   Decent and ergonomic chair (for me; I’m 5’8″ with long legs)

   Today the chair was put together for me by a pro from TaskRabbit. It went fine until the last bottom screw for one of the arms. It wouldn’t go all the way in (not a problem for someone only 150 lbs). Took about 45 min.It is comfortable for me as I don’t like super soft furniture and this is pretty firm for me; if you weigh more, it might squish more. I raised the seat minimally and my feet touch the ground and I can rest my head (new and terrific).However, when watching movies, etc., online I wanted to be able to lean back and be even more comfortable, but that function doesn’t work at all. The lever seems completely unconnected to anything that will let the back of the chair move. So, that’s disappointing but I can live with it. Just won’t buy a second one as previously planned.

   A couple of suggestions when putting this chair together.

   I just put the chair together and seems comfortable. I had a hard time getting the casters in, but found that rotating the casters at a slight angle while applying pressure made it easier. I took the suggestion of leaving the screws for the arms a little loose until the back is attached. Aligning the chair back was a little tough with just one person, so I laid the back of chair face down on the chair seat. Then you can hold up the back end of the chair back to align the upper hole with the upper hole on arm. I did this on both sides and put the screws in, leaving them a little loose. Then flip the chair back up into place and align the bottom holes. Then tighten all the screws up. Took about 1 1/2 hours with my arthritic hands.

   Arrived W/out wheels

   I have been excited about this chair since I ordered it. It arrived early and I was super excited to use it since being pregnant and gaining weight I thought this chair would be a Lil wider than it is. I’m not sure if It will work for me and my large body yet bc I have to wait for someone to email me back about getting wheels on the base. I hope they can send them fast. I’ll post another review when I can actually use my chair and sit in it.Seems built pretty well. For the little bit I sat on it to try it, it felt like it was dumping me out of the chair but again wheels on it,might fix that feeling.

   Damaged hardware

   One socket of the chair was damaged. The threads were messed up and had debris stuck to it. These sockets are imbedded in the chair seat, and anchor in the arm rests, holding the chair top to bottom. I could not get the screw into the socket because of the damage. It was the last step of assembly for the chair, so would have been a lot to take it apart again to ship back. It requires a lot of work to fix the embedded socket to take the screw. I sanded inside of it. Drilled/shaved the inside with a dremel. Also used WD40 as a last resort to try to get the screw in. While I was able to finally squeeze the screw in, with a lot of manual labor, the wd-40 leaked out of the hole and stained the fabric. Overall disappointing and a lot of work with extra tools to be able to assemble the chair.

    Super comfortable

    I had a gaming chair and it was so freaking uncomfortable. I wanted a chair that i could sit comfortably in for hours, but also needed it to be made of cloth. I live in the south and it’s impressive to wear shorts in the chair i had without sweating. Anyway, ordered this, super easy to put together. There was an issue where the hole in one side wasn’t poked through. However, I was able to puncture the spot and the screw was there. It’s so far been very comfortable and I’ve had it about a month. I’m 5’8 157lbs, and I can sit crisscross applesauce comfortably.

    Good for sitting cross-legged

    I’m 5’6″ and sit cross-legged most of the time, so I needed a chair that met a few specific criteria: 1) fabric material so my legs don’t slide, 2) a seat wider than 21 inches, 3) memory foam cushioning, and 4) adjustable arms. After searching, this was the only chair that fit the bill.Overall, the chair is comfortable and easy to assemble. I can sit cross-legged without any issue. However, when sitting with my feet flat on the floor, they don’t quite reach the ground, and the armrests feel a bit high for my height. That said, I understand this chair is designed for taller individuals, so it’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it’s something shorter users should keep in mind.For those looking for a similar setup, this chair could work well, especially if cross-legged sitting is a priority.

    Overall good chair, but VERY frustrating to build.

    This is a decent chair. It seems like the parts are of good, durable quality. I’m a big person (5’11 300lbs) and I feel adequately supported — I think even folks bigger than me would too. I got the grey colorway, which is a nice color that matches my room well and it’s a soft comfy material (I hate leather chairs lol). The only downside is that building it was an absolute headache. The nail holes are aligned very poorly and it took a lot of manpower (three adults!) to kind of… forcefully hold things together so they’d line up. One screw (in the middle of the arm) would not go in far enough, so we ended up using another (shorter) one from an entirely unrelated product — hopefully that won’t cause any issues in the long term.By the time I realized there was a screw issue, the chair was way too far into the build process to tear it down and mail back. So I decided to just deal with it instead lol. I do wish I’d paid slightly less (it was on sale for $149 when I ordered) since it was such a hassle. But overall, I’m satisfied and this is sufficient.

