All four chairs ordered had the same defective nut in the back rest
I had a 6mm tap so I could fix the threads on the left side upper nut that holds the back to the arm rest. All four chairs had the same issue, same location. If you don’t know what a tap is and try to force the screw you will strip the screw and damage the nut even more. Re-tapping the nut was easy and after all the chairs were assembled they are nice chairs meeting the discription and the price was good. Would have been a real pain trying to rebox and return to Amazon.

Nice but not as comfortable as I’d hoped.
This is a beautiful chair and very easy to assemble. I am the least handy person in the world so that’s saying something. My previous chair was a Serta Big and Tall which is incredibly comfortable to sit on but a nightmare to assemble if you’re by yourself. Also, it didn’t have much range as far as going up and down. (I’m big but not tall) . I was disappointed that the seat for this chair is like sitting on concrete and there isn’t much back support. It’s leaning back further than I expected but I have a lumbar support thing attached to it, which helps, but I do like how far it goes up. All in all, for the price it’s a good chair.

Smaller than expected, Not very sturdy
[Edit/update at end of review]Let me start by saying, I knew what I was paying for, so none of this was unexpected. I just needed an emergency replacement chair fast.Decently easy to assemble. However, the screws do not have any sort of locking spray on them, so all screws will wiggle out, and need constant monitoring for tightness. Keep the assembly tool near the chair.All parts are plastic, except for the part that attaches to bottom of seat, and sits on the gas lift. That is made of very thin aluminum. It will eventually bend and pull out of screws, especially if the screws are not constantly monitored for tightness.The arms wiggle, or if “wiggle” is not the right word, they have “give”. The give or wiggle will lead to screws coming loose, and the friction will eventually wear through the arms.The seat is the smallest size possible to still be called an office chair. It does qualify as a small to medium adult size. But if you have any junk in your trunk at all, it will squeeze you. And I am not talking about “huge” people. If your thighs are wide at all, it will squeeze you.The most concerning thing however, is when I went to rock back the first time, I could hear cracking under the chair (where the aluminum screws in under the seat). I will not be rocking back again, as it sounds like it is going to rip out of whatever is cracking. Sounded like wood, so more than likely the screws under the seat go into particle-board, which is what I heard cracking.As I sit here, I feel like I have to balance the seat on top of the gas lift. The slightest movement and I can feel it tilting.Again, I am not shocked, as I get what I paid for, and was expecting less. I just wasnt ready for how small the seat is. And was “hoping” i could recline. These are just the facts as I have observed them and hope they come in useful to you![EDIT: After only a few days the company reached out to me directly, and we were able to work together to make my after-purchase experience much better. It did not fix any of the issues with the chair, but they certainly went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good interaction with them, and they surely did not need to do so. I have adjusted my stars from 3 to 4, due to the overwhelmingly positive experience!]

It’s a good chair for the price
The media could not be loaded.
It has a small cut under the seat. And a random string hanging on the backrest. It’s smaller than advertised. I’m smaller so not a big deal for me. I wish the arms were a tad higher. It is comfortable to sit in and seems sturdy. The back was a little harder to attach. I needed a second person. But overall a decent chair.

Great chair for the price
I would not buy this as a big and tall chair as it is not much wider than a standard chair and the quality is matched to its price point. I am 6’2 240lbs and the chair is comfortable but would not call it extra sturdy, definitely not built for extra weight. However the overall quality of the chair is very nice for the sub $100 price point.

Not a large as they say, please read review I wrote.
I gave an overall 3 because it is not big and tall, we have one of those and these two we bought here will not hold hold 400 lbs, it is not as wide as I thought, and it sits nicely but not as secure as I thought. I thought since it said 400 lb and big and tall chair it would be but I am 5ft 5 and I weigh about 175 and I fill the chair up. It is not tall on the back and that was not what I thought either seems it should be taller behind the head. I bought two of these thinking they would be much larger and more sturdy. I hope they last I am holding my breath on these. I would rank these like the ones you buy at Walmart at 89 is about what I think. Will let you know in a few more months. The price was a little high I think. But it is what it is. It also seems to lean a tad to one side and that is disturbing. I couldn’t afford to buy two more expensive chairs at once and I trusted that the description would be all 100% correct but it is not. So next time spend a little more save more money and get a higher-quality chair. I think I was really fair in the review. I wish I could have said it was all the best but the description did not match up to the chair. But they are pretty.

