Ordered this bundled with the water flosser.
The whiting kit can with the LED light and 3 empty slots for where the whitening gel should have been. The flosser takes 5 hours to charge the first time. The it would turn on, change modes, and sound like it was pumping but no water. I messed with it and the wrote customer service at mysmile. Between us we got the water flosser Working. I had to blow through the water tank filter and the it works. MySmiles customer service is amazing.

what I like about the whiting kit is that its convenience usually it comes with everything I need in one package, including the whitening gel, LED light, and mouth tray, making it convenient to use at home, 2nd it’s a non-sensitive formula for me and people who claim of being non-sensitive it is appealing for those with sensitive teeth or gums who might experience discomfort with other whitening products.. What I don’t like about this product is that taste and texture I find the taste or texture of the whitening gel is unpleasant or uncomfortable. Also, the gum irritation with a non-sensitive formula I sometime might still experience minor gum irritation or sensitivity.

Absolutely works and great customer service
My teeth are pretty white, but I wanted to amp up the brightness prior to my birthday. I was amazed at how well the product works! From the very first treatment, I could see a difference. I had a bit of a problem with the product before I finished my treatment. I reached out via email and had a response in less than 10 minutes. In less than 20 minutes, my problem was totally resolved! I highly recommend the product and the company.
