IT WORKS! And my husband loves it!
A little bit of a wrestling match but definitely do-able for a 70 yr old lady with arthritis! Quality product and really feels like it will last a long time. I had bought my husband replacements for his worn out, disreputable OLD chair twice over the past 6 years and he hated both of them (I got one and my sister the other) but wouldn’t go find a replacement, so we added more pillows, pads, covers, etc, over the years but then I got this one. HE LOVES IT! And the chair almost reclines flat, the leg rest is easy to use and perfectly positioned. I hit it outta the park this time. He says it is so comfortable and works so well. Can definitely recommend this one.

Awesome Chair if you’re Big and Tall!!!
This chair is amazing! I’m 6’4” and almost 400lbs and this chair is comfortable, easy to move around, very supportive and relaxing all in one! Working at a desk for a long time caused me a lot of pain with bad chairs but this chair has been the best! I highly recommend getting this if you are considering getting a chair!!!

Footrest is awesome
This chair gives you a good baseline of everything you can ask for in a chair. It is easy to assemble, comfortable to sit in, and has a multiple different ways to adjust it. I especially like the extendable footrest which is a game changer with a chair like this. It’s great to use to take a break from the work.

Comfortable!
If you follow directions, it is easy to put together, I am a sixty five year old woman and I was able to do it myself.I have had this chair for a couple of months now, I use it everyday and not just for one thing. I have it in my bedroom, it is my chair to do my artwork and it swings around to my desk where I have my MacBook. The wheels are smooth on the hardwood flooring. You can see where I use in the photos.I am 5″6″, over 204 lbs (long legs and torso) the lumbar back fits nicely. I have a bad back from an injury and this chair does not bother me when I am in it most of the day.I sometimes sit back and use the foot rest too.

Supports a big guy
I took a star off because I ordered the original in brown and it never came, I had to cancel and re-order the black one (wish I had ordered grey) The size is great and I fit comfortably, I’m 6″4 and 250. If I had one complaint it would be the seat, It’s not plush, It’s comfortable enough but i wish there was a bit more cushion. It was easy to assemble, I had no problems with that. For the price it’s a great chair

Nice!!!
I have had a broken down office chair for years. I am so glad I made this purchase. This chair is comfortable with great features. It is a good size and yet not bulky. Additionally I love the color. In purchasing this chair I hope you have the same experience I have had with it.

Overpriced for what it is
Disclaimer that I do use this chair a lot, I work from home and it sees about 10 hours of use per day. That being said, wow I did not expect this chair to start falling apart as fast as it did. After about 2-3 months of use, the stitching on the front of the seat started to rip apart and expose the underlying foam. The right side armrest is also loose and wobbly now as well. Definitely not worth it for the price. This chair is basically equivalent to any $100 “gaming” chair you can buy off of Amazon except it costs twice as much. If you really just want some flimsy faux leather piece of crap to sit on, find a cheaper one than this. Probably won’t be much different.

Great looking, just not as cushy as I had hoped.
Arrived as expected without issue. Assembled just as easily. Leather feels nice, and when complete it all looks great.Footrest and nearly flat recline were a nice surprise but not what I bought it for. The seat is wide which is fine because so am I. Unfortunately the seat cushion left a little be desired. I figured it might break in and become more comfortable but it’s the same a month later as it was when it arrived. In a nutshell, nice chair but wish the seat had as much padding as the back.

Good Customer Service – Warranty Honored
I purchased this Office Chair 9 months ago. The chair looks great and is comfortable – I am 6’2″ and the chair works wonderfly for a big guy like me. About a month ago, the backrest started failing and would not stay upright. I went back to my original order and noticed there was a 1-year warranty so I reached out to BestEra for help. After I explained the issue to them, they issued me a full refund for my purchase, and I am now buying the same chair today to replace my current one. So while I had an issue, the company stood behind their product and provided great customer service!

Pleasure to use
I have been using this chair for a few weeks now. It has been great to use and the attached foot rest is great. It took be about 20 minutes to put the chair together alone and it was pretty easy to do. The quality seems to be very good and it looks much more expensive than it is.All the chair functions work as advertised, so I am really happy with the purchase.