Impressive for price
It was simple to put together, the instructions were easy & clear. Everything went together as it should. Just be sure when putting the back & arm rests on, DONT tighten down until everything is in place! I think that is the biggest mistake people make assembling desk chairs.I bought it for me, and really thought the seat would be a little bigger. I got it together and my husband sat down in it moments after I finished. He is a tall skinny guy and it fit him perfect. So before I even tested it, it went down the hall & I went looking for another one. I sat in it before I ordered one for me. It isn’t *plush* but it is comfortable. I’m *fluffy* (curvy, plump & bubble butt) and tend to tuck a leg under me so a wider seat is more comfortable. If you sit properly this would be a good seat for someone even heavier than I am (probably about 225lbs?). I’m about 175lbs, but like a ROOMY seat because I sprawl & often have a cat or two on my lap while working. It is moving well on a office style carpet, but you will have a challenge moving around on longer carpet without getting up first. Everything on it works well, and hubby not only uses it while in his computer but it’s comfortable enough he sits in it to watch TV. I’m glad he likes it because I really wanted something A bit larger and more padded, but there’s nothing wrong with it from our experience & I’ve certainly used worse! I’d have been happy to have this at many of my corporate jobs, but I’m spoiled now that I work from home. I personally wouldn’t want to spend 8 hours a day in it but hubby seems to be very satisfied and has not complained of any discomfort. I think it’s a great chair with a terrific price!

Quality is there, comfort is not at all. This is just maybe not the chair for me, I need more cushion and it’d a bit stiff. Not very comfortable.
The chair arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. From the way it was packaged in the box there are indents on the seat back cushion which are very noticeable, hoping they will come out over time. As for whether it is comfortable, as of now the cushions are very hard and not very comfortable, and the arm rests are way to low and I find they are not very comfortable to use while sitting in the chair. They need to be raised. Update, after posting my original review I received a response from the seller asking what they could do to resolve my issues. I replied to them but so far I have not received a reply to my response, I am curious to see if they will respond.

Won’t Rise/ The Company Has Awesome Customer Service
I Bought this chair on May 29th,2022. So I have had it 1 week short of a year. My issue with this chair is not the things people normally think about when buying a chair. It looks good is comfortable all of that but the shock started malfunctioning a few months ago. Now it does not work at all. The problem with this is that I am a short person so having the chair not raise at all is problematic. I find it a shame that I am going to have to take this chair to goodwill and buy myself a new chair when I have only had this chair 1 year.When I went back and read the chair description, it said it would replace all parts for 365 days. So I decided to test this out since I was exactly 1 week away from 365. I was at 358 from the days I purchased this chair. I actually thought well the chair looks great still and even if I had to buy the gas cylinder if they could at least tell me where I could purchase that part then I would be better off than if I just gave it away. To my surprise this company stepped right up and offered to replace all the parts I might need to get this chair working again.They are shipping all of it at no cost to me.. So even if it just works for 1 more year I am very happy but if they have fixed this issue and it last longer I could not be happier. Thanks to the Customer Service team

Underwhelming if you are big and tall
Bought this because it said big and tall as well as it was rated for 400 pounds max weight. I am 6 foot, 4 inches and weigh 265 pounds. It feels like any other smaller office chair you can find out there except this is double the price. The arm rests are way too low and it creaks under my weight even after tightening everything down. I will use it for now in hopes that I am wrong, but I foresee it breaking and ending up in a landfill in less than 12 months

Very easy to set up and use
This has to be to the best looking chair I have ever owned for a computer desk or office chair, it is fantastic. So easy to put together , it probably took me about 15 mins total. It is not so soft to start with , but I was assured it would get better with time . The armrests are nice and sturdy. It also rolls great too.

Not as wise or as deep as i thought..
i was looking for a wide seated chair since i sit cross cross apple sauce, and i compared the measurements with one that’s made for sitting that way and it had the same dimensions… i had a regular desk chair and when i received this one, it was smaller than the one i had in the first place. she’s cute but not my cup of tea

Not a terrible chair but not great either.
So after seeing how much office chairs are online right now (since COVID they have been jacked up like crazy) I opted for a cheaper stand-in until prices drop (I hope). It is easy to assemble. Took about 15 minutes to unpack and assemble. I got the white one which is more of a cream than white. The chair is pretty but made of very CHEAP materials. The arms and legs are made of plastic not metal. The little plastic caps they give you to put over the screw holes on the outside of the arms keep popping out. It’s a nice size for my 5’4″ 235 lb frame. Not a whole lot of padding so it definitely won’t be comfortable for someone that needs it for a full day of work. I have to lift it all the way up to reach the desk at a comfortable height for my arms and my feet don’t touch the floor which makes me nuts because I have to use a stool under my feet. I would say they like about 3 inches touching the floor. Overall for the price – you get what you pay for – and it will do for now.

So so chair
The chair is ok but the screws for the back are harder to put in correctly and fall out. With the issue with the screw in the back the chair does lean back more so you do not sit up correctly which does hurt the back

Good solution without spending a fortune
Decent chair, easy to assemble. Its color is more accurately depicted in the second photo here – the room lighting gave it a yellow-ish caste in the first photo that could be misleading. It’s a nice smoke gray – more blue-hued than yellow. I lost my beautiful white leather desk chair in Hurricane Ian and needed a replacement that didn’t cost as much bc I had a few other things to worry about – like replacing all the REST of my furniture and belongings… Anyway, decent chair – comfortable enough for my retired life where I sit at a desk FAR LESS than I used to. I’m not sure how long it will last but it’s ok for now.

