Nice looking chair, but not for full time use

I purchased this chair about 6 months ago. Assembly was easy, and it looks nice. I waited a few months to write a review to see how it holds up. I am using this chair 7-8 hours a day 5 days a week for a desk job on wood floors. Initially it felt solid and rolled nicely. 6 months later, I feel like the wheels are not working as well and have concerns about scratching my floors. It also is loud, as in any time I shift or move it creaks or squeaks. It feels much loser than it did originally as well, and it wiggles some now. I purchased in this in white, and I would like to add that the material does not play well with dark wash jeans. I have a faint navy blue butt print that does not come off from sitting for extended periods of time in jeans. Overall, I think this is a nice looking chair and is exactly the look I wanted for my home office, but for occasionally use, but not for a full time user.

   It’s Not Too Bad

I like it for the price. You do get what you pay for. I like a cushion bottom and this chair doesn’t really have that. I also wish it reclined a little as well, the back is too narrow.Overall it’s a nice chair, if comfort is what you’re looking for spend a little more money.

   Good chair

This is a very nicely made chair. Looks great but not if you’re going to be sitting for a long period of time. I bought it to work from home and I have to sit awhile so not great for that purpose. Other than that this chair is very nice but I wouldn’t recommend for someone that will be using it for long periods of time.

Best chair I’ve purchased in a while

I was a little skeptical at first when I purchased this chair considering the price is on the cheaper so of computer chairs but I went ahead with it anyways and im glad I did.The chair is super sturdy and comfortable and I love the metal arms instead of plastic ones some chairs have. It swivels nicely and it was fairly easy to build took me an hour to put together but that’s only because my OCD makes me organize everything and set it out before I begin actually assembling it. Anyways my only complaint is that the material on the chair seat can get a bit wrinkly depending on how often you sit on it but it’s not extremely noticeable on mine. If you’re looking for a nice chair that won’t cost you a lot I’d say this one is your best bet.

Beautiful, buttery soft(update:faux!) leather and a sleek, modern design!

This white leather chair is absolutely stunning! The white leather is so buttery soft! This chair was a cinch to put together. The parts and bolts came very well labeled and a layman could follow the directions. I’m a petite woman and usually have my hubby build furniture and such things, but this was so easy, I had it built in less than 30 mintutes! I cannot believe how nice this chair is for the price! The leather really is beautiful and seems to be the real deal, if its pleather, you sure have me fooled. I’m adding a few photos. I had to take a pic of it out of the box, as I was surprised at how well labeled the parts were. I am also adding a couple pics of the chair. I’m still decorating/finishing my new home office, but you can see how great this chair looks against the fresh, clean white chair rail! Update: I’m still loving this chair! So buttery soft and extremely comfortable. Now that my studio/office is complete, I love it even more, and now that I’ve had time to use it and sit in it, I wanted to add this: I love the design of this chair, the back is absolutely perfect, not only does it help keep your posture in check, it has a slight curve, which hits the rights spots, making it extremely comfortable to sit straight up, with correct posture. The white leather was a concern for me, I worried it would get marked up/stained with a toddler and doggy. But no such problems at all. I’ve had white leather that looks stained with the slightest touch of a sticky hand , but not this chair! I’m adding a few photos of this chair in my newly finished, redecorated studio/office. I totally recommend this chair and I’m still as thrilled with it as when I received it! Ps. Since I’m updating my review I thought I’d add that I’ve since read the description in more detail, and it states that this is in fact PU leather. So all you vegans buy with confidence! Everyone else trust in the fact that this chair does not have a cheap fake leather look at all, it’s quite the opposite, it had me fooled until I read the full description! Pss. In the updated pics you’ll see I’ve added a new, white, faux fur pelt to the chair, it’s simply luxurious and I love the look!

    Love it

The size, back support, reclining and alignment is all A1. The only issue I had was putting on the wheels lol. I didn’t know that all I had to do was add the wheels to the correct place and then sit on the chair for them to pop into place. I was trying to force the wheels on when I had the chair upside down. So just bear that in mind and just put the wheels in the correct place and sit on the chair, it will pop the wheels right in place and secure them. I heard no noise when spinning or rolling the chair so that’s Also great

    Great for the price

Love the price. Somewhat comfortable maybe 6/10 for comfort. It’s an office chair and does what it’s supposed to do. It was easy to put together, I only had an issue with 1 of the arms. The screw was not going in, I thought it was a left and right side but when I switched it the same side was giving me problems. My husband fixed things and made it work. I just which there was a stopper to prevent it from moving. It is gorgeous and makes my office sophisticated and glamorous.

    Perfect for the price!

Edit: I’ve now had the chair for a few days and I will say, it’s more comfortable than I even thought. Back doesn’t hurt at the end of the day, my tush doesn’t hurt. It’s been great!Got this a day early and made my whole day! It’s so much sturdier than I expected. Husband put it together and said assembly was pretty easy. I am incredibly impressed with it for the price. It’s very comfortable, but I will say for anyone much over my height (5’6) it won’t be real comfortable as I feel like it’s made for shorter people. But I love it!