    Study and well-made.

    I’m a pretty big guy and I work from home, so naturally I’d been in need of a good, sturdy office chair for a while now. After suffering through several “heavy duty” (flimsy) disappointments, I stumbled across this one and decided to give it a shot, and I’m glad I did. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I have to say that I’m impressed. The cushioning and leather are both so comfortable, I’ve caught myself dozing in it more than a few times now, even after sitting in it all day for work. I was suffering from issues w/ my sciatic nerve prior to getting this chair and the pain has eased up significantly after using it for about 4-5 days. My favorite feature is probably the folding arms that can be raised and lowered at your convenience. Nothing major, but I love it nonetheless.

    Not bad but would not repurchase

    I bought 2 office chairs from Amazon, one for home and one for work (that brand is Youhauchair). This is my home option, as it was a bit cheaper and I work from there less, so I figured I’d be okay if the quality was somewhat less than stellar. That was a bad judgment call – I’m somewhat unhappy with this chair. It’s a good size and has decent back support, and a fairly well stuffed seat. I would say the plumpness of the seat is its best quality, followed by the curve of the seat back. It’s got adjustable seat height and tilts back, plus the arms fold up to slide under the desk and save space when not in use. It was easy enough to assemble and the casters are fine.I don’t really love it though, and as some people will understand it is already a struggle to get started on work when you’re at home if your chair or workstation isn’t something to be excited about. For a few dollars more, I should have just bought a second unit of the chair I got for work or something else entirely. I got the beige and I can’t say it’s a pretty addition to my space. The fabric is not really smooth which I disliked although it’s plush enough. Overall a bit underwhelmed.

    Very comfortable office chair!

    My chair arrived earlier than the date listed, I assembled it by myself and it didn’t take long at all. The instructions were easy to follow. The chair is very comfortable. I’m not a petite person so I wanted a chair that offered more support, cushion, and width. This chair checked all of the boxes. It’s not too big or bulky and it’s surprisingly not heavy at all. It has great mobility and glides across the floor smoothly. Several people at my office have already tested it out and plan on ordering on for theirselves! The overall consensus is that I am very satisfied with my purchase.

    An amazing company with an even better product!

    I will say that their customer service is beyond any I have had in awhile. They were absolutely amazing and delivered a gorgeous, sturdy and super comfy chair.My daughter will be thrilled with her new gaming chair and be over the moon for the beautiful girly blush coloring! This chair was delivered swiftly, packaged safe secured and the directions provided to put together were spot on! It took less than 25 minutes to put it together. This chairs quality is out of this world. The reclining option is one of the best I have seen on a computer chair and the support looks to be just perfect! The beautiful blush coloring and the soft and sturdy fabric will make my daughters hours of game playing much more enjoyable!Thank you for going above and beyond and making us feel like valued customers!

    So comfy!

    This chair is everything I hoped it would be! It rocks, feels sturdy, and looks sleek. I have large ass-ets (haha), and so it can be tricky to find furniture that is comfy & sturdy enough to hold me without making me feel like an ogre.Bonus: My husband said that it was easy to assemble.

    So comfy

    I am a big person was really afraid I would end up with an uncomfortable or fragile chair, but I LOVE this chair. It is so cushy, I could sit in it for hours if I needed to. It also looks nice and is good for my tall, heavy self. Assembly was pretty easy. It did take me a little while to do, but the directions were simple enough. The only thing that is hard is getting the back and arms together. It tilts back decently far as well, and it feels sturdy. I would buy this chair again in a heartbeat. A good value for the money.

    Worth the money

    It’s easy to assemble, and very comfortable. I didn’t use the wheels it came with though. I ordered the wheels that look like rollerblade wheels. It’s so quiet and rolls smoothly. I’m 310lbs and it handles my weight with no problem. Worth the money, I’m very pleased with the chair.

    Nice and Big

    This chair sits very comfortably! I was impressed at the amount of cushion in the seat and that backrest. Within minutes of sitting in it for work. I felt less pain than I did in my old chair. The covering is soft and is not sticky like plastic at all it is very much fabric-like for a leather-like product. I only wish the wheels were a little better quality. They are NOT bad, I just wanted to find a chair with rubber wheels so it would be safer on my flooring without a pad. This was still the best option for sitting for hours for work.

