   Best Whitening Product I’ve Used

   I noticed my friend ‘s teeth and asked what she was using. We are close, but I hadn’t seen her for 2 months so huge difference. She helped me find it on Amazon and I have been pleased. I’ve only done 3 treatments and I already see a difference. There is a timy bit of sensitivity in my gums but it’s mild. Definitely recommend.

   Works well, beep could be more audible…

   This is the first time I’ve ever used any teeth whitening products. I’m 34. I didn’t experience any gum sensitivity using this product. I got bored of the tedious process of applying it to my teeth using a swab… which I initially did because I thought it was going to irritate my gums since I have sensitive gums while brushing or biting into cold food. I ended up applying it directly to my teeth with the syringe. Eventually, I started lightly coating the mouthpiece from the marked parts on each side, all the way across, in an upward and donward motion — in order to not use a lot of the solution but make sure it covers my teeth well. This is much simpler. I ended up using almost 2 syringers out of 3 for the 10 day treatment of 5 hours total.Sometimes the mouthpiece can be dificult to get attached to the unit. This also makes you drool a lot, and I don’t want to swallow it. It makes me have to gather up some spit intentionally as well. Sometimes I must be accidentally swallowing or something because I choke on spit and cough it up. It’s not a big deal and not frequent.In terms of results, I did 30 minutes daily for 10 days in a row. I started off around 17-20 on the shade guide and ended up with 9-12. It’s hard to nail it down exactly since the teeth are not exactly the same hue and I’m trying to look at it in the mirror/in a photo taken by my phone. Either way, there was some kind of difference taking place here.The beep is not very loud, and is easy to miss. You pretty much have to be sitting in silence or check a reflection from the blue light in something reflective.They include a card with the product which advises you that you can get a free product by going to a specific website. I went there and it said you get 3 free producs (bit odd lol). Most products are sold out. I only saw 2 things I wanted that were available. I wasn’t sure if you could stack multiple items when meeting the 3 free item promotion but I tried it and it worked. I ended up choosing 2 packs of syringes with the cleaning solution and 1 order of teeth whitening pens. I wasn’t aware yet if it was working on my teeth but I figured something like using the mouthpiece is probably more of a long term, effective solution compared to using a pen to whiten your teeth. It would presumably be temporary if using a pen, otherwise nobody would bother with the trays.I chose my free products on 4/14/24 in the morning and they did not ship until 4/19/24. It’s coming from Florida and expected to arrive in Arkansas on 4/23/24.

   Yes, this works! But some improvisation required…

   Does it whiten? Yes. I am a non-smoker who drinks 2-3 cups of coffee daily, so take into consideration your habits and such when it comes to expectations of the product. Included in the kit is a whitening guide scale with 24 shades of white, 1 being the whitest, so you can grade your tooth shade as you go. I began at a 12, finished at a 2.The clear whitener gel comes in 3 syringes from which you apply the product into what can best be compared to an unmolded athletic mouth guard. My advice is to NOT apply it this way. In my opinion, the instructions call for too much product(.04ml into both top AND bottom of the mouth piece). Use .02ml for top, and .02ml for bottom. Also, because the mouth piece cannot be custom molded to your teeth, it won’t necessarily make contact with the front portions you’re trying to whiten. Most of it just oozed up into the gum line where it burned intensely. I followed the directions to the letter twice, only to discover that this method wastes product and doesn’t contact the teeth adequately.I suggest using .02ml for the top and another .02ml for the bottom teeth, and apply it with aQ-Tip by painting the product on. Literally how I went about this, was to take a bathroom Dixie cup, flip it upside down, and apply 2 separate .02ml clumps of the product on the firm underside of the Dixie cup, collect it with a Q-Tip, and paint on the product directly to the upper portion, and bottom portion at your discretion. Once you put in the mouth piece, DO NOT allow it make direct contact with your teeth, as this will just remove it from the tooth surface back into the mouth piece. The mouthpiece itself can be attached/detached to/from a small plastic disc-like device with a blue LED light, which can be toggled on and off with a button. Included are lithium batteries that power the device. Once the button is depressed, the LED lasts approximately 10 minutes until it goes off again. I recommend 30 minutes of whitening time for best results. It looks like a little blue lit space ship sticking out of your mouth. If you have tooth/gum sensitivity, this may be an issue for you, but this is no different from other similar products. The box also includes a syringe of blue colored “desensitizing” gel to mitigate this, but I never used it, so I cannot comment on its effectiveness. Once completed, simply detach the mouthpiece from the LED spaceship, and rinse your mouth and the mouthpiece. Don’t rinse the disc-like device itself still attached to the mouthpiece. It has batteries in it people.I realize this method is more laborious and methodical, but I’m a champion. You be one too. 🙂I like the product because it incidentally allows for this type of custom application, giving you direct access to the gel itself. The LED mouthpiece provides more product reactivity compared to a whitening strip, and less gum burning sensation due to the allowance of direct tooth surface application. I saw results in 2 proper applications. Stick to a daily regimen until the product runs out, and do so at night after brushing as the last thing, don’t eat/drink after if you want the product to work best. I will be getting another box. I do recommend the product.

