Good
Looks good. Easy to assemble except for one of the arms. Embedded nut was at an angle. Required help and pressure to align the bolt. Rolls really good. Seat height great for tall people. Seat padding is not good. Would not buy again.

Takes some time and patience to put together
Only complaint is that it was missing a washer and it took quite a while for me and my daughter to get it put together. It was difficult to line up the arm rests and seat back. Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband’s home office. He loves it so far. He’s had multiple back surgeries and appreciates the lumbar support. He is also happy with the fact that it is a wider seat. He doesn’t feel “confined” when sitting in it. My teenagers also enjoy sitting in it when homeschooling or watching television. Overall, we’re very happy with it.

great value for the money
First of all it’s a pretty hefty box that it comes in. The instructions are really so-so. Take your time. Materials used are good vale. It sits really well . One think I loved is that they actually sent a couple of extra screws, just in case you lose one which is great. Once together, its really solid. I looked at chairs twice this price that were not as nice. I would definitely recommend this one .

Cats LUUUURVE the box!
First the box it comes in is super duper! Its been two days and our cats havent made a dent in it. This company is SERIOUS about protecting your product during shipping! Re use the box. 2nd OMGOSH this chair is amazing! I was the only human present to put it together and I did it in about 30/40 minutes. It might take you longer because I did have help–LOTS of help–from our felines. With a little forethought it was manageable. Theres room to wiggle in the seat and my husband could finally fall asleep at his computer in a better position than “slumped”. Its so comfortable I had to fetch and carry all night (till he fell asleep, as usual) because my hubby didnt want to leave the chair. Well… he couldnt really. The chair fits about four cats fyi. Maybe five. Ours are a bit big. If he’d gotten up, the chair would have sucked the cats onto it and he wanted to enjoy it. Really well made chair. Highly recommend! Smooth action on the spin and lots of sprawling ability. You’re gonna love it!

Inexpensive – but comes with great customer support
Five months after my purchase, the chair had a malfunction in the part under the chair where the lift handle is located. I contacted the seller, and supplied a photo of the defect. Without hesitation they sent me a new part and when I told them I couldn’t get the lift tube out of the damaged part, they sent a new lift tube as well. The chair was inexpensive when I bought it so I wasn’t expecting to get years of use, but five months seemed a bit too short. I was very grateful when the seller came through like a champion!

Very comfortable. Sturdy for price for sure. Works well on carpet. Reclines nicely, not excessive. Good chair for price. Shipping may effect the arm cushions.

Incredibly confortable
This chair is fantastic. Its quite roomy so you can put your leg up on the chair. I bought another chair on amazon for around $40 and while it lasted me a few years, it had a couple issues with comfort. There’s a valuable lesson my father once taught me, that being if you’re gonna buy furniture, don’t cheap out on it. So spend the extra money and treat yourself. Also, the chair was really easy to put together.

OMG – Great chair for a great price!!! Great chair even if it cost a lot more – love it!!!
I purchased the gray leather version and it looks *really good*. Assembled everything in about 10 minutes (super easy).Just a reminder to not tighten down the arms before adding the chair back; it squeezes in tight then feels super-secure when you finish everything up (just follow the instructions).Best thing of all, the chair is very, very comfortable for me. I’m 5’8″ and about 180lbs; feels like it was made for me. Feels rather robust and decently constructed.I bought it because of the price but am soooo happy that I did. This is a HUGE UPGRADE over my old office store chair (that was twice the price…on sale). I’ve only had it a few days now but I do have to spend a lot of time planted into while working. Obviously, much better than the old chair. Surprisingly, much more comfortable than the ‘high end’ La-Z-Boy ‘leather executive’ chair that I have in the main office (also a nice chair just 5 times more expensive). My experience, so far, has been very favorable and I don’t see any reason for that not to continue.

