   Like sitting on a cloud

   My new office chair is amazing. The color is beautiful in a marigold shade. It was easy to set up and came with all of the parts. I find the terrycloth exterior Uber comfortable especially when sitting in shorts or skirts. You do not stick to the fabric. It turns easy and overall is my new thing in my office. And during the color and the way it feels when I’m sitting in it. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for something fun and artsy for your office. It comes in a variety of colors. It’s very sturdy, love the extra wide seat for when I’m working at night and need to shift position. It’s a great product.

   Updated – Can’t even get passed step 2

   Last update – seller sent the piece I needed and was able to assemble the chair in about 30 minutes. It’s pretty comfortable so far so im going to change to 5 stars. Took around 2 weeks to talk to the seller, figure out the problem and receive the new piece in the mail.Update – the seller answered me with a reasonable about of time and are sending a new piece that will hopefully fix the issue.I unpacked all of the pieces and started putting the chair together, at step two I was stuck because the base and the legs that connect to the base are the same exact size, one CANNOT fit in the other. I looked and found someone else has had this problem. I have contacted the seller and will see if they can send me a replacement part.

   Comfortable, ergonomic, small

   I bought this chair because I work from home and wanted a couch-like feeling of comfort. The material definitely has that comfy feeling and the seating pad and back rest is medium firm and feels great to sit in. The only discomfort i feel is the depth of the bottom seat – my old chair was 2 inches longer in depth and sat nicely under my knees. Where as this one hits below my hamstrings. It’s fine – but that means my feet just barely hit the ground because the chair doesn’t adjust to go lower. I’m 5’4” so maybe this was meant for someone who is between 5’5” and 5’6”. But then again, the seat is shorter in depth than an average chair. I’ll keep it for now because of the price point. But it definitely has its flaws.

   Love this chair!

   I absolutely love this chair. I searched for months trying to find one that checked all the boxes. I work for hours at a desk and had extreme shoulder pain so I needed it to be height adjustable and I needed to be able to lift the arms to avoid hiking my shoulder up on them as a rest. The back comes up just to just below my neck so lots of back support. It is soft and plush like a recliner vibe which I what I wanted AND it’s beautiful. Customer services was also great. We had an issue with shipping, the company ripped the box and it put a hole in the chair. We reached out to customer services and with no questions asked they sent us a whole new chair immediately. I was skeptical because of the lack of solid reviews but I’ve had it for almost a year now and I’m here to say it was worth it!

   Great, difficult assembly process

   I purchased this chair for a small office that has an L-shaped desk, so I wanted a chair on wheels that could pivot to different position with ease. Despite being on carpet, the chair moves quite easily and I have had no difficulties. Both arm rest are adjustable and I do like this feature as well. I did have some difficulties with installation.One of the screw holes in the chair did not line up properly with the arm rest screw and I had difficulty getting the screw to stay in. Thus, this chair is a full install as no parts truly came fully pre-assembled. Upon installing everything, I noticed that there was some metal on metal squeaking sound (there are metal springs under the cushioned back rest) in the back rest portion of the chair with almost every movement that involved putting pressure on the back rest. I tried to remedy it myself but to no avail. I notified the seller and they provided a quick remedy for the problem I was having for the squeaking. I do appreciate the quick responsiveness of the seller and their understanding of my chair issue. I would definitely recommend this chair for an office. With hours of long sitting, I found this chair to be well cushioned and comfortable!

    Love it

    I love this chair. I’m a fairly petite person though, so maybe take this review with a grain of salt.I wfh 2 days a week, and I look forward to those days all week long because I find this chair to be that comfortable. As a cat parent, I’m always sharing at least 25% (and sometimes even up to 50%) of the chair with my cat, and I’ve never felt too crowded with the both of us using it. My cat also thinks it’s very comfortable.I love a high back chair and was really pleased with this one. My head just reaches the top of the chair when sitting up straight. The arms being able to lift is also super great! I got the teddy version and absolutely love the texture and padding. I am never in pain after sitting in this chair all day.I will admit that due to its teddy material, it can get a bit hot, but I also use a blanket all day long. Another thing to note is that it does make an audible clicking noise when leaning back. I don’t often lean back and the sound doesn’t bother me when I do, but something to keep in mind.Overall, I love this chair and I am really happy with my purchase. I spent a lot of time researching different chairs and this one checked off every box for my needs.Also, I’m a 5’2, 110lb person and I was able to put this thing together myself. It wasn’t the easiest thing ever, but I got it done with minimal swearing.

