Passcode didn’t work one first unit, worked on replacement
It’s exactly like the video in the review section. The safe only opens when both keys are inserted and not with a passcode. I tried the factory passcode and then set my own and neither worked. Getting a replacement and if that doesn’t work I’ll be changing my review to 1 star. The replacement safe worked fine. Leaving it at 3 star since the first one didn’t work.

Arrived Damaged Twice
Arrived via UPS and was damaged on several corners. The problem is it’s about 80 pounds and packed in a flimsy cardboard box with thin plastic corner protectors that easily break so of course the safe will be damaged. I did the return/exchange process and they sent another one. It was also damaged on several corners during shipping. I tried to exchange it again (figured I would just keep trying and hope to get lucky) but the second time they would only give a refund. The quality is just OK for the price. The key is rather difficult to get to engage and the steel is very thin. Someone could cut through the sides with an angle grinder in 5 minutes. Not really for valuable valuables.Oh, and another thing the idiots who made this did…the holes at the bottom of the safe for mounting to the floor are too small for the provided cement anchors (which are poor quality anyway). So you either have to drill the holes out at the bottom of the safe bigger, or get smaller anchors.

Security for what is important.
This box is a good choice for the security of important documents. Its digital and manual locking system (2AA batteries and key) makes it safer to not access without the code or key.

Unlock with password.
It’s fairlyNice my only negative is that it won’t with password or with extra battery pack. I need both keys to open

Peace of mine
To keep my valuable safe. This safe is large enough for my needs yet small enough to be practical for home use. The locking system was easy to program and my wife and I both have a set of keys. Fireproof and waterproof I feel comfortable that my important papers are safe.