Great, Comfortable Office Chair!
I use this chair for my home office and it’s one of the most comfortable chairs I’ve ever owned. The quality and finish is also outstanding, although the painted metal pieces seem to scratch very easily, apparently due to a very thin layer of paint. All in all, the value for the money is outstanding and I highly recommend this chair to anyone with a home office on a small budget.

Large leather chair
I am small but ordered thinking comfort. My old office chair finally gave out after 20 years and wanted to treat myself. Nice looking chair and very comfortable. My only wish is that it lowered a little closer to the floor but a foot stool serves fine. I feel like a big shot lawyer sitting in it. Need two people to put it together. Very nice.

Really nice quality chair
For the price, a great buy. It seems to be adjustable a bit higher than most chairs. I’m 6’5″ and most chairs are to low. Of course you can lower it slightly if you wish. Quite happy with this chair. Very comfortable working from home long hours.

Chair Evaluation
The chair is great for the price. One for me and one for my wife. There are just a couple issues. First the Locking Screws for the seat are very hard to start. The blue screw “lock” stops the screw from initially going in easily. Lift the seat up and start the screw insertion, about half way. Remove the screw and put the seat on and screw in. Putting the screws in to lock the seat took 11/2 hours. Use VERY LITTLE WD40 to spray between the top of the arm rest and side material. The squeaking noise completely stops when moving back and forth in the chair. My wife and I are very happy with chair NOW-very quiet. I hope this helps you.

Okay..
Received this chair today. The chair was packaged really well and all parts were present. I’ve been sitting in it for just over an hour and honestly, my bottom hurts already. The seat is not super cushioned so it’s not very comfortable. The rocking function is nice but could be dangerous, the base of the chair is not super heavy nor does it have any type of added weight to it so if your rocking back far, I could see someone tipping over. The stationary lumbar is comfortable for me and the tall chair back is nice. The padded arms are comfortable and fit nicely under my desk. I am only 5’1 so the chair is at it’s lowest setting. If you are taller, and have the chair set higher, the arms may not fit under your desk. It’ll be interesting to see how long the material on the chair lasts. It was easy to put together, my son-in-law managed to put it together in under 30 minutes. For the price, it’s not bad but I’ll definitely be investing in something more comfortable in the near future. If you are looking for an inexpensive chair that is somewhat comfortable but pleasing to the eye, I would recommend it. But if you are going to be sitting at your desk 8-10 hours a day like I do, I’d shop around a bit more.

Nice and comfy
I was a bit sceptical about this purchase. It looks great in the reviews, so I went for it.My oldest daughter and I assembled it with little attention to the instructions. At first, we had a hard time getting the screws on straight in the armrest. I had to remove them and start over. This time, paying more attention to the instructions. It’s easy to assemble and it has a good recline to it. The wheels roll nicelyand it’s quite comfy.I definitely recommend it.

They ruined a previously great product
Updated 2024 Review (2nd chair):I purchased a new chair to replace my old one (same product) since the previous one had worked out so well. The first one was the white one, and my most recent purchase was the black one. Once I got the new one assembled, I was shocked when I sat in it. It was horribly uncomfortable. I measured the seat depth of the new chair and the seat depth is more than 2 inches shorter than the old one. It looks like they moved the screw holes on the seat, so now the seat back sits fully on top of the seat (taking up part of the back section of the seat) instead of actually being behind the seat. Now I have almost no support for my legs which extend several inches past the end of the seat.I’m not sure why Amazon won’t allow me to submit a second review for the second chair that I purchased since I actually purchased a different color this time. Therefore I’m replacing my previous 5-star review with a 1-star review which is based on my most recent purchase.2020 Review:I have had this chair for 4 years now as my primary desk chair and am now looking to replace it with a new one. The chair is still in great shape visually, but the seat cushion is getting compressed and losing its padding. This chair is very comfortable and it lasted longer than I expected an inexpensive desk chair to last. I looked up my previous order to see when I had purchased the chair, and it’s also less expensive now than when I purchased it 4 years ago.

