Works for underarms!
Bought this product after doing some research about struggling with underarm odor that would not go away by washing them daily, sometimes multiple times a day, and not a single deodorant under the sun helped. Turns out it was definitely an overgrowth of the naturally occurring bacteria staphylococcus hominis on the skin that needed to be killed. In a single wash, the odor was GONE and I didn’t even need to put deodorant on! Really boosted my confidence after being extremely self conscious about it for months. Highly recommend if anyone else is struggling with this!

Best for BO
I have suffered from armpit BO all my life (I’m 28 now). I came across this cleanser years ago on a YouTube video from a dermatologist I follow and she recommended this, but when you’ve tried almost everything you don’t have any hopes so I didn’t try it. I had try vinegar, baking soda with lemon. Baking soda with lemon does work but application is messy. Vinegar also works but is not very long lasting. Tea tree oil its also good, but then again, not that practical. I have tried every deodorant, the more effective were clinical degree in conjunction with vinegar cause on its own it doesn’t last. My armpits sweat too much and that in combination with bacteria creates BO. A couple of years I saw a video that recommended african black soap. I tried and it really worked, that’s when I realized that baby soap that my dermatologist prescribed for my atopic dermatitis was not doing a very good cleaning bacteria on my armpits. I bought another african black soap, but the bars were just too big and it came a mess easily, and it was not as good as the previous brand I used before. It is also worth mentioned that my body gets used to every new deodorant real fast. I then tried perspirex, which I used the blue one which is the strongest (up to 5 days) but I can only go as far as 3 days and my armpits where smelling again. I came across a tik tok video which recommended Panoxyl again, I decided to give it a try and bought it on Amazon without any high hopes. I tried immediately and it was the miracle I was waiting for. I used the 10% concentration and my armpits do not smell AT ALL. I use it like this: everyday when I shower, I put the tiniest bit amount on every armpit (a little goes a long way and remember too much can dry your skin), it says to give it a massage but I usually just leave it for 1-2 min and then remove it. Then I put The Ordinary’s Glycolic Acid (This is a habit I created before trying Panoxyl and because I burned my skin using Perspirex 6 hrs after shaving, Glycolic Acid did help with hyperpigmentation and bad odor, but as the other remedies, it is not as long lasting) and I still use the same perspirex blue one that I first bought since I haven’t run out of it. I used perspirex after 5 days just because it says this is the longest you can go, but I didn’t have any BO, and the next day I still don’t smell anything. The only test that I haven’t done yet is under workouts as currently I can’t workout because I’m fasting, but before when I ended my workout my BO was really bad because of the sweating, but even if I haven’t tried it, I know it won’t disappoint as even when there’s an issue it will be fixed when you shower or you can do it just before the workout. I thank Panoxyl for this since I have fought BO since I was in my teen years, this gave me so much insecurity, I tried everything and still I didn’t smell good, which was really unfair and people always criticize. That’s why I’m leaving this review, maybe it can help somebody else. My sister had the same issue, a little more mild than me and now she is just as in love and recommended it to everyone we know that suffers from this. She uses The Ordinary’s Glycolic Acid and the Vichy red deodorant. On the face, I rarely have breakouts but this week I had two minor breakouts and this helped them cure really fast, asI guess it kills the bacteria. I only used it on the breakouts and not the rest of my face, as I’m scared it might dry out my skin and I have oily skin and live on tropical humid weather. If you are dry skin or live on colder or dryer place it might be best to watch out as the product could be drying or make your skin sensitive.

Actually works
Boyfriend was having trouble with breaking out on his back even with showering, moisturizing, and using benzoyl spot treating cream. He got this and uses almost every day, and after 2 weeks I’m not seeing any more fresh break outs. We’re super happy with it so far, and I’d recommend using lotion once in awhile as it is drying to the skin. Also definitely wash it off well because it’ll bleach your towels.

look for large quantities, very worth it.
this stuff will bleach your clothes and whatever else is on the floor, so if your shower leaks water, just be careful ~this product reduces acne quite a lot but it won’t fix it. it just dries things out and seems to purge bacterial stuff, so your body will heal itself after a day or so.

This works great on face, pits privates and feet. This does need to be left on for a few minutes before washing off to kill and bacteria lurking. Does not dry my face out. I use a Paula’s choice maiturizibg face wash after leaving this on for a few minutes for it to work. This helps with decreasing bacteria on other body parts- same thing, leave this on for a few minutes and be careful not to put too close to sensitive private areas.