Nice for the price, but it really isn’t for big people
The white chair was nice. However, it got a mark that is brownish because of the eczema lotion I have to use on my right leg. Not very comfortable for the legs. The sides of my legs hurt from the arm rests. I think the seat would be better without the arm rests, but they attach the back and bottom together. I think a person at 250# and lighter would see this as better comfort.

It cracked
After only one year and it is done. All I can do is turn in a circle. This is not a good sturdy chair at all. It should have lasted a few years for the price. I have a chair I paid 40 bucks for and it’s still going strong after 6 years. I wanted something cute for my office. Bad idea! If you buy it get the warranty!

Buyer beware!
I bought this chair March of last year in white. The chair is nice but……… Boy was that a mistake! Clothing dye has transferred to the PU leather seat & it is badly stained. No way to remove. Very disappointed to say the least. I am the only person using it. I don’t know if others have had this happen also. So I just wanted to give an honest review & heads up.

Great for price
Fairly easy assembly. I recommend screwing the arm pieces into the back before the seat. The wheels slide much another than my previous gaming chair. Material is soft and squishy, my back feels much better with this chair. Recommend if on a budget.

Dealing with LEMBERI
Ordered chair from LEMBERI. Brown Color, shipping order states brown color. Opened box on arrival, chair was gray color. Applied for Return authorization and it was granted. Then when I received the return label it states that I have to pay for return shipping. I have already reordered chair so have paid for two. LEMBERI policy states all returns accepted will have prepaid return shipping. Does not seem to be the case..Finally got correct shipping labels and returned chair to Lemberi. Now stating that my refund has been cancelled because they do not have all the proper information. Now have been charged for two chairs.

Pretty, but not comfortable for long stretches
Chair is pretty, but that’s about it. The seat cushion squishes down within half an hour and becomes a little uncomfortable on the tail bone. Fortunately, I’m not typically at my home desk for more than an hour or so at a time. If I were working from home and using it for several hours straight, I would have returned it. But, then again, I would have ordered a much more expensive/higher quality chair to begin with. So, with that said, if you just need a cute chair for light use at home, this is good. Otherwise, spend more and get better quality.

Uncomfortable, sinks, and not as advertised for “big and tall”
This has not been a great experience. First, there were issues with the tracking. It hadn’t arrived on time (and Amazon said it hadn’t, so they said I could contact the seller for a refund) but the seller’s records showed delivered. It was then delivered late a few days later. I think FedEx just messed up which is fine, but it was a confusing experience to have Amazon tell me I could request a refund but the seller saying it had been delivered. Then, after putting it together (which to be fair, was not hard), it is not in any way meant for “big and tall” people as advertised. I am not a small person and specifically was looking for a chair that would feel sturdy and hold my weight and size. My thighs hit the sides of the arms and unlike other chairs, I can’t raise the arms to have my thighs go under. It’s also just incredibly uncomfortable. The seat cushion is barely a cushion – I can feel the support rod through my buttocks – and the seat pitches forward and puts a pinch on my back. Lastly, and most importantly, the chair sinks (from day one). Again, I am not small and understand that size can contribute to this, but I specifically bought a “big and tall” chair expecting it to hold me (I’m 300ish) and it sinks incrementally over a 30 second period. I bought a clamp to put on the rod but I shouldn’t have had to do that on day 1 of the chair. I’m not bothering to return because I don’t want to have un-assemble everything and pay for shipping since it’s a third-party seller.

Office chair
I am very happy with this chair. It was not difficult to assemble at all. The only reason I did not rate the comfort higher is because I have not used the chair enough to have it broken in yet. It is not uncomfortable by any means, it is just a little stiff and I feel sure it will soften up with time. But even if it doesn’t, I would not be upset.

Good Chair
The assembly was very easy, material very durable, quality cushions and padding.The only flaw was I noticed that the chair was in a slight reclining position. I tried to adjust it, I even disassembled it to make sure it was NOT due to something on my part during the assembling but no, the chair had a defect.It gets a 3 star review because the chair is unstable, wabbling and the annoying reclined back lean doesn’t contour to my back.Update: After review the seller reached out to me to apologize for the inconvenience and opted to replacing ithe chair (same model) so we could give it another try. The new chair is much better!! It has all the same qualities as before but it’s very sturdy now, and contours to my back. Thank you Lemberi! 😊

It’s not as white as it is in the picture.
I ordered this chair based on its pure white color in the photo. When it arrived the chair is a cream color which does not match with the other white furniture I have. Otherwise it’s sturdy and easy to assemble.

It’s very noisy!
It’s less cushiony than it appears in the photos. Also, it is vey loud. Every movement creates a squeak of some kind. I work from home and my days begin early. My family can always tell when I’m at my desk.