    Comfortable and Pretty

    This chair was really easy to setup. I did have to have a little help to line up the arm rests though. Overall, it’s comfortable, pretty, and affordable. I do wish the seat was a little bigger, but that’s just my preference. This chair was worth the buy 🙂

    Took a chance that this one would be better than my old chair, but wasn’t counting on it. Well, I was wrong. It’s really nice. It was pretty easy to put together, and it’s quite comfortable. Plenty of seat padding. GREAT back support, which I really need. The fabric is soft to the touch. The arms fold up, so I can push the chair under the desk, which I couldn’t do with my older chair. I’m a short, plump old lady, so not having those arms extend all the way to the front of the seat keeps the sides of my thighs from hurting while sitting. This chair is a perfect fit for someone my size.

    Chair looks nice, won’t go together properly

    I was really hopeful for this chair. I’m having such a hard time putting it together though. I love putting together furniture I get from Amazon, but I LITERALLY cannot get this screw into the hole. It’s the only hole that won’t let the screw go in. I blame the manufacturer on this mistake. I’m terrified to lean back in this chair because it’s the screw that goes to the back seat part. I had real hopes for this chair.

    Ergonomic for Neck/Upper Back but not lower

    Best Features: Modern and Sleek Design, Rocks, Leans Back without falling over, High back, comfortable, Easy to store, rolls on carpet, enough room for lap tableWorst Features: No lower back supportI have multiple disc herniations – both in my neck and lower back. I was looking for a high back chair that had support and could lean back during meetings to reduce the weight on my neck from gravity. I bought this chair for this reason. I love this chair but my ONLY issue with it is that it’s not ergonomic for the lower back. Your hips will be lower than your feet, I think they may just need more padding in that area. Other than that this is a great chair with all the features I could ever want. For my fix I’ll just put a lumbar pillow on it, but that’s a small price to pay. Make sure you assemble it in the right direction if the rocking/leaning isn’t working! I had to disassemble it again because I didn’t realize that!

    Extrememly overpriced for what it is with some bizarre cost cutting

    I am extremely puzzled as to where all the good reviews are coming from for this chair. Have people been so deprived of a half way decent chair their entire lives that they think this is in any way acceptable? For $200 I expected something fairly decent but what you get is something mass produced with almost zero quality control and some seriously questionable design choices. Nobody tested this design.As for putting it together, difficulty wise, it’s no better or worse than any other flat furniture. Some bolt holes didn’t really want to line up so that was the first red flag.It looks nice, the fabric feels soft and like it is tough enough to handle daily use. The seat back is comfy but surprisingly slab like. I didn’t expect precision back sculpted ergonomics but it’s worse than I was expecting.The seat base is the main reason I cannot use this chair though. For some reason it’s not flat nor does the foam indent when you sit on it. In fact, it is hard, springy and domes upwards into you causing your hips to tilt forward and is extremely uncomfortable for any time over an hour. Hello sciatica! How is anybody saying this is comfortable? I’m guessing these are made in different factories and it’s a lottery as to what kit you’re getting. I have had a few people sit on it and everyone says it’s horrendous.The wheels are also inexcusably cheap for the price point. Totally plastic and don’t roll smoothly. You’d want to replace them with something decent from the hardware store (more money on an already bad purchase).Same thing with the arms. These unfortunately are not something you can replace with better parts. They are entirely plastic (including nasty looking plastic chrome style covers) which would be fine except that they only attach from one point at the back and therefore have non-existent rigidity. These would no doubt snap off within 6 months as you cannot put any weight on them without them flexing. They are also bizarrely positioned and too far out. I’ve never experienced this before with an office chair. They feel positioned like dining chair arms.Lastly, at 5′ 6″ (168cm), I have never had a problem with office chairs being the wrong size but I feel like a child on this thing as my feet don’t touch the ground.I already regret throwing out the free 5 year old (cost someone else $40) cheapo Target office chair that I replaced with this disappointing excuse for a chair. Sure it’s nice to look at and touch but it fails to be what it’s supposed to be, an office chair.I am absolutely returning this. Lesson learned. Never buying a chair without sitting on it first again. Be wary.

