Not big and tall
It’s definitely not big and tall. It looks like a regular office chair. I’m 57 and it would fit me fine. But the gentleman I ordered it for is around 6’4 and I doubt it’s comfortable for him. Doesn’t seem to be very sturdy.

It’s ok
It was a pain to put together. But besides that, it was my fault but I didn’t realize that some of the screws were longer than others. As a result of that, the arm rests aren’t as sturdy as they should be. It definitely doesn’t have as much padding as the picture makes it seem. It’s alright but I’m a little disappointed.

Not for truly big people
This chair looks very nice and would probably be comfortable for a regular or smaller person. It is not for big and tall as it claims. If you have wide hips and thighs the fixed armrests will dig into your legs where the armrests are attached to the seat. I ordered the brown which is a very nice color. I’m going to have to send it back because it’s painful for me to sit in. The chair itself is not even on the bigger side, it’s honestly a smaller chair. If you don’t need the “big and tall” feature it claims to have it might be a great chair.

I’ve gone through a few chairs, but this is the one I’ve stuck with. Wide enough if you don’t have a beach body, and enough depth for if you’re tall. Easy to assemble and looks sleek.

The arm rests for this are all wrong
I love the look of this chair. It’s very appealing. This was very easy to put together. Seems sturdy. The arm rests however are very low and narrow. I’m 5’2″ so for the arm rests to be low for me is ironic. I sit with a foot under my leg pretty much constantly, this chair does not have room for that. Sitting with my legs straightforward, the side rails dig into my thighs. I’ll definitely be on the look out for an office chair with adjustable arm rests.

Not really worth the money
This chair seems very sturdy. When you pull it out of the box and put it together. It seems like it’s really decent. However, sometimes you do get what you pay for. This chair is not comfortable at all. There’s hardly any padding whatsoever. I didn’t return this chair to Amazon. We ended up donating it to a charity group and let them sell it to someone. Last I checked the chair was purchased for around $15 at the thrift store. I would not recommend this chair at all. I’m a gamer and I typically use a chair similar and I’ve actually bought chairs on Amazon similar. I have two upstairs that I use in my house for office and for gaming. They are not this chair at all and I got a better deal on those two chairs. I would avoid this chair at all cost. It’s shiny and pretty and solid but horrible.