    I bought this chair and had a problem with the screw holes not aligning up. I contacted them and they were very nice and sent a new out right away. The 2nd chair went together without any problems. Very comfortable. I suggest that you buy better wheels for the chair. I bought bigger more easily rolled around. Very happy with my purchase.

    Bolts nearly impossible to see to line up between the chair arms and chair back

    This is a great chair, very comfortable, and relatively easy to assemble with clear instructions. However, sacrificing functionality for asthetics is a mistake. I understand that using black bolts looks better, but it makes them nearly impossible to see once they’re in the indented bolt holes for the chair arms, and nearly impossible to ensure they’re lined up with the holes in the chair back. Silver bolts would make much more sense from a functionality stand-point, especially when they’ll just be covered up by the bolt covers anyway.

    A GREAT BUY. Have had a dozen office chairs.

    First, I spend a large majority of my time working at my computer (Avg 12 hrs per day). Over the years, I’ve had over a dozen “XL” type chairs claiming comfort, support, functionality, adjustability, etc.I’ve never found a chair with all of the right features and comfort – whether office or home. After the simple setup, I eased into this attractive piece of kit and IMMEDIATELY knew I’d finally found “THE ONE”. I really can’t speak highly enough about it. It’s very attractive, cushy, adjustable, rocks, arm rests are in perfect location, etc. It has to be experienced to be fully appreciated. I use it in my home office but will buy another for my office because it looks quite impressive, too. In fact, it looks far more expensive than it is… So happy with this purchase. Thanks for “getting it right”. *Highly recommended.

    Comfortable

    My son is almost 6 ft tall and over 250lbs. We had another chair for him he always said was uncomfortable. This chair he never complains about and says it is comfortable no matter how long he is in it. He programs so often times he is in it for hours at a time. Definitely recommend for the big and tall people .

    LOVE THIS CHAIR..

    I could hardly wait for this Chair to arrive. I placed this order on Dec. 26th 2023, Received chair Jan. 2nd 2024. It took me, a (Lady) (1) hr. to put it together. First of all, I was very impressed with the packaging, every thing was nicely, independently wrapped, the directions were easy to understand and to apply to building the chair. It would have been easier if I had someone assist in holding the pieces while I did the work. I wish that the arm rests were a little longer but it’s OK. I feel very comfortable when sitting in the chair. I love the color but it is more of a Mauve then a true Pink, Still love it. When building the chair, I found that all parts fit and were easy to assemble. The only problem I have is the TENSION KNOB under the seat is too tight for me to turn. I did move it a little but not enough to make the seating choices comfortable. I did ask my (male) neighbor to assist me but he even said it was too tight to manage it. I will call the company concerning this problem. I still love my Chair, it’s the QUEEN’S Chair.

    Comfortable, Well Built, STURDY!

    This chair is a fantastic addition to my home office! It is extraordinarily comfortable, built with quality materials, at an affordable price. It is big enough for my husband to use as well and he is 6’1″ tall. I like that it can recline and adjust. Would definitely order again if I needed another chair. The padding is thick and does leave my back hurting at the end of the work day.

    Comfortable and Affordable

    I love the fabric texture on the chair, seems like very few chair brands stray away from that crappy faux leather that scrapes away within months of use, but the fabric on this chair is durable and comfortable.Assembly was simple enough, had a few stubborn screws but no extra tools required and instructions are clear.I had an issue with my chair making a loud squeaking noise when leaning back and forth, I contacted support and they sent me a new one immediately, it arrived in 3 days. Excellent service.Would very much recommend this chair brand!

    It was easy enough to put together but one of the holes won’t allow the screw twist into it so I have one loose armrest. And the armrest on one side is already flattened after a week. The seat cushion is comfortable and hasn’t lost its support. The armrest already flat is a big let down but it’s still a great chair.

    I love this chair. It’s soft, comfortable, and sturdy. I had an issue with one of the screw threading on the backing of the product and struggled a bit to align all the screws. I contacted the seller and they were more than generous in sending me another chair without the need to box the old one up. I highly recommend this product for the quality of the chair and the customer service.