Incredibly easy to assemble, unusually comfortable for the price range
I’m somewhere above the size of an average person but well below a lot of the big and tall chairs — so I usually opt for office furniture designed for larger people because of how long I sit during remote work. Anything labeled otherwise is very slightly too thin for my middle of the road weight. This chair is the most comfortable piece of office furniture under 200 dollars I’ve ever had the pleasure to sit in or on. It was shockingly simple to assemble and even despite it being a leather-like material, not unpleasant to sit in even during a terribly humid, Maine summer day. The reclining angle is perfect, the seat is wide, all around a great chair

Wonderful replacement for an old Herman Miller chair
I had the same Herman Miller or 20 years and needed to replace it finally. This one is great – I’m not big and tall but I like to have some room to sit cross-legged and stretch out my legs. This is a great option! I got the black and it looks like a Rolls Royce car seat. The bum is cushy and the arm rests and nice and plump. Excellent buy! Hopefully it lasts a long time.

Comfortable Chair
This desk chair is an absolute game-changer! The comfort level is outstanding, providing excellent support right out of the box. The cushioning is plush yet firm, offering just the right balance to keep your posture aligned without feeling stiff. The adjustable features, including the height and recline, make it easy to customize to your exact preferences. It’s clear that this chair was designed with both ergonomics and style in mind. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a comfortable and stylish upgrade!

The reviews are true! Best chair ever!! But…
Update: the reviews that say the chair is hard are also true…not sure if it’s going to be comfortable for its intended use for mom. So easy and I do mean EASY to assemble. All pieces are carefully wrapped and directions so clear. Tool and screws conveniently encased and marked for cross reference to clearly defined glossary of parts. The hardest part for me, 70 year old woman slightly weak from illness, was screwing the metal plate in place while juggling the seat and back. My solution was after lowering the back into the slot provided for the steel plate to attach to the seat , I sat on the floor straddling the chair and pushed my head into the back of the seat. This lined up the holes perfectly and assembly was completed. Ta DA! Very proud of myself.Best of all my 90 yr old mom loves it so far. Still need some time to evaluate for her. Easy for her to move around on carpet and get up and down from. The adjustable height I set to 20 inches. She is about 5’4″ and short waisted with long legs.I am 5’7″ and long waisted with long legs and am comfortable in the chair as well as far as height of back and height of seat. We both weigh around 175#.Very high quality for the price. Swivels, moves, adjusts… smooth as silk.PS: the foot rest is short. Very short.. I sat with my knees up and my feet on the foot rest. It hits the back of my mind leg if legs extended. Hope this helps.

Nice office/ gaming chair
Decently pleased with this chair. Looks nice, comfort is a 7/10. Not plush, but seems like a durable cushion. Back support is adequate. Easy to build out of the box, even comes with a few extra bolts in case of a quality issue.I hope the back locking mechanism stays strong over the next few years. There’s no spring or tensioner to adjust for the leaning back resistance. Instead it’s a lock in place lever.I’m 6’2” and 230 lbs, I’m happy with its dimensions. I wasn’t expecting too much with the leg rest but it’s actually pretty nice. A little narrow, but it turns the office chair into a kind of Lazy boy.All in all I give it a 8/10 rating. Would recommend. Decent chair for a decent price.

Soft and supple
I’m not sure if this chair is real leather or pleather. Nevertheless, it feels like real leather. It is soft and supple. The cushioning is great. Also, I love the leg rest. It conveniently folds up and stores beneath the seat. And it is unnoticeable. Also I like the seatback adjustment. It lays back to almost a horizontal position so that I can stare at the ceiling. The wheels are nice in the wheel legs are made of solid steel. It was easy to put together. I found a couple of YouTube videos so I didn’t have to follow the instruction manual.

Quality chair, easy assembly.
Assembly is straight forward and a decent tool is provided. It is a bit firm in the seat but armrests are soft. Lumbar support is decent. Brown color is very classy. Keep in mind there is a lever below the seat that locks the back into place. High back is very nice!

True big and tall
Sexy chair, sleek, soft, so comfortable. Reclines easily and stays in place where you want to recline. Foot rest could definitely have you napping by noon. So easy to put together that he didn’t even need my help. Video instructions were helpful for sure. Either way quick and easy. Comes with extra screws incase you lose something. Quality of the chair overall is excellent. I would recommend this for any big and tall guy. Good for people whom need back support as well. Well worth the money. It performs as advertised not like some others that don’t actually recline. Heck this will even rock if you like. So far we love this chair. I posted pic of our old white office chair that is also excellent quality but for comparison on the size difference. Big and tall this is the way to go!!

