I purchased this after renovating my office. It was easy to assemble. The chair has a lovely padded seat and the arms move up and out of the way if desired. it moves freely even on a thick pile carpet. The back is quite comfortable. My only wish is that the seat cushion was a little thicker at the front edge. Highly recommend.

Most Comfortable Office Chair I’ve Ever Had!

Working from home is all too common these days… A chair that offers lower back support is crucial to any chair that would be considered “good”. The fact that this chair has an adjustable recline/tilt for tension is the chefs kiss and makes this chair is really comfortable, not to mention sturdy! At times I go to my office just to scroll through social media while sitting in this chair as opposed to any other seat in my house. The cushion has enough padding for a larger person to feel comfortably padded. The back is made of a mesh material which I absolutely am in love with because it doesn’t make you sweaty if you are sitting for long periods of time (as a Florida girl living in a tropical environment, this was an important selling point for me). There are many office chairs that are difficult to assemble, but this one was a breeze, with its very simple, straightforward instructions. The price of this chair verses others I viewed trumps all…. 10/10 recommend!

Good basic desk chair
Easy to assemble (less than 20 mins), comfortable and a good basic desk chair. My only issue is that I wish it had a little bit more lumbar support and a higher back. All other negative assessments were my own choices: color (while the white is aesthetically pleasing, I was a doofus and spilled on it the first week, which stained) and the arm rests (I chose the flip up for space saving, but realize I like the adjustable ones, since I’m shorter and it’s more ergonomic).

Comes in a box that you assemble with pretty easy instructions, took me 10 minutes! The chair seems well made, there is lumbar support that is adjustable and it puts decent pressure on your back. The material is firm but soft, if you are on the heavier side (250+) it may be a bit soft for you but depends what kind of chair feel you like.The best part of this chair is the arms. Being adjustable up and down allowed me to go under my desk which really helps me get into what im writing or reading. I have several office chairs and prefer this feature the most.Priced well and much better than my Hykken from staples!! love it!

Beware of under the seat support
There is very little support for the seat. I bought this for my sister who’s heavy. The base of the seat is like a sturdy cardboard. It has a small metal square balancing the whole seat on the base pole. So it was hard for her to balance on that without breaking anything. It’s not going to last Im betting. Disappointing.

I needed a new chair since my old one was worn down and this new chair did not disappoint. The assembly process was so simple and easy to build. I think it took me around 10-15 minutes, to the point that I expected that maybe I skipped some steps or something. It’s pretty compact so it’s easy to move around when I’m cleaning. The chair is very comfortable and I did not feel any discomfort after using it for about 3-4 hours. The cushion is very soft and firm and the top half of the chair is pretty strong.

Decent chair, one issue…
I generally like this chair, however it’s not completely stable. Like a part might be missing or something because I can sit centered, but it leans to the right sometimes, there seems to be a gap between the adjusting bar and the piece the seat sits on causing this problem. It is quite annoying. I have only had the chair since May (it’s late September) now. I wish this wasn’t an issue… but… it is.

it keeps your butt off the floor, for cheap
it’s inexpensive, and cheap. the seat’s frame is all plastic and I detect no metal skeleton with a magnet. the cushion goes flat fast and I’m only 160lb. the base is thin steel, the piston can’t hold a feather, and the foot ring slides down. as I only use the chair at full height at my standing desk, the latter two are solved by hose clamps on the piston shaft to prevent sinking and sliding. also I’m preparing to replace the foam in the seat with denser memory foam. but, it’s dirt cheap, nothing’s actually broken, yet, and it fills my need for a drafting chair suitable for a small space

Perfect height
I have a custom made drawing table, and it can be hard to find a chair that’s tall enough to fit while still being stable and sturdy. This one fits the bill perfectly. It was easy to assemble, is comfortable, and the mesh seat means my back stays cool.

Comfortable and adjustable
I’m so excited that I can reach my keyboard now. This chair is adjustable and comfortable. The arms move as well. It is great for the price. I’m 5’1 and so I needed a taller chair as my desk is a bit tall. The chair I had before only rose to 20” and this chair goes much higher. Sturdy and my back feels great now with the mesh backing.