   Worked OK

   Didnt whiten my teeth as much as I hoped for. Did a shade lighter, but it was time consuming for a not so great outcome. I did finish using the kit, but wouldnt buy again. It didnt make my teeth sensitive, which was great. There is a separate gel jncluded that you can use after a whitening treatment to desensitize your teeth. I thought that was good.

   After 29 treatments. It worked !

   Starting June 5th and ending July 22nd 2024. I whitened my teeth 30 times. A half hour each session in 3, 10 day time periods with this product. I bought it as a flash sale for $15. It is now nearly $40. It also contained a card for 3 free products from Ismile. I choose the whitening pen. A peroxide gel refill for 22 more treatments. And activated charcoal. Which I used twice and decidedly stopped. Due to it having the texture of sand. Eating my enamel away.You may want to wait two weeks between treatments. Unlike me. The above pics are Day 2 and Day 29. Out of a 1-24 yellow tooth scale I’m a probably a #36. And probably #50 right at the gum line. Which is Eating away my teeth at the gum line. After using this product 30x. It was well worth it. My teeth are in fact still yellow. And it makes 8 shades lighter in more like 10 days rather than 7. But that was expected from the horrible things I stained my teeth with. I used a whitening pen for 20 treatments at the gum line. Two weeks from now. When I start another treatment. I’ll Finally will be getting the results I desire.If you’re in your 30’s and have severely stained teeth from coffee, wine, smoke,dark fruit juice, etc.You’re looking at doing 60 treatments of this stuff. Plus a whitening pen at the gumline for 40 treatments. To get back to imo. White teeth. Those treatments will take you 4 months or more to complete safely. It’s a slow tedious process. But we’ll worth the effort. This is a good product to buy. Then getting a quality gel refill from Amazon. The cheap generics are reported as runny and not working well.You’re in this for the long haul. Be patient.Nice teeth will come. Just try to be patient.Have a blessed day

   • I settled on iSmile because of the product rating, the number of reviews, the content of said reviews, and the price.• I have been using this product for a few weeks now, and after daily use I see a slight improvement. To be fair, I have four decades worth of stains, and I did not expect quick results. I am pleased to see progress and will continue to use it as long as I see that progress.• The LED light is slightly awkward, but not necessarily uncomfortable. I do wish they included a small case to put the tray in after each use.• It took me a couple of tries to get the correct amount of gel I need for the tray (I tended to use too much), but once I did it was smooth sailing.• The whitening (clear) gel temporarily discoloured one side of my tongue, but it was not painful, and it regained it’s colour within a few days.• There was some slight discomfort around my gum line after the first couple of treatments, but that also did not last long. (There is a blue gel included to help combat tooth sensitivity.)• Patience, consistency, and realistic expectations are the keys to making this product work. I hope to be able to update this review with positive results.

    doesn’t give zingers or make my teeth sensitive

    I’ve used those other brand whitening strips before and they give sensitive, zingers very quickly, so I can’t use them effectively. This process shouldn’t hurt! I’ve paid for a whitening service at a spa and was thrilled with the reults, BUT this product gives similar results for a fraction of the price. I use this product every 2 months or so, when I feel like my teeth aren’t as white as they should/could be, and before holidays or big events where I know I’ll be in pictures. I’m don’t consume coffee regularly, but when I do, it’s black. Same for tea, no creamer or milk. I apply the gel directly to my teeth with a qtip, just the front 6 on top, and the front 4-6 on bottom. I let it run for its 10 minute cycle, and turn it on an additional 3 more times, totaling 40 minutes each whitening session. I’ve found this amount of time gives me a great difference in color, without have to repeat multiple times in a week because I just don’t have time for that. I rinse it well, remove the batteries, and store it all in a ziplock baggie with a paper towel to absorb any extra moisture.

    IT REALLY REALLY WORKS!