I am a physician and all day long I am on backless chairs in the exam room. This chair really is amazing.

great chair if you need leg elevation
Great office chair! I work from home and broke my leg skiing which prompted me to purchase this chair for the leg elevation. Its way more comfortable than my previous chair and I have less back pain then before. The one good thing that came out my broken leg was this chair because I didnt realize how crappy my old chair was.

Update: I found the instructions!
This chair was easy to assemble. Initially, I could not find the directions, but they were tucked under the seat of the chair. My husband missed them, but was able to successfully assemble them without the directions.Overall, the chair is fine. It looks nice put together. It is definitely a firmer chair and not “cushy” at all. However, I like this aspect and so far, it is comfortable.

Nice but not really made for big and tall
The chair is nice for the price point and easy to assemble. However, it is shorter and narrower in the seat than what I would consider to be suitable for a big and/or tall person. I am 6’2, 180 lbs and the seat is way too short. My previous chair was much roomier and comfortable for my frame. I should have paid more attention to the dimensions, so that’s my bad. I will give myself time to adjust, however, as the thought of disassembling, boxing it back up and returning it does not sound appealing to me at the moment.

Comfy office chair might be back for more!
As a medical provider finding the right office chair is essential for both comfort and productivity. I recently purchased this office chair for my clinic, and it has been an absolute game-changer.Not only is it incredibly comfortable, with ample padding and great lumbar support, but it was also a breeze to assemble. With my schedule, the last thing I needed was a chair that took hours to put together. Thankfully, this chair was up and ready to use in no time, thanks to the straightforward instructions and included tools.Overall, I highly recommend this office chair for any setting. It’s comfortable, easy to assemble, and built to withstand the demands of a busy workplace. Investing in quality seating is essential!

Comfortable!!
Honestly this chair is the best ever. If you work from home this is a must. I sit here with no ease. The cushion is not flattened after a year. The pads are great padding. The only concern is the leather wish it held up a little better:

Great Quality Office Chair
This is a comfortable office chair made with real leather. The value for the cost is excellent. It is also very easy to assemble. I looked at a good amount of chairs on Amazon before choosing this one and glad I did- enjoy.

Comfy
I’ve had this chair a couple months now, and I do generally like it. It’s roomy and comfortable, I love the foot rest, and the tall back. My only complaint is that there’s no tension for leaning back, if you start leaning back you’re going all the way back. I’m used to chairs where you lean back based on how much pressure you apply. But fortunately you can lock the recline in any position, so I just have it locked slightly back how I like to sit and it’s been ok.

Had it over a month and put in good hours and it’s still great!
I have zero complaints at all about this chair. It is exactly 100% what I was looking for. It reclines pretty far back and the foot rest goes just as far or short as you want it. Every section of the chair is fully adjustable. The foot rest is manual which is what I specifically wanted. I wanted a chair I could comfortably game while sitting cross-legged and forward with mouse and keyboard or recline and kick my legs out with a controller. This is exactly that chair. I have had it over a month now which I feel is a fair amount of time to leave an honest review. It is still just as perfect as when I got it. I can’t believe I haven’t bent the foot rest or scratched the fabric yet, banged the extended foot rest on the side of my desk a lot by accident, and I’ve got a huge dog who has jumped into it and he still didn’t scratch it. Good material. Sewn well. Also the foot rest is comfortable but not too wide so it fits well under the desk just fine. One thing I was trying to figure out before purchase was if the foot rest can be adjusted separately from the reclining back. Yes, it can. You can have the foot rest up close or not out at all and have the back all the way forward and sit cross legged, or you can kick the foot rest all the way out and recline, or you can recline without the foot rest out at all. Completely adjustable. It’s fantastic. 👏👏👏Also I did 14 hr straight session on Warframe, zero complaints, was still comfortable when I finally stopped lol 10 outta 10 from me.

Comfortable but noisy
It’s comfortable and feels durable but if you lean to the left or right it makes an annoying popping sound.

Great Chair
This is exactly what I wanted. The setup right out of the box was simple. I had to play with the right arm part a bit to get it into place, but other than that it was an easy process. I definitely recommend this chair and it’s one of the best in my opinion.