The comfiest chair I’ve owned.
I have owned this chair for 7 months now!1. Super easy to put together.2. My shoulders, neck and head are extremely supported with how big the back rest area is.3. I can sit on this chair for up to 7 hours straight without any aching or strain. (haven’t attempted longer)On the scale of Bad – Good – Great. The material quality is GOOD. I would say it’s a little sensitive to getting scratched and discolored. But if you are someone who takes really good care of their things you could avoid these things from happening. I tend to throw this chair around when I vacuum so.But either way, because of the affordable price point and comfortability, I really don’t care if it gets scratched or discolored. I finally have a chair I can sit in for HOURS without feeling like I need to get up.

Nice chair, arm rests could be better reinforced
I have had this chair about a year and a half – the cushions have flattened quite a bit over time but still relatively comfortable. No issues with the wheels, rolling, rock functions, easy to put together. The only complaint I have is the armrest has already cracked where I rest my elbow/weight. Seems this should have held up better for the short time frame. Perhaps they need to reinforce or add some type of additional pad on the arms. The white is really pretty and accents my space well, but does pick up a lot of dirt and unfortunately some paint off my desk.Overall, knowing this wasn’t a top level grade office chair it was a good purchase – I keep a throw over it as your legs do stick if in shorts, and eventually I’ll have to try to repair the armrest so it doesn’t start looking awful.

Good value for this price range
My chair came well packaged and all parts were in great shape. I was expecting to spend a little time putting it together based on some reviews saying it was a difficult assembly. I can assure you it is very easy to assemble, and took about 15 minutes. The casters pop right on and then there are a handful of screws that attach the base and arms to the seating. The chair looks very nice and is quite comfortable. As far as quality it is bonded leather and some hard plastic parts. So this chair will not last 15-20 years. If you are looking for something that will last that long you will have to spend much more then $100. You don’t want to clean bonded leather with chemical based cleaners because it will eventually eat away at it. Use mild soap & water and the material will last much longer. From my experience chairs made of these materials usually last 4-5 years if used daily and not abused.I am very happy with the chair and my personal opinion is you would be hard pressed to find something better in the $100 price range.

Great chair!
Had some issues with Delivery! But got the chair. Beautiful and comfortable. Had one once before as a gaming chair, same kind but bought it from walmart. I used to fall asleep in it all the time. Now i have it for work! One of the best chairs for the cheapest price you can get! If you want a more comfortable chair then this….. your looking at about 300 bucks. Which is next on my list!It comes with its own screws and washers. The manual is self explanatory however you do kinda gotta play the guessing game. It’s pretty simple! match the screws up with the ones in diagram. It comes with an Alan wrench. Your hand might be a bit tired tho. I advise to tighten them with super lock tight or gorilla glue so they never come unloose. And gorilla glue the bolt covers on.Keep in mind if you use gorilla glue….. they will never come off. Lol. But as far as tighting it…. do not over tighten it. Tighten enough to where you have to put some pressure on it to turn it half way and stop.Another tip, it’s a bit of a pain to set it up with one person. If you got an extra set of hands… use em. If not…. you might be their for a bit.Start with setting up base. Then put arms on seat.(Keep bolts loose but screwed in. You’ll see why later when you tighten them down)Then attach back to arms and seat.(Now make sure bolts are in holes and tighten them down. But not at once! Do about 4 turns, move to another one. Then the other side. It’s like tightening lug nuts on the wheel of a car. If you tighten one all the way down it will throw all the other bolts off and make it much more difficult to ease the bolts into the holes they go in)Then attach seat to base.Believe me. It’s way easier if you do it like that instead of how the installation instructions say. After that, put the caps on the holes to cover the bolts. If you don’t glue them, they will pop off ….. their not….. super good. But!!!! 1 or 2 drops of gorilla glue and you never have to worry about them popping off. (They seem like they go on their tight, but they don’t stay on!)

