No issues whatsoever
I bought a 2001 GMC 2500 HD about a year and a half ago. I run nothing but full synthetic in my vehicles. I refuse to buy a 95K new 3/4 ton truck so I use the best I can and when I have too many miles I will simply replace the engine and transmission and keep on trucking. I have 250K on an 8.1 Liter gas engine in the GMC and this stuff protects it well. It’s still a strong engine, beginning to develop an exhaust leak but they are known for this with high mileage. If I cannot find this, then I buy the NAPA brand, which is also made by Valvoline. I have a Chevy Diesel 3/4 ton and after 400,000 miles it’s finally getting a new engine. I’ve run Valvoline Blue in it for years. The tech changing the engine out said he runs the same brand in his diesel and is at 550,000 miles. I looked into the more expensive oils and he is of the belief that Archoil is way hyped up and overpriced. I’m sticking with what works for my new engines.

No More Taco Tick
Tried this oil in my 2013 Tacoma. Immediately noticed less engine noise. The 4L runs smoother and so far, after 4000 miles, no “Taco Tick”. 2nd Gen Tacoma owners will know what I refer to. Have not noticed any improvement in mileage, or change in oil usage (none) after 156K. Worth the little extra $.

Trusted brand. Decent value.
Valvoline is a trusted brand I’ve used for decades. Not all oils are equal: Over the years I’ve tried to save a few bucks on lesser motor oils. I had engine failures. Truly. But never with the vehicles where I used Valvoline only. This is a synthetic blend that should provide great protection in my new (for me) well-kept Chrysler 200 with 99,000 miles on it. Decent price as well.

Great price, dispenser works excellent.
Oil works great and runs quietly in my high mileage ’06 honda civic and my ’16 ram 1500 5.7. This box included enough to change oil in both vehicles, and the dispenser flows surprisingly well. I was worried that the dispenser wouldn’t flow well, but even without a vent it pours just as fast as dumping the oil from a quart bottle. Great overall value for a premium oil.

a review needed?? seriously? well ok ….. after 50yrs of valvoline oil products…
….i even trust their off brand names . i was teenage with a mini bike and worn out engine that locked up with other brands . buzz along 35mph and have wheel lock on railroad service road ; you HANG ON!!! valvoline was the ONLY oil that kept that little thing going . ever since it has been my preferred oil for cost AND quality . i shop sales often . my favorite today , even in old tractors ; 10w30 synthtic grade and now synthetic hi-mileage to condition seals AND deal with extra blowby in crankcase . seem expensive ?? not much more than conventional and worth the cost (shop sales) .

Good for my old rig
My old rig burns and leaks oil but after switching to this I noticed there’s less oil drippings where I park. I still burn oil and have to keep an eye on it and top it off every x amount of miles but it’s my work rig over 23 years old 😂

My ride has just over 200,000 miles on it and I saw my oil consumption go down and throttle response go up.I won’t go back to any other regular oil.Keep in mind it’s only 5 quarts don’t know why because this jug is for oil changes you may need 7 quarts 😡

Keep it running like new.
Valvoline Full Synthetic High Mileage with MaxLife Technology SAE 5W-20 is the only oil i put in my car. Though my 2014 Chevy spark has only 34000 miles she’s almost eleven years old now. Been running this sense the first oil change at 4k and she still runs like new ! Not one drip or seep anywhere and that’s with all original seals. Amazing stuff, keep it up Valvoline.And yes you can run high mileage oil from new it will not over swell the seals. But it will keep them from rotting, braking down, leaking, and on and on.