The best cleanser ever
I saw videos recoomending this cleanser for a while, but my skin wasn’t problamatic so I decided to go on with my usual ruitine. Lately, I started to break out and get more blackheads so I got this cleanser and WOW. While it is quite intense, and tends to dry out your skin, it’s not anything a good moisturizer can’t fix. I use this with Paula’s Choise exfoliator and my skin looks so much better. My blackheads come out really easy, many have dissapeared, especially on my nose and my pimples go away really soon, when I do get a few.For the people who’s skin isn’t used to active ingredients though – work this into your routine slowly, cause it is intense.P.s. Use white towels cause no metter how well you wash it off, it will still bleach

Cleared skin but bleaches materials
I always had really clear skin but I moved to a tropical place with humidity and starting experiencing oily skin and breakouts. This worked great (I will say you have to be very consistent and be patient it takes a little bit of time to see results) BE WARNED IT WILL BLEACH EVERYTHING (clothes, towels, etc). The amount of shirts I’ve ruined before I realized it was this is ridiculous…it does kind of concern me what it’s doing to my skin if it can bleach so easily

I’m the type of person that will read through 1 million reviews on products, and I took a shot with this one. At first, I was skeptical if it was even working but as I’ve been using it it is definitely working. I haven’t broken out much(although alarmingly, on the day I haven’t used it I’ve broken out), and it seemed that it has cleared up , so it works. I’d say it’s not very gentle, as it will leave your skin feeling dry, but if you pair it with a moisturizer you should be fine. Smells very chemically, sometimes will irritate your eyes. But. the bottle is big, I think this will last me 2 months or so, and that’s with my dumb brother stepping on it😔.

Solved my body odor entirely!
I saw a video of someone using this to wash their armpits because they are a chronic stress sweater and that was me too! No matter what deodorant I use, I would still get B-O. Ever since I started washing my armpits with this, I’ve had NONE at all. The ingredients are very good quality because I have sensitive skin and have never had burns or irritation from it. Lo he comprado 3 veces ya, dos veces para mi uso y una vez para regalárselo a mi novio. A mi me funciona muy bien ya que tengo acné moderado y con solo usar este jabón se me regula mucho, pero a él no le está funcionando a como esperábamos, ya lleva 2 semanas usándolo y no le veo mejoría como a mi ya que su acné es un poco severo, aquí se demuestra que no todas las pieles son iguales 🙁

Don’t throw away your deodorant!
For awhile now I have been using organic, aluminum free deodorant. I’ve been using the same brand of deodorant that, for the most part, has worked amazingly! Until a few months ago when it wasn’t! I was so disappointed because it took me so long to try different products to determine what worked. I was so hesitant to start the process yet again.Enter PanOxyl! I saw a reel on social media by a dermatologist that suggested this product for stinky pits. I took a chance and it worked wonderfully! I’ve been using PanOxyl to wash my underarms while showering and my deodorant seems to have not been the culprit! If your deodorant doesn’t seems to be as effective maybe the problem is bacterial. Try this! I hope it works as well for you as it has for me.

The product definitely works for use on face and to control Odor for all your potentially “stinky” body parts. Make sure after gently rubbing product into skin you leave it undisturbed on skin for at least 60secs before rinsing off in order to achieve best results.NB – I would recommend drying with a light colored or white towel after use as the product does bleach your towels especially if you did not rinse off properly.

Cleansing
I learned about this when my doctor prescribed this for my HS. Then I learned it was a facial and body cleanser. I started using it for my face and my face immediately seemed brighter. You can imagine the bottle getting gone faster from me using it for HS and face so in between the time it takes for my next prescription, I’ll run out and come to amazon for more. It’s natural ingredients. Very effective for full body use. Add into skin care to protect from blemishes and tones discolor. Run. Don’t walk.

Works well with same brand moisturizer
I’ve been using this on my skin for the last couple of weeks and I’ve seen obvious improvement to my skin. I apply it before I use the PanOxyl moisturizing lotion and I don’t mix it with anything else. It moisturizes, leaves my skin feeling soft and works really well. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling oily and greatly improved my appearance. It’s been effective in clearing up the bumps on my face.

Armpit results may vary
I’m assuming a lot of people have come here to buy this specifically to wash their underarms. I’ve heard great things about it, but it hasn’t changed my smell at all. I’m not an overly sweaty/odorous person, but using this (and leaving it on for a bit) is no different than just not using it at all. That being said, I can’t give it less stars because I have not been using it for acne purposes.

Post Accutane staple
This is a post Accutane staple for my son, recommended by his doctor. It does have benzoyl peroxide in it, so it will “bleach” and damage clothes. My son gets dressed after washing his face, that’s taken care of it. But we did ruin a few shirts before realizing what the issue was.

I wish I took before and after pictures of my face. It definitely cleared up my skin and would reccomend this item to anyone looking for clearer skin. I still have scarring/redness to get rid of which this item doesnt seem to help with that. If used twice daily this product will dry your skin so I would definitely plan on getting a great moisturizer. Overall I am happy. Will be purchasing another soon.

STAPLE
I love panoxyl I use to use this when I was younger and had beautiful perfect skin and then the whole Korean skincare drama came out and I switched to that but it destroyed my skin barrier. after 2 years of believing it was just a purge and not just accepting that k skincare isn’t for me I switched back to panoxyl and moisturizer with my damaged skin barrier I’m only a week my skin started going back to normal and I don’t think I’ll ever stop using panoxyl again!
