Assembly is terrible!!!
So first of all…this chair, once together is very comfortable. That being said, it is super frustrating to put together. The base literally just sits on the wheels. They don’t snap in at all…so if one falls out, when you go to put it back in, all the rest follow suit. Then once you have it all together, don’t lift it at all because now it has some weight to it and putting the wheels back on is even worse. For the price it should go together better. Also, minor and cosmetic…but, the silver caps that cover the screw holes only fit some of the holes and fall right out of others. If you are impatient it easily blow a fuse…find a different chair lol.

Yes there is one screw that is to short and doesn’t fit. So the back area doesn’t stay up right , but it does recline and swivel good. It was easy to assemble up until putting on the back area. Will try and get a longer screw to see if that will help it to stay up right. Padding is good.

Super comfy!
Bought this chair as a gift for my boyfriend after his old one broke and it’s definitely an upgrade! The chair itself is really comfortable, especially since it has the ability to lean back a bit and can be lowered to the desired height. The leaning feature is great because it doesn’t go too far or make you feel like you’re going to fall backwards out of the chair as soon as you push back. We also put his cat on it and he immediately laid down, so clearly it’s kitty approved for comfort! 😂I took 1 star off just because the arms were kinda difficult to put on. The rest of the chair was fairly easy and didn’t take long, but the arms gave us a bit of a challenge. I think it was just hard to keep the holes on the chair back lined up with the holes on the arms to put the screw in. But overall, it wasn’t too big of a deal since we eventually figured it out.
