I originally wanted to try ashwagandha but ended up getting these due to all the other natural herbs that are combined in it. My mood is very chill, unbothered, and gives me a great amount of energy. I am also only taking one a day two is a bit too much, these are definitely worth a try if you are looking for natural mood stabilizer. Very effective and no jitteriness with only one a day, taking it in the am.

Didn’t really work for me…
I took it twice a day, every day for a month now, and have begun bottle #2, since I’m now a couple days past the point of being able to return it, or I would.I did have high hopes it would be of benefit, as several friends had highly recommended taking Sea Moss, and this seemed like a good option.However, for me, it’s not unusual for few products to have some kind of actual, noticeable effect, maybe it’s the downside of already being in pretty good health. For those suffering from various dietary/nutritional deficiencies, supplementation may have profound effects.On the plus side, even though I was a few days beyond the Amazon refund period, the manufacturer was kind enough to refund my payment.

I purchased these vitamins because they formula combination was recommended by my acupuncturists. I am still in the early stage of using them so I can’t really say that I am noticing a difference because in may cases it takes time for your body to adjust. So I will have to give it another two weeks to honestly say if there’s a change.

I am on my 3rd bottle of this about 3-4 months in. My overall health has improved, I’ve lost 40 pounds (not sure if this has anything to do with it though), I feel more energized and I feel less stressed (I no longer let things out of my control upset me)! I read taking it before bed is better and I wake up the next morning refreshed. Highly recommend this supplement

This supplement doesn’t even advertise that but I’ve seen significant changes in my hair growth and hair density with these supplements. Too much iodine??????
Has anyone taking this experienced an acute onset of hyperthyroidism?? I started taking this in August and loved the way I felt (only taking 1 capsule per day) up until recently I started having excessive sweating, hot flashes, rapid heart rate, excessive hunger etc. I went to the doctor who ordered labs for my thyroid and in the period of 5 months (last blood draw was April before taking this) I went from a normal TSH level to a dangerously low TSH level and elevated free T4 level indicating hyperthyroidism. I know too much iodine can cause this and cannot seem to find anywhere how much iodine is actually in this product!!!

You can feel the difference
Bought this product on a whim in hopes it would help with weight loss and low energy and I love it. I will say that I don’t believe it has aided in weight loss at all but I can feel the difference in day to day routine when I’m taking this supplement. In the mornings, I used to feel bloated and lethargic with low energy levels even with my morning coffee and a good sleep but now I feel great in the morning, the first couple hours of the day don’t drag, I feel like I’m ready to go. The turmeric helps with the bloating and if you look up the other key ingredients individually, you can see the benefits that they have for you. I only take one pill in the morning, but it’s effects are good enough for me. I will definitely be ordering again. I also like the fact that it has vitamin C and elderberry, especially with the colder months coming up to help build up some immunity.

Realized i was pooping a bit easier for a couple days i was pooping water but there was no pain no issues felt like it was a cleanse ,i felt cleaner. Went to go get my eyebrows cleaned a month later and the eyebrow lady was telling her worker while cleaning my brows ” its hard to thread because they have gotten thick and strong”. and i did realize it was a bit painful than it was before taking these. I do feel a difference in mood but its you who makes the good/focused mood last, you can just sit there and waste your day or push yourself to do the things you have to do but are delaying, so don’t take this thinking this will help me become disciplined its you who has to take the action and say no to things and stand on it and doing the work but yes taking these pills you will feel a bit of ease in your mind but it is also easy to brush it off and tell yourself its ‘all in my head” and that this isn’t really doing anything. But give it a shot you wont die if it don’t nor get deadly side effects and you can also gift it to someone who religiously uses this or introduce it to someone and guaranteed they have seen an ad about this product and thought about getting it. I’m on month 3 taking these.

Excellent Supplement
I’m 55 and this gives me the right amount of energy without any side effects. I feel more focused and positive and they don’t make you feel strung out or edgy. Great supplement!

I started with the search for Sea Moss, But after looking at this combined supplement I was excited to try it! I have a regular routine wherein I get up at 3:30 in the morning and start work at 5:00. After reading the reviews I decided to take just one tablet, even though I am 6’3, 185 lb and I’m not highly reactive. I feel a warmth coming from inside, and a clarity of mind slightly better than usual. I will write updates after a few weeks