This chair might be a good option if it wouldn’t sink every time i sit down.

Good quality
Sturdy, easy to put together, 30 minutes, comfortable, and adjustable, the up and down works perfectly and you can lock the chair height in place. I would recommend! Great value for the money

Comfy, but stains!
Super comfy chair with a high back which was a necessity for me being 6’ tall. But I do wear leggings on the daily and just from me sitting on it, it’s now turned blue on the seat portion. Started happening within the first week of use! Definitely should have gone with a color other than white!

It’s ok.
One screw does not go in because it does not align with the hole. The caps that go over the screw all fell off. Other than that the chair is durable.

Good, but not great
I work from home, so having a really comfortable chair that supports my back and provides me a nice place to sit for 8 hours is really important to me. I ordered this chair in March 2023 and was really happy with it at first. Sleek, easy to put together, and comfortable. I then had an issue with it because after I sat on it while wearing leggings, the entire seat and armrests turned black from the fabric. No other furniture I own turns black from my leggings. I reached out to the seller and they were kind enough to provide me a replacement for the seat and the two armrests at no charge. I went through the whole summer and didn’t wear leggings. However, I am now in Oct 2023 and wearing leggings again. The chair seat and armrests are black again, but there is also a lot of wear to the chair in general. I understand I sit in it a lot, but the seat lost its comfort factor. Additionally, I lean on the left armrest a lot and it shows – there is a large indent on it. The fake leather material is just not for me and the chair no longer looks attractive. I wish it lasted longer considering how much I paid for it.

Just ok
I researched multiple office chairs on Amazon and chose this based on the good reviews. Assembly was fast and easy. W0 minutes at most. It looks good put together. I am just disappointed with the draft cushion. Not soft at all like many reviewers said. It’s more like sitting on a towel on the floor. It’s pretty firm. I was hoping for more cushion for 10 hour days at the office. It does seem sturdy and the adjustable recliner feature works well. If you are looking for comfort this isn’t the best choice.

Comfortable
The chair is comfortable to sit in. It does not raise up as high as I would like and there’s no lock to keep it from reclining back.

Nice looking chair
This is the second of these chairs that I have bought. The first one lasted 3 or 4 years. This one will not last as long. Sometimes when you sit in it, it loses it’s height and sinks. Very distracting and difficult for a short person who, all of a sudden, can’t reach the keyboard very well. The material is rich and sturdy. We bought the brown. It also holds at least 300 lbs., which we needed as I have a large husband. Very nice chair except for the pneumatic problem.

I like the color or the chair, came with a small cut in the side though
I am happy with the general aesthetic of this chair, but it arrived damaged with a small slice in the side of the back. Due to the size and hassle to return the chair, I just kept it. It is firmer than anticipated as well. I wanted a white office chair to match the desk I purchased and am pleased with that aspect. I put this together myself and it was a bit frustrating to align the screws for the back to the arms. In general I would not purchase this item again, but for the price it’s fair, except arriving damaged.

Nice desk chair
I bought this chair on a whim due to I had purchased a desk and needed a chair. The chair its self was very easy to put together. My 15 year old did it for me and have no problems. The chair is soft and very comfortable. My only complaint is the chair isn’t white. It’s more of an off white but I take that in to it was probably sitting somewhere in the box for awhile. Either way I like the off white just as much so it’s all good. Very nice chair though all around.

Nice chair
Not as comfortable as I’d hoped, but it’s only been a few days. Fairly easy to assemble. Lightweight mobility. A little rocky & loose feeling but overall, not too bad.

Ok, until just now.
It has been a decent chair, but a wheel just broke off. I am thinking that eventually, they may all follow the same path. : (((

Nice chair but didn’t last at all.
When staff at work was putting this chair together, it came cracked at the bottom. I wasnt sure if it was sent cracked . Would have returned but threw away the box before putting it together.Overall, nice chair