    It will do for now…

For the price it’s decent. I wanted a simple rolling chair for my art studio and I purchased this one based on the reviews. After putting it together I would have chosen a different chair probably. I was able to put it together fast with my cordless drill using a hex socket/allen wrench bit. The hardest part was the arms because they did not line up with the holes on the chair itself. Also, when I sit in it the chair feels a little unstable. Like there is not enough support between the bottom of the chair and the post. I’m a medium size woman (150lbs) and it feels like the center post is not wide enough to support the base. I’ve never bought a chair before but I have a rather cheap office chair at work and have never noticed this with it. I’ve triple checked to make sure I put everything together correctly. Beautiful chair and it matches the aesthetics I was going for, but the stability is lacking.

Ehhh. pay for what you get

Not impressed. The chair was very easy to put together and is decently comfortable. But I was disappointed when I opened the box and found black smudge marks on the white chair. The smudges rubbed off for the most part but you can see them faintly on the chair. The arms to the chair are also very low. I don’t know maybe I have short arms but I can’t sit in the chair without slouching in order to rest my elbows/forearms on the arms of the chair. It’s good enough but I wish it was better. Too lazy to return it. Would like to give this 2.5 stars

    Decent for the price

This is a nice looking chair for the price but there are some downsides. It was hard to install the armrest, as the holes to screw them in on the chair were a little off. Also, it does get uncomfortable after a while, so I recommend repositioning yourself or standing up every now and then.

    FYI, it does tilt.

I was under the impression that this listed was incorrect, even after twisting/loosening the tensioner at the bottom of the chair. Until my third day sitting in it after leaving the tensioner loosened all the way, adjusting the seat height and pulling it OUT, in the direction away from the chair. After that, the chair was nice and tilty. Now I can “rock back and forth and get break” and get more “energed for more effeicient work,” with my tilt on, as the description says. All in all, I love this chair. The price is awesome. Definitely exceeds expectations for $70. The white is a true white. The pleather doesn’t feel too cheap. The chrome is nice and shiny. It wish it had a sturdier-feeling material for the wheels, but honestly, it rolls so good that I don’t even care. Tbh, if this chair breaks sooner than later like some people say, I’ll probably just buy another one for the small price (compared to other modern-looking chairs).(P.S. don’t mind the mess, I’m in the middle of reorganizing our filing cabinets. 🫠)

    Beautiful but some issues

I’m a licensed nail tech & I bought this chair for myself to work in. It took about 30 minutes to put together, it went smoothly until I got to the part to put the armrests on. The holes weren’t drilled to line up correctly on one of the sides so that was a pain to deal with but I eventually was able to get it, it’s just lower than the other side. They also sit lower than normal, usually armrests are higher up but these aren’t so I can’t use them while working which defeats the purpose of getting a chair with arm rests. It also came with some cosmetic issues- small holes on the leather & the metal pieces were badly scraped. For the amount of money that this chair costs, I’m really annoyed about it coming with all of those issues. It is comfortable to sit in & I love the color, but I wouldn’t purchase this chair again because of the issues listed above. Over all, I gave this chair 3 stars out of 5 which sucks because I was really looking forward to getting this when purchasing it. I would return, but it’s already put together so I don’t want to deal with the hassle.

It’s a chair, looks kinda nice.

I like that this is a semi-high back chair and it doesn’t take up a bunch of space.Looks pretty nice, I like the metal bar on the back to hang up a towel or whatever. I tend to grab it by the bar quite often to avoid discoloring the white pleather with my dirty mitts.I don’t like that it “pops” up whenever I take my ass off it. It’s weird, and kinda loud. The white pleather that covers the arms isn’t great, and is velcroed on.Worth it at a good price, don’t spend too much

    Seller Stall Tactics

My chair arrived last Wednesday, but I only assembled it today. It looks overwhelming as you take all of the pieces out of the box, but it is straightforward to assemble. Took me less than 45 minutes start to finish. Assembled, the chair is really nice. Many reviews talk about the incessant squeaking. I’m guessing it has to do with how they assembled the chair. Mine does not make a sound. The seat is very firm, it may be uncomfortable for some people; I’ll have a better idea after I use it for awhile. I gave it 4 stars because the plastic lever to raise/lower the chair, the underside broke off in 3 pieces! Fortunately I was able to fit the pieces back, and used liquid Gorilla Glue all over the broken seams. So far it’s holding up well. Visually the chair is beautiful.UPDATED 6/1/20 – I originally gave this chair 4 stars. As you can see in my original post, I took one star off for a crucial piece that was broken inside the box. I read reviews where customers who experienced issues were not getting assistance from the seller. I am now in that same issue. After I initially e-mailed the seller regarding a replacement part for that one piece, they are repeatedly e-mailing me asking me is this part broken, is that part also broken. My last e-mail to them stated that I have explained the issue in detail multiple times and if I am sent one more e-mail asking if another part is broken, I will know this is a stall tactic. I have an e-mail this morning asking if the gas lift is broken. I’ve contacted Amazon to contact the seller with the understanding that if they stall Amazon as well, a request will be made for a full refund. I am NOT the one to play with when it comes to shady customer service. If I could give negative stars based on the seller alone, I would.