Great Looking!
This chair looks great and is well put together. The seat padding is a little harder that I would like, but the foot stool part is a wonderful add on for an office chair.

Comfortable, Sleek, + Great Company
This chair is amazing. As someone who works remotely, this chair keeps me comfortable all day with the back support and footrest. The company is also very accommodating. I just moved and during the transit i lost one of the wheels and they sent me not 1, but 5 replacement wheels at no cost. Absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend!

Fairly Comfy
The chair and footrest are not nearly as good as I thought it would be for comfort. The footrest could be wider and/or not as movable in the OUT position. The seat is comfy and the lumbar support is good. The multiple positions for the back is wonderful; but it would also be nice if the headrest was adjustable. When I am reclined, I need to use a pillow to support my head to be comfortable. The assembly instructions are very good with its text and pictures. It took me 30 minutes to unpack all the pieces, make sure they were all included, and total assembly.

Great and versatile value for money!
The item was well-packed, easy to assemble, and comfortable to use. Following a pretty extensive period of comparison shopping, this item stood out for it’s value for money, and ability to provide just what it was described to do. We are very pleased with this item, albeit based on one day of ownership.

Comfort zone
Great item for the price. No damage upon arrival, easy to assemble. Great Lumbar support. Only one thing I can think of is not in there is, the tilt mode. Manual adjustment is not controlled by a knob, it’s done by lever, not convenient

Very confortable chair
I have had this chair for a little over a month now and so far I like it a lot. It is very comfortable and provides excellent support. As someone who has back problems, I really appreciate this. It also looks very nice in my office. The only negative comment I have is that the foot rest is placed very close to the chair, making it impractical for anyone who is not very short, but I really do not intend to use it and did not buy the chair for that feature. This was a very good buy for the price I paid ($159.99).

Just what I needed!
After trying 2 other chairs in my office, I was so happy that I found and purchased this one! This chair is so comfortable – the right mixture of soft but supportive. The back rest is not too upright to where you may slouch forward during the day. The foot rest is an absolute game changer when in the reclined position. The only thing I recommended is getting a small pillow to support your neck and head when it is in the reclined position. Otherwise, this chair has met and exceeded my expectations!

Supportive and Comfy for the Price
I waited for a while before purchasing a new office chair and I only did so because I was convinced the chair I had versus spending more for another wouldn’t matter that much. But let me tell you, it absolutely matters when you work from home and spend so much time in a seat. This large and stable office chair makes all the difference to me now and with its ability to recline and flex, I love it. For the price, this chair is totally worth it.

I got the brown color. It’s easy to put together and very sturdy. The footrest is awesome and you can use it with the chair reclined or up straight. Looks really nice in my home office !

Good Chair
Great chair. Assembly was relatively easy. Whoever thought up using a T-handle, instead of an allen wrench, for the screws deserves a pat on the back. BUT, I’m old school and don’t do, “Please scan the QR code to activate your warranty…” So, I emailed the manufacturer BestEra, and the warranty was activated within one business day. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality of the chair and the excellent customer support from BestEra.

Easy to set up & super comfortable
The chair looks exactly like the pictures posted by the seller. I love that it was easy to set up. I was able to set this chair up by myself using the instructions. I’d also like to add that I appreciate that there are written instructions and video instructions to set up this chair. Both were helpful! This chair not only looks great but it is super comfortable! I’m so glad I bought it. I think if you purchase it, you will love this chair as much as I do.

Eh
The chair is spacious, I enjoy the leg rest a lot, the arms are comfortable to me; however, I am about to have to tighten it again for a second time and the seat feels (and sometimes sounds) like I’m sitting on a plastic bin. Something is flexing in the seat and it’s awfully uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend, sorry

Comfort with a footrest
Very comfortable for my lower back issues. If I need to stretch for a few minutes, I can recline the chair and deploy the footrest. Height is good also. I only wish that the back had a spring to it so I could leave it unlocked but provide a little resistance to me reclining. The seat back locks and unlocks, but with very little spring resistance. The seat depth is a little large for my wife, so smaller legged people may not find it as comfortable as I do. Overall, I feel this is a very nice chair for the price. If the material wears nicely that will be a big plus too. I will need to give it a year or so to find out though.
