Perfect to extend a heavy duty, appliance cord
I love that it was only 6 feet the perfect length. I would never run my refrigerator or in this case my giant AC unit on a regular extension cord. It has to be a heavy duty extension cord and I only needed about 4 feet. I was short only 4 feet so this is absolutely perfect, I love it and I’m probably gonna go ahead and have to order a couple more for a couple appliances. I want the appliance I want the appliance and sometimes there’s not a plug right there. It’s a good product. Heavy duty, and I’m not worried about fires in the least little bit.

I use it with small space heaters, toaster oven, instant pots, air fryers, computer/laptop (when outdoors) and any other appliance that needs an abundance of energy. High quality cable and perfect solution for a circuit short I was having
I kept having a problem where I couldn’t charge my car and use my new AC unit because they shared the same wall, so I needed to plug my new portable AC unit to this top dedicated plug. The cable works as it’s supposed to, and the white pairs really well with light colored walls. Once I align the cable to my door frame, it’ll be almost invisible. Safe and gets the job done.

All extension cords are not made equal
I was under the assumption that an extension cord was an extension cord. Other than the fact that some are made strictly for indoors and others for both, there is a difference. I originally ordered a cord that was on sale during prime day. Upon receiving it I noticed the cord didn’t look or feel right. It was really shiny and the outter sheath felt loose around the conductors. I returned it and purchased this Amazon Basics one. This cord looked and felt way better. It looked well made, no shiny look but a nice matte finish. Cord feels nice and solid with easy coil up, it does not kink or twist easily. I was surprised. Connector ends look solid too. I am sold on Amazon Basics and will search them first when looking for everyday products.