    Nice look, feel and construction

    This is for the blue/navy velvet version with the chrome base. Overall I’m very happy. It looks exactly as pictured. I chose this chair for a few reasons several due to being short. The back works well for me where chairs with a headrest are usually far too tall and ergonomics are in the wrong place. This lets me have a comfortable lean when eating my neck back and I can easily slide a lumbar pillow in if needed. The flip up arms are also what I was looking for so I could sit cross legged at times and it works well for this because of the arms and the seat width. I also wanted a cloth fabric and not leather or pleather so the material is good for me but wish there were like linen options or a lightweight fabric. But so far it fits well, it’s quiet and is actually helping with some back stress. The only drawback I see is the seat padding doesn’t seem the thickest but overall I recommend.

    soft fabric

    This chair is easy to put together. I probably had it done in under 20 minuets, I did use a power drill with a hex bit. I like the feel of the fabric on the chair. I have not yet used the chair for a full day of work, but for the three hours I have used it it was comfortable the whole time. Time will tell how it holds up to high use.

    The color suits my office perfectly. After a day at work, I struggled with back and neck pain, so I decided to try this chair after reading the reviews. I am happy with my decision. It adjusts up and down easily, and the arms lift up for convenience. The chair also tucks under my desk completely for a tidy result. I have less neck pain and no more back ache.

    Was awesome for a little while.

    I was really excited to upgrade my office chair after many years of sitting on a hunk o’ junk. I bargain shopped because ya know, a girl’s gotta eat. I had a wishlist that I felt I had found in this chair: fabric (I hate pleather; it ALWAYS peels eventually and it’s so gross), sturdy (I’m not gonna lie, I’m tall and heavy), large enough for a big gal to sit cross-legged or with her legs tucked under, and—ideally—pink.The “teddy” fabric on this chair felt really plush in the beginning, and it was a perfect shade of pink. I loved the lock tilt mechanism, as I could tilt it back and I felt “cradled” in the chair, curled up in it. It handled my height and methods of sitting well, and if the armrests got in the way of my cross-legged sitting, they are easy to adjust out of the way entirely!I didn’t want to admit it when the chair started giving me issues about 6 months in because I had been so excited about it and I spent a good amount on it (for *me* — I’m well aware that this is a bargain in the Office Chair World). The lock tilt mechanism was the first thing to go. One day the chair just popped out while I was sitting in it and it never let me lock the tilt ever again.Then the creaking began. I can’t adjust even slightly in my chair without it groaning and creaking anymore, which is really frustrating.Screws randomly keep falling out of the base, and then the chair started to sit crooked. The fabric started to pill, and it’s hard to maintain or clean (I do my best with spot cleaning + my little carpet cleaner).Next month will be one year since I bought this chair, and I’m shopping for its replacement.Basically, I’m here to say that this chair is… well, a bargain. If you WFH or game a lot, or both, I’m not confident this chair can handle that amount of use. If you’re big/tall, I’d definitely avoid it. I’m not 100% sure my weight is the deciding factor in its longevity, but I’m trying to give the chair the benefit of the doubt here.Now, I’m out here looking for my next chair, because I’m tired of the creaking and the lopsided look and the fact that it doesn’t lock tilt anymore, and I like to comb through the reviews first. I thought: “I don’t want to know what people think of their chair on day one; I want to know how it holds up after a year of sitting in it daily.” And I realized I should be the reviewer I want to see in the world. And here I am.