Comfort
Love this chair! I purchased this for my craft room because I like to stand sometimes. It’s perfect, easy to move and the movable arm rests fold up so I can push the chair right up to my table when I’m done. It’s very comfortable and when my back gets tired I can lean back a bit. It’s awesome. 🤩

Great chair!
This chair has great back support and has great adjustability. It seats comfortably for both tall and short people. The arm rests are able to be moved up which allows for much more room if needed. The wheels allow for much mobility so the chair is easy to be moved around. It is able to turn in a full circle so anything that needs to be grabbed either to the side or behind you will be easily accessible. The back rest will prevent overheating and has a large surface area to support the whole back. This chair looks amazing as it keeps a low profile and would easily fit into any room. So far there is no issue with the structure as it is sturdy and will support a lot of weight. Overall it is great value for the money and is one of the top chairs to get on the market currently!

Great for a tween/teen & adult workspace
My sons say it’s comfortable and love that it is easy to adjust. They also enjoy folding the armrests to give them more armroom when drawing, painting, or building. The chairs move well over the indoor and outdoor carpet. I suggest scotch guarding the seat if children are prone to spilling or are messy. A disinfectant wipe has done great for minor spills.

About this chair
I think the quality of this chair is quite good. Why do I say that? Because when I was assembling it, I felt that the parts were heavy and there was no visible damage. Even though I’m not very skilled at assembling furniture or other things, this chair was relatively easy to put together, requiring only a few steps. After completing the assembly, I found the chair to be very comfortable to sit in, and the overall quality feels great. Although the price was a bit high for me, I still think the chair is worth buying.

You’ll Get What You Pay For
You Get What You Pay For…Typically Speaking, -Right?So that is where we precisely are with this “Kensaker” chair. It reflects the value of its price in 2024.This “Kensaker” chair yields ultra clear Instructions and it’s ‘Very Easy’ to assemble in <20 minutes.I had a "Global® 8977 Drafting Chair" for over thirty years to this date; Rock Solid Stability, Seated Hours of Ergonomic Comfort, a lovely beast with profound bottom and back cushion support. My brother and I labeled it "World's Greatest Chair!" However, I had left it within a damp basement for an extended period and, along with some other items, it became infected with minor mildew spores. 'Overly cautious about spore migration, it had to go and I needed a replacement. 30+ years later my $69 {Staples} "Global 8977" is now $230-$330. I just couldn't justify the cost of a new "Global 8977" since my chair usage has become less frequent. Thus, arrives this "Kensaker Drafting Chair" purchase:You can feel the instability immediately upon seating -it appears safe, mind you; but, if you make a movement, you feel more than your body moving. The positions of the bottom and back feel slightly awkward and poorly proportional to accommodate support and any extended duration of seated usage. I immediately missed my "Global 8977" ; but, this "Kensaker" will do the minimal seated work currently required. Overall, it seems like a normal sized desk chair that's been elevated to greater heights; but, without the consideration of what that extra height requires to provide a stable, comfortable unit. I like the movable armrests and the added footrest ring. However, upon positioning my feet, I can feel the chair wobble a bit and, upon seating myself, I can always feel the pneumatic post decrease 1-2". Lastly, I am within the load bearing weight of the chair, at 190lbs / 5'9". I feel a fair price for this chair would be reasonable at around $79.00, and not the asking $109 -$129. But, I'll be keeping the chair and crossing my fingers, as it'll be too much of a hassle to deal with a return. All that being said, upon observing the current field of similarly priced, cookie-cutter designed, and similar material type [plastic not metal] drafting chairs, it does appear to be the best value of the Amazon bunch. It is 2024 and not the 90's, and you will get what you pay for, just not the "World's Greatest Chair!"

I recently bought the Kensaker ergonomic office chair, and I have to say, I’m pretty impressed. The first thing that stood out to me was the adjustable lumbar support. The 2-inch panel for the lower back really makes a difference. I’ve spent long hours sitting, and unlike other chairs, this one has seriously helped reduce the back pain I usually get by the end of the day.Another feature I love is how versatile it is. The armrests can flip up 90°, which is awesome when I need more space or just want to stand up for a bit. Plus, it rotates 360° and the casters glide smoothly, so I don’t have to struggle to move around.The backrest is designed with an X-shaped frame that fits my spine perfectly. I’ve tried a lot of so-called ‘ergonomic’ chairs, but none of them felt as good as this one. The seat is really comfortable too, and the breathable mesh keeps me cool, even after sitting for hours.Oh, and the assembly was super easy! I followed the instructions and had it all set up in about 15 minutes. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase.