    Very pretty and sturdy

This is one of the best office chairs I’ve owned. It looks lovely. It’s not overly office looking. I don’t remember the weight limit, but my husband weighs 235 and it holds up quite nicely.A very important feature for me is that I can get up and out of it without it taking off behind me. The wheels are not so loose or roll too freely; and yet, moves fine whe you want to

Decent chair. Broke after a few years. Non-standard replacement parts.

Decent looking chair. Comfortable enough. Not a whole lot of support. Still looks good after 3.5 years, but broke off of the base and needed to be fixed. (Too good looking to just throw in the trash.)The base of this chair (specifically the “tilt control mechanism”) broke after owning this chair for 3.5 year. Basically the seat part of the chair broke off from the wheels part of the chair. Not a big deal – stuff happens – after 3.5 years of tilting too far, it eventually broke. It’s understandable. … and the rest of the chair still looks and operates great. Everything else still looked good, so I didn’t want to just throw it in the trashHere’s the main reason why I give it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5: It turns out that the part of the chair that broke (the tilt mechanism) is easily replaceable for about $35… so I don’t need to buy a whole new chair. Great! One problem, though: this chair seems to have a really non-standard tilt mechanism size that I wasn’t able to find on Amazon. There are *many* tilt mechanisms for sale on amazon, but not one that will fit this chair. It looked like 10.2″ x 6″ might be the industry standard size, but this chair needs one that is about 8″ x 5″ which I could not find. In the end, I did end up buying one and fixing my chair with one that was 9″ x 6″… but had to drill the properly spaced holes through the metal tilt mechanism myself. Hope this helps someone else.10.2″x6″

Overall, the value is good given the price and comparable products. Definitely looks more high-end comparing to a basic desk chair. It’s hard to adjust up and down and needs to apply some force. Not able to lean backwards though not a concern for me. The leather looks a bit cheap so not sure how long it will last.

    EXCELLENT choice for the money!!!

I have never written a chair review, however; I feel this product warrants it.I got this chair to replace an old chair in my studio. I scoured Amazon for hours to find it, and I am glad that I took the time to do so!I was worried about material quality and durability at this price point, but my expectations were FAR exceeded. The piece goes together with a quickness (for me, under 10 minutes), and I only glanced at the instructions once.Suffice to say, setup is simple and intuitive. Once the chair is together, there is a slight amount of play where the base plate attaches to the shaft, however it isn’t a ridiculous amount. I only noticed as I was examining it and being critical after my initial excitement. The materials used are very good, and much better than you would likely get from other chairs at this price. The chrome finish is nice, and the chair PU is uniform color with no defects. One really nice feature are the zippered arm rest covers; when they get dirty, which (being white) they eventually will, you can unzip them, lay them flat, and clean them laid out, as opposed to struggling to scrub around 90 degree angles. I am sure this was easier for the manufacturer, but the end result helps the end user as well. Good on them for that.Another thing I am very happy with is the height; I am 6’4″ in bare feet, and my wife is 5’0″. We both fit comfortably after adjusting. They definitely got the seat height right. And to that point (of size), at my height, and 260 pounds, there is plenty of room at the sides. Mind you, however, I am fit. That is not to say that a 5’10” guy that is 260 will find it comfortable. He may not. That said, most people should fit in this without an issue. The casters had a positive snapping-in, and roll over my low carpet easily. This chair is definitely well built, save for the slight play mentioned earlier. In no way does that detract from it at all. The aesthetic fits my studio perfectly, and in all, I would not hesitate to recommend this chair. If I have any issues with it, I will post an update review, but so far so good. I really love it. If you like the way it looks, pull the trigger. It is definitely worth the price, and more.

The wheels work really well. It’s comfortable and I assembled it myself in 30 minutes despite having a bad back. The hardest part was connecting the back (heaviest part) to the seat cushion, but I did it by standing the back upright in the box and holding the seat against it to bolt it together. Easy & chic-looking.

Although this chair was super easy to assemble and is very stylish, actually sitting in the chair is uncomfortable. The cushion is not much more than a thin covering over the hard seat. I definitely would NOT recommend if you are going to be sitting in it all day. Now I’m off to purchase a cushion to sit on.

    Not uncomfortable

Is nice looking but I wish they would have put cushions in the arm of chair,!it’s just white cover over metal part and it’s soooo uncomfortable. I’m sitting at my desk working and I can’t relax my arms on the arm of chair. It rocks from side to side and one of the arms of chair is loose . You truly do pay for what you get waste of money.

    Doesn’t stay up

Chairs look fine, the quality just isn’t great. Within a month they were already sinking when you sat in them. We ordered 2 for our front desk and they are both doing this.

    Great value

I’ve had this chair for over two years now and it has held up nicely. I use it for my vanity table. You can adjust the height and it rocks back pretty far. The quality of the leather is also really nice. It’s not cheap feeling and it doesn’t stain easily.

Not the idea chair – I wouldn’t buy it again.

The arms have no cushion. It is literally a piece of fabric wrapped around the metal bar. Also, if the chair is raised, it slowly drops.
