True to size
Every review I read said to size up. So, I did. I normally wear XL in pants, panties and leggings. But these are way too big. I bought them to sleep in during my cycle and the band is loose and the padding part feels like saggy diaper butt.

I wore these postpartum. I actually found them pretty comfortable. I didn’t experience any leaks, though the blood doesn’t absorb into the diaper like an always pad. I didn’t find these ran big like other people said.

When a major drug company recently went out of business and reduced all their incontinence pads and pull ups, My daughter bought up a big amount, really big, with savings at 75% Off. It included famous competing brands and some no name products I’ve never seen. I can tell you, there was not among them a single brand or type I felt good about. I’m relatively new to having to buy this type of undergarment, so I started out with another “Discreet” brand that came in black. They are pretty expensive for how few you get in a package. I was looking for something a bit more budget friendly, and saw these. Definitely more in budget. I decided to give them a try. I’m absolutely blown away at the comfort difference between the On-Brand “discreet” ones and these. The others gave me a rash that wouldn’t go away, even with paste. One day in these and the rash is gone, no paste needed!10/10, WILL buy again, when I need more!

Worth it

Lifesavers
Nothing is much worse than having just made your bed with fresh clean new sheets and walking up with no control, and no protection. It’s devastating. Finding these have changed everything. They are a great design, extremely comfortable with a tiny bit of bulkiness (which I am grateful for), and Super Absorbent. They are not binding or to tight, they are true to size with the right amount of stretch.

If you need this, it fits perfectly
Regrettably I thankfully I had a temporary problem necessitating the use of these disposable panties. My problem was caused by medication I was taking for a long time that suddenly didn’t agree with me. My dosage was greatly reduced by my physician and my problem resolved. Meanwhile these panties gave me dependable security to go about my everyday life until my difficulties were diagnosed and resolved.

Good product
When I had my hip replaced sometimes I couldn’t move fast enough to get to the bathroom in time. It was embarrassing to say the least. Previous to that I had a battle with colitis AND the bad hip (before surgery) where the simple act of getting out of bed was difficult and very painful.Incontinence products saved the day.This underwear does a good job. It wicks away moisture, is stretchy and comfortable to wear and is able disguise odors. Make sure to measure yourself to get the right size. I plan to order more.

Great product
I have just come out of rehab and needed to continue my incontinence care. I hope there was something better and easier for me to use than the “briefs” with the tabs. The CNAs recommended these and with a pad. These are very comfortable, do not leak, and with the pad may not need to be changed with the pad every time. Just tear at the seams to remove.

Trying For A Period
Trying these for my period. So far so good. I was tired of the adhesive on pads sticking to everything but where they belong. I was tired of leaks. Dependency in comfort
There needs to be more width and deepness along the edges. They don’t catch the urine as well as they should if the edges were wider and deeper. Good price. However, I have to use so many more because of the narrow edges left to right. Help!

Sizing
According to the size chart my 8year autistic child would fit in a size small but unfortunately they didn’t fit well it was tight on the bum area. Compared to other adult diapers these are small. It did the job holds up pee well I just recommend sizing up.

I bought this for my mother, she’s 100 years old And her skin is very sensitive. This disposable diapers hold a good amount of urine and don’t give her any rash. Of course, They need to be changed at least two times a day for hygiene. I will continue buying the product

I have tried a lot of name brand disposable underwear and these are the best. I often use a pad inside during the day so I only have to change that and not undress just because of an accident. Other pants just tore up when I tried to change the pad. These are really sturdy and don’t tear up. They are also great when not using pad. Thank you for such a great product.

Perimenopause hasn’t knocked on my door, it just barged right in. Not only are my periods unpredictable (rude!), they’re also HEAVY. How does a person lose this much blood and not die? Anyway, I started staining my sheets again, like I was some kind of period noob, so I put these on OVER my underwear and winged pads, and now my sheets stay clean. Knocked a star off because a darker color would very much be appreciated.