    I have wanted to get my teeth whitened at the dentist for a long time but it’s far too expensive. I have been lookng at these kits for months and even though the reviews are 90% ‘positive I have been skeptical. But I finally ordered it and I have to tell you I was shocked. I’ll be honest I have struggled with pretty much yellow teeth and it has always bothered me. I’ve tried the strips – what a joke (at least for me). I have used baking soda and pure bleach but didn’t work. SO after only 1/2 hr application there was a huge difference. I still have a way to go but at least I don’t feel embarrassed about smiling. It works and I really a shocked!

    Good Stuff! Honest Review

    I was pretty skeptical about these things, but with a bit of peer pressure and a need to whiten my teeth (bc who doesn’t like white teeth?) I wanted to give this a shot – plus it was affordable. I used it the first day, took some selfies telling my friends I was ‘charging my teeth’ and kinda just chilled playing some video games grunting at my friends like one does on a party chat. Here’s my breakdown:-Packaging—Pretty chill, if you know how to peel plastic wrap and open a box, this is the product for you.-Putting it Together—I mean, there are instructions, but if you have logic I’m sure y’all will be fine. You connect one piece to the other and boom – done. There are multiple warnings about ‘hey if the blue light doesn’t come on call us!’ Just make sure you open up the battery compartment and remove the piece of paper that is separating the 2 batteries and you’re golden. I would be interested to see how many calls they get from buyers who don’t think to look at the power source. lol-Usage—You get a few syringes of the gel, I wish there were a couple more, but they do have a thing to request some free stuff in the package so I plan on using that. Spread some stuff on the top and bottom of the tray, it doesn’t leak so just throw that gel on there and stick it in your mouth and hit that light. Note: Be awake when you do this, I was half asleep put the gel on the tray and then tried connecting it to the light part and let me tell you – tough time. Connect it and then put the gel on.-Results—I haven’t taken any pictures because I think that is weird to take pics of my mouth and post them on here haha, but I can tell you that just after the 2nd day I started seeing improvement. I take care of my mouth regularly so I didn’t have a nasty set of chompers to begin with (no offense) but they are brighter. You catch them when you smile in a pic, get compliments at work, and have your roommate try to steal it for a day so they can have white teeth too.Overall – 5 stars. If my teeth turn purple for some reason I’ll come back. Should also be noted that I only leave reviews for things that I actually like and enjoy. I am not paid to leave reviews because I’m ESSENTIAL (lol) I make my own money within my own career. All I can say is give it a shot, fix yo teeth!

    It Actually Works!

    The iSmile teeth whitening system works! I’ve definitely seen results.My teeth were very dingy from lots of coffee. I seriously couldn’t stand looking at them in the mirror. So I researched, read all the reviews, and opted for the iSmile. I’m surprised and pleased it has worked so well.I have had no issue at all with tooth sensitivity. Yes, the gel will burn your gums if it gets on them, but there’s an easy way to prevent that: use a swab or a brush to apply.Following suggestions in the reviews I first tried a cotton swab to apply it to my teeth. I, personally, didn’t like it, even though it worked fine. So I bought some small cake decorating brushes (so I’d know they were food safe) and I use those. It makes it very easy to avoid getting the gel on my gums. I paint on the gel and then insert the tray with the light (already) attached. (It’s a lot easier if you attach the tray to the light before putting the tray in your mouth).The gel is a little bitter, but I only taste it when I’m rinsing. It’s not enough to bother me, and the taste doesn’t linger.I have a very small mouth, and the tray is fine for me. I was worried it would be too big. (It’s very flexible, so I expect it will fit a lot of people. I’m just at the small end of that spectrum).I like the auto-shutoff feature on the light because I don’t have to set a timer.The trickiest part about the whole thing is the battery compartment on the light. The batteries are stored upside-down in the compartment for shipping, and they’re stacked on top of each other, so you do have to do some fiddling to get them out and flipped around.This is a purchase I’m glad I made. It’s been very easy to use and has definitely been effective. I’m much happier when I look in the mirror now.

    Tried Snow – iSmile is a Million Times Better

    I am making a comparison of iSmile with Snow here, because it might matter to you. I was not paid for this review in any way.I was so excited when I discovered Snow. After a year of using it with decent results, I couldn’t stand how expensive it is. In addition, the wired tooth light started to fail for some reason. I had to jiggle the cord every time just to get the light to come on. The whole system was over $150 and the gel was $30 a pop!Then I found iSmile on Amazon. I started using it only a week ago, but WOW. The difference already is amazing. I drink a ton of coffee, so my teeth are quite yellowish. With iSmile, I can walk around while the built-in timer let’s me know when we’re done. The convenience is lovely, but the whitening is so much better; the gel seems a lot stronger. Snow never tells you its strength, but iSmile does. The iSmile gel doesn’t hurt my sensitive teeth, AND they include a remineralizing gel. I used to have to rinse with a mouthwash to remineralize.Finally, iSmile is a FRACTION of the cost of Snow. I got it on an Amazon deal for $39.99 but it retails at $48. They send the timer/light piece, the mouthpiece, a battery, 3 syringes of the gel, and a syringe of the remineralizing gel for this price. The gel refill set, which includes another 3 syringes and one remineralizing, is only $26.The overall product of iSmile is the best on the market. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and I HAD to write a review.