    It’s a keeper!

    This chair is very comfortable. I like that it rotates, the back rocks, arms lift and decent padding.Easy up or down for my granddaughter and me with no squeaking. Only reason I gave it a 4 staris because there was no printed instructions but has pictures. Thank goodness for the picturesand a husband who understands how to assemble almost anything.

    Love it!!

    I genuinely love this chair! As someone who spends about 8 hours a day on it, it’s not caused me any back pain or discomfort. I can also sit cross legged in it comfortably, with and without the arms down! Genuinely everything about this is so nice!Though I did have some issues assembling it where a couple of the pieces on the arm rests/legs didn’t line up properly with the holes provided, but I was able to modify those bits to fit with a little elbow grease. It would be difficult to assemble for anyone who’s not used to working with tools though!

    Not for the weak, old, or faint at heart fo assemble.

    #1 the instructions written do not match the part numbers given. One of the legs was not able to easily slide over the arm to screw it together. I had to bend it slightly (not easily) with a hammer. Next, the instructions to insert the wheels were way understated – I had to hit the wheels with a hammer to have them actually go in. #2 I had to stop assembling at the piston stops which did not just “click together” as instructed. I tried to put the piston on to the seat assembly, but it doesn’t screw or twist..just sits there – how does one sit on that? As in step E, I put he seat assembly on the assembled piston rod/leg assembly, and tried to put the handrests on – and boom – the piston rod cap just broke into the assembly – what in the world? There are no assembly videos to show how this works, no one to call for help, and nothing written about this issue. An average every day 60 year old retired woman cannot assemble this by herself. I did it eventually with another part sent from the seller, but expect this won’t be a simple task. It was cheaper than most chairs and so far it is good but it was a bear to put together.

    Super comfortable!

    This is the first chair I’ve bought that wasn’t leather and it has been great! It was very easy to put together and it is very comfortable. I love that the arms can be folded up and I can move closer to my desk when I’m playing games. I think it will last a lot longer than a leather chair since its material doesn’t feel like it will start peeling off.

    Great chair in the beginning, doesn’t hold up

    I bought this almost 2 years ago, and I LOVED this chair. It was cozy and matched my office vibe. After the first year, though, the lack of quality started to show. The seat cushion flattened quickly requiring an additional pillow for comfort. One the the arms snapped off. And the latch to keep the chair for leaning back gave out, so at any moment you could fly backwards without warning. I still use it, but with caution. It was nice while it work the way it was supposed to, but if you plan to use this daily, it might not last as long as you would hope it would.

    Fending for myself after spending money on an extended protection plan.

    This is the review I left Allstate/Square Trade in regards to this purchase. The office chair completely failed and I filed a claim to them for the extended furniture protection plan I purchased. No help whatsoever referred me back to the manufacturer. Good luck trying to get a hold of them.Here’s what I wrote:I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with your extended protection warranty service. As a first-time user of your warranty, I had hoped for a smoother and more satisfactory process, but unfortunately, that was not the case.Upon encountering an issue with my product, I diligently took the time to fill out the claim form, expecting a timely resolution to my problem. However, to my dismay, I was informed that the responsibility for resolving the issue fell on the manufacturer’s shoulders. This news was disheartening, as it is often challenging to receive a prompt response from a manufacturer that produces subpar products.While I understand that Allstate facilitates the claims process, I must admit that I expected more comprehensive support after paying for an extended warranty and protection plan. It is disconcerting to feel as though I have been passed off and left to fend for myself, especially considering the financial investment I made in securing your services.I urge you to consider the frustration and inconvenience that customers like me experience when faced with such situations. As a company that provides extended protection warranties, it is crucial to ensure that customers are provided with adequate support throughout the claims process, even if it involves liaising with manufacturers on their behalf. Such a commitment would not only instill trust in your services but also differentiate you from other providers in the market.I sincerely hope you take my feedback into consideration and use it to improve your services. While this experience has left me dissatisfied, I believe that valuable lessons can be learned from constructive criticism.     I love this chair

    So comfortable and cute. I used to have back pain within minutes of sitting at my desk and now I can sit comfortably for hours with no pain. I love the texture and how easy it is to adjust.My only complaint is that it comes in pieces and was a bit challenging to put together when I first got it. But the chair is well worth that inconvenience.Good size, performance, and support!