    Great chair and top notch customer support

    Ordered this chair to replace my 20 year old office chair that was on it’s last leg. The chair was shipped quickly and the packaging was very protective of the contents. Once I got it assembled and adjusted to having a chair at the proper height again I fell in love with the chair. It’s just the right height, and the padding supports but has just enough give to let you sink into a conformable seating position. If you a bigger guy (or gal) like me the chair is roomy, solidly built, and comfortable.Pro Tip for anyone buying this chair, make sure to leave one arm rest loose when you attach the backrest, it’s much easier than trying to wedge the backrest in-between the armrests when they are tightened down. I had to learn that lesson the hard way after a long day at work.On the customer service, I ran into to an issue when I was assembling the chair where one of the backrest screws wouldn’t thread in all the way leading to the backrest being loose. I contacted the seller via the amazon contact tool with a description and picture of the issue, to my surprise less than 10 hours later I not only had a response but a resolution and a replacement was being shipped to me. The replacement arrived faster than the original order and I’m now enjoying my new chair.I will definitely recommend this chair to others, and with customer service like this you have no need to worry if you run into any issues.

    Nice chair – so loud its disruptive

    My office was gracious enough to let me order myself a new desk chair. I’m a larger person so I needed something that could accommodate my frame and be comfortable for 8+ hours – and this chair is it. Very comfortable and supportive. I was able to put it together by myself and during work hours which was tricky but not impossible. My big issue with this chair is its embarrassingly LOUD. Whenever I turn in the chair, get up, move at all this chair absolutely SCREAMS – the entire office can hear it all day long and it’s so incredibly embarrassing. Was just stuffing envelopes (not much movement involved) and still – loudly squeaking to no end. I’ve tightened screws, loosened them – took the chair apart and put it back together and it’s still ridiculously loud. Eventually sprayed the entire base with wd40. To my disappointment, about 2 weeks later its slowly starting back up. Thankfully not as loud yet but can tell it’ll get bad again soon. Sadly, I likely will not get a chance to get a new chair for many years, so I work in embarrassment every day. Comfy though, great for at home use or someone who isn’t self-conscious.

    Why can’t they make a Big and Short chair?

    I wanted a blue fabric chair wide enough for me to sit cross-legged if I wanted to….allowing the arms to raise is a huge plus.This chair is perfect in every way except the height. I’m 5’1″ and it’s comical to watch me try to get in the chair and even more so when my feet dangle like a little girl on her grandma’s rocking chair.Why can’t they make a chair for big and short people? I’m not too big but I do love the wide comfort of this chair. Luckily, we had a broken chair and replaced the base with a shorter one and it has made all the difference.

    Great design for a taller and heavier person

    I am 6’4″ and weigh 240lbs. Wish I had found this chair sooner. It’s much more comfortable than any prior chair I’ve used. And I can actually nap in it by leaning back and still having my head supported! Highly recommend the fabric version!

    Well built and pretty comfortable, but with one flaw

    An otherwise fine chair has a small design flaw. There’s a needless and inexplicable gap between the bottom and back cushions, where they meet at your tailbone. It’s not huge, maybe 1″, but it’s enough to notice. I think I’ll buy a seat cushion so that I don’t feel it anymore.

    Nice chair

    Arrived on time and everything was included. The chair was easy to put together, but like others say, it really helps to have another person to help you hold things in place. We had it together in about 30 min. As for comfort, it is comfortable and the support is there. my only complaint is as a bigger woman I feel like my butt doesn’t match up with the back of the seat. Kind of like I’m sitting on the seam where bottom and top part meet. Doesn’t really feel as if this chair was made for bigger people even if it is strong enough to support the weight. It’s plenty wide. It will do for now, but I probably wouldn’t buy again just because of that one factor.

    Easy to assemble comfortable chair

    Arrived quickly and in great condition. At first, I was hesitant to buy it because I was worried about experiencing the screw failure issues that other reviews had said, but I trusted that the customer service of this shop is responsible and chose to order it anyway. I followed the instructions on the video during assembly and the process was easier and smoother than I expected, taking about half an hour to finish. This office chair didn’t disappoint, the seat is spacious the cushion is also very comfortable. Base of the chair is stable and won’t wobble, I love leaning back and taking a nap. All in all, it’s a great office chair and recommended.

    Manufacturing Mishaps But Superb Service

    So this chair has been a bit of a weird journey. When we first got it, one of the screws on the backrest ended up stripping, then breaking off in the hole, which is not good. But when we contacted their customer service, they were kind enough to send a whole second chair!However, the problem with the second chair is that one of the nuts on the backrest was bent out of shape. We decided to bend it back with pliers, and the assembly went pretty smoothly from there on out. The old chair is now in the basement and the new chair is at the desk.