    The kit was easy to use overall. Sometimes getting the tray on the light was a little tricky.FULL DISCLOSURE: I’ve been using the product for about a week. I try to use it at night like iSmile recommends but there were a few nights I didn’t do the treatment. I used the treatment 5 times. The first night I only left it on for 10 minutes just in case I had any sensitivity – which I didn’t (product states it can be left on up to 30min). The second night I left it on for 20 minutes then 30 minutes the last 3 nights. My teeth are brighter but I wouldn’t say they’re a bright white like the ads show. I do still drink my coffee in the morning, but I always use a straw even if it’s hot coffee. It might take me a few more more treatments to get the results I want, but considering the frequency I used the product and the fact that I won’t give up my morning coffee, I’m happy with the results I have so far.

    Best product I’ve ever used

    My teeth seem to always be turning yellow, even though I brush with whitening toothpaste and mouthwash with whitening mouthwash daily. I don’t drink coffee either. I’ve tried the whitening gel and strips that you see in the store and tried oiling pulling and none of that seemed to work. This is the first product that actually showed results for me. It wasn’t a tremendous difference, but I could tell the difference after doing this for 10 days every morning. I’ve done it three different times now. I only had a minor side affect the first time when a small piece of my gum above a tooth got worn away. It is so small it isn’t noticeable, and doesn’t hurt so it was a small price to pay. After that first time, I made sure to avoid getting the gel on my gums, so that it didn’t happen again. For anyone reading this, to get the best results you need to brush and mouthwash first, then take a towel and dry your teeth, then put the gel on your finger and apply to your teeth with your finger so that you can avoid touching your gums. I also liked to move the mouth piece and light around my mouth a little so that the light can directly shine on the sides of my teeth too.

    It actually works!

    I was skeptical but figured I would give it a try and glad I did! I used a q-tip to apply to my teeth instead of filling the tray. I tried it for 30 minutes (machine beeps after 10 minutes, so you just re-start) I noticed a difference after the 30 minutes. No sensitivity issues either.

    Great product

    I’ve used I smile in the past. Since then they have upgraded the mouth piece that would hold the gel. It is now a softer rubber that conforms to the teeth better. It also has a built in slot to attach the light into. The light works as it should. The product is extremely simple to use.The only negative thing I have to say is that the syringes the gel is in is very basic and doesn’t allow for even or controlled amount of disbursement of gel on the mouth piece. It is either very stiff an requires a little more force, which pushes out too much gel, or it barely releases any gel. I assume this is because the hole is too small. I’ve used other whitening products with have used much better syringes that evenly disburse the gel with much less effort. Though this isn’t a drastic issue, it is a bit of a nuisance when you pay for the product and are trying to use it evenly to get your money’s worth and not waste it.Overall, I’m still pleased and likely will be ordering more.

    huge iced tea drinker and skeptic totally impressed

    I drink a ton of iced tea all day… my teeth had been tinted from this routine for years and i was trying every over the counter whitening toothpaste and nothing was helping much, at best a little whiter but progress quickly lost and my gums and teeth were constantly sore…i saw a mention of these types of LED whiteners on instagram and started reading about them on amazon – read every one i could, hundreds of comments, more expensive (some $150! too much) and less expensive…decided on this one the iSmile… ordered completely skeptical of the results, and felt safe knowing amazon is good with returns…even though it cautioned about starting out at 10 minutes and working up to 30 minute sessions, i jumped right ahead with 30 minutes, just watch YouTube or a tv show while using it to pass time – figured may as well see how much 30 minutes will hurt my sensitive gums…was floored at the difference after even ONE time, and even 30 minutes did not hurt my gums at all! i used it every three days for a couple weeks to be sure no issues, no pain… i have not even tried the “sensitive” gel, the normal stuff has been just fine – i did read in the comments to be sure to not over gel the mouthpiece use just the right amount (i admit that could be better documented in instructions AND on the dispenser like maybe clear lines as to how much is correct to use?, i just am careful to dispense a little at a time and spread it out with the dispenser tip first and keep it within the right area so i think that has been a big help in protecting my gums from pain (and not wasting excess gel) – in between i use normal brand name whitening toothpaste and now even added in a whitening mouthwash rinse every other day – just do this iSmile every week one time at 30 minutes to ensure things stay nice and white… even with my slow pace – every week my teeth get whiter even with the normal drinking ice tea all day… cannot express how happy i am with my purchase! both my sons want one now – yeah you can technically “share” but no way – i will get them their own each and keep my iSmile safe with me!

    works pretty good!

