mask is a plus.

I think it’s important to say *its reversible*Lots of reviews said something about having it on backwards, but it’s more evident when it’s hot.. one side is way hotter, and you may not want that. When it’s cold, if you want colder, you can flip it. I’m glad it’s 2 sided so I can choose.

Smallish, freezes rock solid, ripped.
This mask is too small for men. Doesn’t cover face fully. It also isn’t flexible. Freezes rock solid, doesn’t mold to face right out of the freezer. I suspect this is why the bottom on the mask ripped.

Two sided feature is great! Versatile use!
This mask duo is great! The full face mask is amazing to decrease puffiness and as a general part of your skin care routine. I recently had some laser treatments, and this also helped immensely with the swelling.The eye mask is an added bonus for days where you don’t need the full face or when looking to relax or calm a headache.However, the best part is that this is two sides! Each side provides different levels of coolness or heat, which is super handy when you’re seeking a more extreme or subtle experience.10/10 recommend!

Love the product itself, easy to clean, gets cold in 30-40 min for a 10 min treatment. My only problem is it does not go all way around til my side burns, which is one of my problem areas and i need cold treatment there to prevent break outs

Everyone needs one
Lifesaver for my son!! No matter how many layers of sunscreen, hats, etc we put on him he was just prone to getting a burn. We live with aloe plants on the ready and this mask was perfect for his little face in those areas where ice packs were uncomfortable. Adjustable for any head, soft side or bead side as it’s reversible. Easy to clean and gives instant relief!

Takes a moment
I would recommend letting it set out for several moments before attempting put around your face. Otherwise the product is too frozen to mold around the areas that you need. But otherwise works as you would expect.

A tad small for my face
I’d give this product 5 stars but I had to go with 4 because it’s smaller size. But I still enjoy it. I put it on first thing in the morning while sipping on my coffee to help me wake up 🙂 you can keep it on your face 15 minutes tops but honestly you don’t need to keep it any longer than that. Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase. Wish the mask was a tad bigger.

Does not stay cold long at all
I got this after getting a minor lip surgery done. I use both the eye and face mask to ice my lip hands free. It’s a good value for your money and if you’re looking for a quick 5-10 min chill to relax, it’s perfect. But after that it’s just a nuisance to keep on.

amazing at depuffing the skin
I like this ice pack mask a lot it helps A LOT with my puffiness in the mornings and also when I have a bad headache. Just note that it can get super freezing and hurt your face, so take it out of the freezer at least 10 minutes prior to applying it on your face. Use the gel side as that really depuffs and reduces redness.

May Not Be Made For Every Face
So, this product was an excellent choice for having an ice pack for your face, especially if you have a swollen face from, let’s say, a chemical peel or something. This ice-cold face mask would be perfect for you during those lovely, needed spa days. But… This mask is not meant for every facial type.For example, I’m African American, and while the facial pack fits around my face perfectly, the mouth section is raised too high for my lips to fit through. Well, my lips can occupy the mouth section of the product, but at the expense of the nose and eye sections not fitting correctly, either. So, while wearing the face mask, my upper lip pokes out in the mouth portion with a squished look, while my bottom lip is pressed harshly underneath the mouth opening. Very uncomfortable, even when I loosen up the Velcro bands from behind my head. It does really do its job for about 20 minutes; however, keeping the ice pack cool to your face, though. And very soft and cushiony on the outer area of the product, so lying down with the product doesn’t accidentally freeze to anything else that’s not your face, like your cover or blanket.On the other hand, the smell is overwhelming when you first wear the product. It’s not super bad, but you can tell some product-type smell emits from the ice pack. But with a few hand washes and uses from the ice pack, the scent is thankfully dissipated.So, a great product in the end, but I wished there was some way to make every face type fit the mask perfectly, not just for certain ethnicities. I recommend it, but still, a little tweak would be suitable for this product.

Good for pain relief
I bought this mask to relieve facial pain due to a triple broken nose that thinks it’s a meteorologist (I suffer greatly with weather changes!!). Having the heat from this mask directly on my face is so helpful and is so much more convenient than the old nuked wet facecloth in a Ziploc bag! The only caveat I have is that they should’ve used smaller liquid filled beads to get into the slim area around the nose cutout. There are very few beads there (thus not much heat compared to the rest of the mask) due to the narrow nasal area construction. Notes: be sure to put the flocked side against your face! Do not manipulate the mask to put the clear side against your skin, as it’s too easy to get burned. Be aware that this mask can get hot and that the flocked surface makes it feel deceptively cooler. If you heat it up too much or wear it for too long, you will get a lobster red face.
