Does it work?
The product does its job. It suggests three pills a day and also suggests spreading them out during the day. I take them after I eat a meal. I just had major surgery so I am on painkillers so these are a must. Working great

To help offset my poor fiber intake
Obviously consult your doctor if you need to take this for a longer period of time than directed on the packaging.This is staple for me because I can’t seem to get enough fiber in my diet (the effort kind of ebbs and flows). So I take these guys to make life a little easier for my number 2s. Just make sure to drink lots of water if you need to take these.

It worked
I was scared taking this because I’ve taken a laxative before and it wasn’t fun. Without being descriptive I’ll just say this was smooth. It took awhile and I was fine with that. Took it at 9pm and things started happening at 9am. I would recommend this to anyone I know.

Great Aid and non-harmful.
Sometimes Fruit isn’t enough when you’re on Pain Medication. This Helps wonderfully and within 2-3 hours to move things along. I take two if I’m in a rush. Excellent Product and super Affordable in comparison to Store Brands. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this again as needed. A bottle lasts a very long time as I’m only Taking as needed.