    My favorite chair by far!

    To preface the review, I am a digital artist. I sit in my chair for several hours at a time, so comfort and support are my biggest necessities when looking for a chair. Adjustable arms are a MUST HAVE because I shift and move around frequently, so I need to be comfortable no matter if I’ve got my legs crossed or straight.While browsing for a replacement (Racing-style chairs are often a leather or faux-leather that my cat loves to scratch) I stumbled across this one.Don’t let me tell you about how amazingly soft and plush this chair is, see for yourself! (Guest starring my dog, lol.) The adjustable arms are sturdy and just as plush as the chair, they make a satisfying click whenever you adjust them. The back of the chair is so dang soft and comfy, I melt into it whenever I sit down to work. No more days of hunching over my tablet because I’d rather dislocate my spine than sit against a cold hard leather chair.For reference, I am 5’3″ and roughly 160 pounds and I fit in it perfectly. When I sit all the way back my head rests on the top of the chair since there is no headrest. This is preferable for me as I don’t find headrests very comfortable in the first place, but taller-built folks might want to look for a chair for a taller back.I won’t lie, the material isn’t baby-soft— but it isn’t sandpaper either! If you’ve ever owned particularly pill-y fleece, it’s like that, so it still feels nice against my skin.The tilt-adjustment is something I haven’t had in any other chair, usually it’s combo’d with the height adjustment. It’s easy to use, just lift it up (to lock in place) or down (release lock.) You can even lock it at a certain tilt angle, if you’re into that.It took roughly 30-45 minutes to put together with another person. If I were to put this together alone, I would have struggled to put the arms on, as others have mentioned having difficulty doing. We put it together wrong at first, because the sticker showing you which side is the ‘front’ was stuck on wrong, so when I sat in it for the first time it dropped me to the floor. It was an easy fix, just unscrew it and face it the other way, but I thought I’d mention it incase someone else came across the same problem.All in all, very satisfied with my purchase! It’s super comfortable, the arms are sturdy and adjustable, provides good support to my back, and perfectly fits my needs!

    Love this chair!

    This chair is just about perfect for me. I’m short, only 5 ft, so ergonomic chairs hit all the wrong spots and end up causing discomfort. This chair doesn’t have the ergonomic design so it’s great. Of course my feet dont reach the ground, but the height adjustment on this let’s me get the right height for working at the desk all day. My husband is 5’10” and he says the chair is comfortable for him too. The seat back is a good height for both of us. The arms have space between them & the seat so no problem sitting with my legs crossed. The arms are cushioned & soft, but could have a little more padding. The arms can be up or down, but don’t have height adjustments. That is my only complaint.The seat cushion & back are well padded without being so stuffed they are stiff. I have spent 10 hour days working in this chair and was comfortable the whole day. I have joint issues so I must have a chair that doesn’t cause my joints to ache & this one is great!Assembly was fairly simple. The hardest part is getting the back lined up to bolt on. It wasn’t difficult, just had to be patient and not force anything into place. The white gloves were a nice touch so the chrome legs didn’t get dirty during assembly.The fabric is soft and not scratchy. It’s easy to clean too. I just use the vacuum hose to clean it off and use a damp cloth when needed.I work from home & in the office. I bought this for working from home. After having it a few months I like it so much I’m buying one for the office too. One hundred percent worth the price. If it came in black, my husband would buy one too.

    Watch the “how to assemble” video first!

