All items listed on our store are all pre-owned unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Generic charger Included. Where original charger is available this will be shipped with the product.

All batteries are tested as per e-Stewards requirements as set out in section 8.6.1 of version 3.1 of that standard and meet at least 60% of their original capacity. Please note that the percentage given was recorded at testing, due to storage this can change slightly.

Payment

Orders not paid within 7 days will be automatically cancelled.

Items do not ship until full payment has been received.

Import Fees

Where items are purchased for delivery that might incur customs fees the buyer is responsible for the import fees for their relevant territory. These can sometimes be paid at checkout or to the Courier prior to delivery. It is advisable that the customer should make themselves aware of import fees that can be levied for their territory. Please note some EU countries (eg Spain) now add additional Admin and clearance charges in addition to the VAT. Currently we are not shipping to Spain.

If the import fees are refused and the items returned to Wisetek the return and customs charges will be deducted from the refund due.

Shipping

Small items take 1-3 working days to dispatch.

Large items and “Configure to Order” options take between 2-5 working days to dispatch.

We offer DHL shipping world wide.

Returns

Your item includes a year warranty, unless stated differently in the description.

If the item arrives and is not working as intended please notify us immediately via the eBay message centre.

Under our warranty, we can opt to repair, replace or offer a refund for products found to be faulty, provided that:

i.      You have proof of purchase

ii.    You notify us immediately after you have identified a fault or defect

iii.   You adhere to proper use and maintenance of the product as well as adhere to the user instructions as stated in the manual of the manufacturer

In case of irresponsible, irregular, or improper use, the warranty is voided. Examples of improper/irresponsible use are:

i.               Broken display and/or casing

ii.             Water damage

iii.            Electrical damage caused by chargers that are not approved by the manufacturer of the purchased device

iv.           Download and installation of software not approved by the manufacturer of the purchased device (incl. apps etc.)

The warranty is voided in case of:

i.               Non-compliance with the assembly, maintenance, or care instructions in the user manual

ii.             Damage associated with regular wear and tear (i.e., signs of usage on the casing and/or display) or deliberate damage

iii.            Improper activation

iv.           Careless or faulty maintenance

v.             Damage that was evidently caused by the improper use of the device

vi.           Damage caused by the environment or acts of nature (i.e., natural disasters) including but not limited to flooding, fire, or frost

vii.          Opening up the device or having it repaired by another person or entity other than the appropriate merchant (as long as the merchant does not explicitly consent to this in written form)

In the case where the product is not covered by this warranty:

i.               The customer can opt to have the product repaired by us but is responsible to cover the costs of transportation and shipping

ii.             In the case where a customer opts to have the product repaired by us, the customer will be charged for the costs associated with the repair process and the labour and material costs.

If you happen to purchase an item in error, notify us as soon as possible to avoid dispatch. If you have ordered the incorrect item we will accept the return within 14 days, provided you pay the return shipping costs.
