Oura Gen 3 charger broke down after 4 charges
Bought an Oura ring charger for my 3rd generation Oura ring. It charged fine for about 3 weeks, but on the 4th time charging with it, it stopped working.I tried everything to revive it, including Oura ring reset and trying different charger wires and outlets. The white light that comes on when charging never came back on. Left it on the chargers anyway to make sure it’s not charging. The next morning it was not charged.Considering the $60 price for a charger, I was expecting it to be more durable.

Handy spare charger for my Oura ring
I misplaced my original charger for my Oura ring and was worrying about how to charge it. Amazon to the rescue with replacement chargers! This charger is basically the exact same thing as the one I got with my ring. Then I got a cover for the charger making it much more difficult to lose.

Love my Oura ring and I have recommended it to all my friends but their charger Quality is horrendous. Literally there is zero signs of damage to my charger and I keep it on my nightstand exclusively. This is my second charger to just suddenly die out of no where.

Shame on Oura Health Oy
The replacement device works but there’s no question that they’re producing this for five dollars maximum and using the entirety of the revenue to sue the pants off anyone who makes a competing version of it. It’s WAY too expensive for what it is and they seem to have cornered the market on it so we have no option but to pay top dollar to keep their already way too expensive ring going. Bad business, and bad people running it.

Stopped working
I bought this as a replacement from my original charger that worked for 2 1/2 years and then I bought this charger and it just randomly stopped lighting up and working after just 1 1/2 months after purchase. Tell me how this piece of crap is worked $60???? For what I paid for this ring and monthly subscription it’s an absolute rip off worthy canceling.

Won’t charge past 1%
I ordered this as a replacement charger after losing the original. It only charges to 1% (as shown in the screenshot), even though the charger blinks white as if it’s working. This started happening as soon as I received the charger and I wish I would have returned it right away.Many people have been having the same problems if you look on online forums. If this means my battery is shot, it’s because of the charger. My ring battery was fine with the original charger.

Good build quality but way overpriced and uses USB A for charging
If you are ever wondering about the impact of having a monopoly on a product this is a great example. There is no reason this should cost so much. Nothing wrong with it but it is a usb c charger for a ring. It should cost nearly $60. And it should be USB C to C. It’s still using a USB A connection to the – not included – wall charger. This is my newest charging device and the only one requiring USB A connection.Come on Oura! You can do better.

The cord is much longer then it shows in the picture which is great. It works just as intended I have had a couple of products from Oura and they all work great. Even one I had an issue with a charger I purchased before they quickly fixed the issue which was a blessing.