    The VIDEO of “how to assemble this chair” is very well done. The WRITTEN instructions are confusing and incomplete. Very difficult to understand. The video showed those screws going on easily. We did NOT find that to be true! The video showed the wheels “snap on” quickly. We had a very hard time getting them on! However, once we did get the chair assembled– it looks very nice! It is comfortable! It turned out as well as was advertised! So YES! We will enjoy having it in our home. Also the chair arrived several days EARLY. That was a happy surprise. Plus the driver brought it right to our front door (as we requested) and they rang the bell to let us know it was there! We appreciated that. Therefore, on the overall– we give this company and this product a big “thumbs up!”

    Surprisingly nice especially if you like to sit like a goblin

    I want to say thank you to the person who left the review mentioning neruospicy sitting habits, it was my deciding factor.Let me preface to say that I have gone through many, many, MANY chairs. I work from home and I also game. My previous chair was a lazy boy armchair because I have herniated discs, sciatica and just overall chronic back pain.This chair is comfy, has good lumbar support without being too ergonomic, and I love that the arms can be stowed to allow for more floor space in my 10×12 office that I share with a gaming desk, 4 bunnies whose enclosure takes up a 4×12’ area, plus some other small furniture.I’ve had it for about a week now, and normally I can tell after just a few hours if the chair is going to work, or cause me too much pain.IT WORKS! I’m not sore or stiff after sitting in it for 14+ hours for work, and then winding down with some games. (Promise this is just a winter habit, it’s too cold and muddy to do much outside right now 😂)My lazy boy I got for free, but it took up SO much space and was difficult to get out of for obvious reasons.I tried a VERY expensive “air technology” serta chair that ran $450, an even more expensive racing style gaming chair, several types of “big and tall” and “executive” chairs. This one tops them all, and it’s so much more affordable.One small note: the instructions start with attaching the wheels to the base, the base does NOT come assembled. It’s very straight forward though, so it only took an extra 5 mins. But I put this chair together by myself, back issues and all, in 20 minutes. The gloves were a nice touch! Also, the chair comes with a good warranty! They’ll replace it/parts for up to a year (may be 18 months, I can’t recall. I stashed the warranty certificate in my safe)If you’re a chair Goldilocks, this is the chair for you!

    Almost a 5 star chair!

    Super comfy. Easy to build. Soft. Nice basic adjustments. BUT losing one star because there’s no break on any of the wheels, which I wish there was and would be a good addition since the wheels are VERY slick and roll-y.

    literally could not think of a better chair to buy ever. its so soft and cozy and comfy, it has great back support so im not in pain at my computer all day. i love it. the fact this chair isnt more expensive is a blessing because its just incredible.

    Dissapointed

    Chair was easy to put together UNTIL trying to attach back to arms…absolutely impossible to do alone! You need someone to help hold the unwieldy back in place while putting in the screws…I did not have another person, so for the next hour tried propping back up with all sorts of chairs, boxes, etc….what a nightmare! And, yes, I did watch all the videos about how to assemble..no help with this part. Anyway, finally got it sorted and looked nice…unfortunately, not a comfortable chair to sit in for more than 10 minuets, the seat is hard as a board, and back not comfortable either..so sorry this didn’t work out, I will sell it as it made my back problems much worse in just a very short time. Wouldn’t recommend this chair.

    The design allows them to ship parts INSIDE the back of the chair. The back is hollow, with a few springs to provide support. It’s sufficient for smaller people.The color is a bit dingy looking, even when new.

    Nice chair for the money

    The chair arrived in a timely fashion. There was a little more assembly required than I had anticipated, but it was fairly straightforward. The only tool required for the assembly was an Allen wrench, which was included in the package so it wasn’t even necessary to dig out any tools. There was even one extra bolt, washer etc of each size in case you lost one in the process.The quality of the fabric seems good and the chair is sturdy. I would purchase it again.

    Chair is ok. Need to give it some additional time to be broken in. It is soft , price of chair is reasonable. Husband put it together without any issues.