    I used this once and it took out a lot of the usual staining (coffee) that I had! I haven’t used it every night yet but definitely will to see how white my teeth can get. I have sensitive gums and they did get a bit irritated so definitely use the blue tube to help things along. I use a qtip to paint the gel on my teeth instead of putting it in the tray and that works way better for me.

    Works with a little help

    The instructions list two ways to apply the whitening gel, IMHO, one works okay, the second works better, but there’s a better way. The plastic tray is the least effective as it does not form to your teeth, so it’s harder to get good coverage of the gel on both upper and lower. Their alternate method is to use a cotton swab to apply the gel directly to your teeth. That works. In my case, I had just finished an Invisiline orthodontal treatment, and used my last set of tray for applying the gel. These are custom fitted to your teeth, so good coverage all over. You might find a mouth protector that’s clear so the light can get in that you form to your teeth, but if you don’t have either of those, I’d use the cotton swab to apply the gel, then use the mouthguard with light to help activate the whitener paste. Just the tray with the gel inside didn’t seem to be great…the divider has the ‘wall’ evenly divided between the top and bottom, and if your occlusion is somewhat correct, the fronts don’t hit vertically, the top is slightly forward of the bottom, so getting both in contact with the divider where you’ve put the gel is less precise or reliable.

    This did more than whiten my teethe

    After first use:I noticed a difference. It was enough of a difference for me to continue using for a week and the choice to continue its use was worth it. I use it for 20 minutes and don’t eat for 20 minutes (I know I’m bending the rules).It helped me create a better routine to keep good oral hygiene:I find myself brushing and flossing way more than before because I don’t want to lose the white shine ismile helped me achieve. Because of this, my oral hygiene has improved greatly and I even feel better about myself.Gum and teeth sensitivity:I had some gum and teethe sensitivity for the first 2 runs. They do supply blue liquid that can help reduce such issues within the box but I decided to deal with it two times to see if the issue would go away and it did.Comfort:takes few uses to get comfortable with the mouthpiece. After that, it has been easy and comfortable to use.Saliva:Saliva does build up while having this in for 20 minutes but it’s not a bother. It’s like the mouthpiece was design to keep any Saliva from leaking out.There is no flavor with the gel which is great.

    Whitening my teeth

    I used it 1 day so far. I did see an immediate change. That was a plus. I cant say much on the product in terms of its progress. However i can mention the one day I have used it. I was happy with the first day. I would have given this 5 stars however there were small things that i wish would change. For instance they provide a paper with 24 possible teeth stains or different teeth stains. I feel lile this should provide accurate coloring. Instead of it being a white to a yellow stain it is a white to a salmon color stain. Its hard to determine what color your teeth may be especially that the paper doesnt reflect actual color of the teeth. Another thing i didnt like about the product is that fact that they tell you to keep it in a cool place but doesnt tell you what temputure is perferred and if the fridge at it current temperture would be fine. There is no storage or proper way to seal the used syringe and it is really easy to use so if you have children and the fridge is your choice be very careful especially with small children. Having a twist cap would have been my preferable choice. Another negative for me is that they tell you how much to use but do not clarify exactly how to apply it to the mouth guard. Other then that it seems to work so far. It seems like a great product. I think i put too much that when my tongue touch the gel i gagged and needed to throw up. Everyone has their preference on taste. This is the first time im using something like this so i guess i reacted that way because the taste is new to me. There are very small changes, for me, that need to be made but nothing too serious.

    100% worth every penny!!!

    I love coffee and tea. I have VERY sensitive teeth and after trying crest white strips years ago and getting shooting pain from them, I have steadily watched my teeth yellow, too afraid to try again. I am so glad I got the nerve up to try this system! I’ve used it exactly 5 times and you can see a HUGE difference in the color of my teeth. I have no sensitivity from this gel, as promised. I’m a very happy customer and will buy again when needed!

    Should have done it sooner!

    I used this product at a reduced amount for 10 days. (I used a reduced dose of .2 ml each upper and lower per use because I was afraid I might experience sensitivity) It was an adequate amount of whitening gel, and I believe it worked well for me. I experienced NO sensitivity, and got great results. I plan to do another round prior to an upcoming wedding in a couple months. I wish I had ordered this product sooner!
