Best customer service ever
I work from home and needed a new comfy chair desperately and it would have been the perfect chair if it fit me unfortunately I didn’t read the full description this was for a big and tall person I’m 5’6 and my feet didn’t touch the floor I thought oh man I messed up and I was going to be stuck with a chair that I couldn’t use. But let me tell you their customer service was the best I’ve ever received hands down they resolved it by crediting my account back and I can keep the chair so I paid it forward and donated an awesome chair. Thanks again for all your help now my search continues to find the perfect chair this time I will pay attention to the size. 😉

a little complicated to put together
Finding a chair that won’t break down and will support my body weight has been difficult. I wasn’t particularly looking for one with arms but this one requires them in order to attach the back. It was a little difficult to put together and I had someone more handy than myself do it. All parts were included.I’m 5’8 and roughly 400 pounds, the seat is wide enough for me but the depth could be a problem for anyone who is shorter than myself, if you sit all the way back and you’re shorter than 5’8 your feet won’t touch the ground even on the lowest setting.Overall I really like the chair and recommend it for the tall and fluffy who are looking for a sturdy and affordable office chair.

Wheel revamp
I first want to say that structure wise; the chair is stable, comfortable, and reliable. The problem I am having, is the wheels. The bearings continue to fall out. I contacted the seller, and they were accommodating and sent another box of wheels. However, the bearing is coming out again. The bearings/wheels are the only hiccup with the chair.

Nice looking chair
I like this chair its well built and will probably with stand my usage of it. I had some serious issues at delivery package was beaten up and had a hole in it. Once I opened up the box it was missing 2 parts (lift piston and cover for it). I contacted the seller and they responded quickly and I received the missing part within a week. Chair is a bit fussy to assemble as its almost a blind bolt alignment to connect armrests to chair. Attaching back was also a bit difficult but again was do-able. the only reason the chair is not 4 to 5 star for me is that the seat is very.. well hard… almost wood bench hard.
