We love them!
My husband has always struggled with his gut health and doesn’t easily remember to take vitamins but he’s always been a fan of fruit gummies so we tried these and he LOVES them! The taste is great and he looks forward to eating them each night and we’ve both enjoyed being more regular as a result! We haven’t had any problems with gassiness from them as some reviews indicate. I have these on subscription because of the couple times we ran out and had to wait for them to come in the mail, we could tell a big difference without them!

These taste great. And that might be a problem because I want to eat more right after eating a couple.Note that they are on the softer side of gummies. That makes them even better, IMO, but be sure to not leave them somewhere hot. (especially when they are delivered). The delivery packaging currently is the Amazon padded paper envelope with no cooling packet, while my Amazon echo is giving me heat wave warnings. I’ve ordered other gummies that came with a cooling packet.

I’ve never pooped so much in my life!!!!!
Well, 3 days in I take 2 gummies when I get home from work. Day 3, I arrive home at 2:00 pm. I’m writing this at 6:42 pm and I’ve pooped 5 times, and these aren’t little poops either!!! So yeah, I think I’m gonna cut the dose in half or take them every other day.

I have not experienced the same digestive “mudslide” others have talked about.I took one a day for two days, and then one in the morning and one at night going forward. Worked too well
Bought these gummies after reading the reviews and let me tell you. These gummies worked. I have a history of not going regularly and with my current medication I am on, causing even more constipation. I needed something asap. Took 2 gummies last night. Woke up this morning with bloating and gas. I was like meh, I’ll be good. Drove to my local target to get some items then it hit me. I started having the sweats and heavy sensation in my abdomen. I immediately rushed to check out and drove home. Barely made it home before the kraken broke loose. Needless to say these definitely worked and will incorporate these into my daily routine.I will say I am not a big fan of the texture or taste but I don’t mind as long as it keeps me regular.

Taste and work great
I used to add a powdered fiber to my cranberry juice daily but it’s so much easier to just pop a couple of gummies in my mouth. The price is fair and the product works well. I’ll admit, I was doubtful. Not no more! These gummies work just as well as my powdered psyllium fiber does. I noticed some people mentioned in reviews that these caused excess gas. If you’re new to taking any fiber supplement, you may get that at first. But once your body adjusts, that should clear up pretty quickly. It doesn’t affect me that way anymore.

Flavors Change, High Gas, Incorrect Serving Size, Good Fiber…maybe?
Right off the rip (pun intended), this supplement has a wholefully incorrect dosage/serving size recommendation. This incorrect info then causes people to have HORRIBLE gas/bloating/abdominal distress, why? Bacteria in your gut naturally break down fiber that then off-gasses and produces the experienced results. This means, if you get awful gas, that either you’re reacting to an ingredient OR it has really high amounts of fiber. ***High fiber diets produce a large amount of gut-gas initially that EVENTUALLY should subside. ***As for the product itself, my first 2 or 3 bottles tasted JUST like candy, crazy addictive. Then, subsequent orders have tasted awful and artificial. Not sure if they changed the formula or I got some bad batches?? The consistency also changed from a delightful gummybear to some kind of harder-chewy candy. Not really great??Overall, the CORRECT serving size should be ONE gummy, with 6 to 8 ounces of water, 4 times a day initially. Do this for a month, and then slowly add ONE extra serving size per day until you reach 10 servings per day without horrible gas.If you start getting bad gas then downsize the serving size or intervals between servings. You can also drink more water with each serving to decrease gassing.If you’re like me, and started taking this resulting in terrible gas, your gut-biome is probably hosed from years of abuse and low fiber diets. Taking fiber, and building up your serving sizes WITH adequate water intake, will slowly recover your gut-biome’s bacteria flora.Enjoy!

Excellent Value – They Work Well
I wanted to add fiber to my diet without having to drink something globby every day. Based on reviews, I decided to try a bottle. The gummies are tasty, they’re smooth. They’re not gritty and they have good flavor. I read a lot of reviews about how they can make you very gassy and, for me, it’s worked to do two in the morning and two at night. If I do four at a time then yes there’s a problem with gas but, two in the morning and two at night tends to work pretty well. I would still recommend adding raw fruits and vegetables to your diet , but this is just a little supplement that helps add that extra fiber in.
