   Not Perfect but it’s a nice chair!

   Very easy to put together! Padding is thin. Stability is ok. Extra Screws were provided with tool. Adjustability is ok. During the process I noticed a few scratches on the right arm of the chair. The left arm is creased. The back of the seat had a knick in the leather. The seat just needs wiped down. It’s not perfect but I can touch it up if needed or return. I bought this chair for my office space.

   Beautiful & Comfortable Office Chair

I’ve sat in this chair for hours on end now studying, and as a middle-aged person with back problems , I’m appreciative of the fact that this chair is very comfortable. It matches my decor well.    I LOVE MY NEW CHAIR

   I ordered the chair based on appearance and product specifications. Little did I know that I was ordering not only the most beautiful but the most comfortable, ergonomic chair I’ve ever had. If I had ordered it custom made, it could not have surpassed this one! I desperately needed a new comfy office chair and this one is just perfect! It was easy to put together and the delivery was prior to the earliest projection when I ordered it. I could not be more pleased with this Amazon purchase.

   OK Budget Chair

   I just finished assembling the chair. Here is my initial impression:1. It’s budget chair in every sense of the word “budget.” My guess is the chair will last maybe 1,000 to 1,500 hours of normal use before significant wear begins to appear. The service life should be at least double or triple that. Four stars for meeting, but not exceeding, my budget expectation.2. It took me around 25 minutes to assemble the chair. Not hard at all. The instructions are basic and clear enough.3. Adequately comfortable.4. All mechanical functions work fine, e.g., swivel, up & down, etc.5. Chair does not roll easily on thick carpet when I am sitting in the chair.6. So far, I have not detected a chemical odor from the new chair.

   Very comfortable! I stream so the seat feels great for long hour sitting!

   It’s very sturdy once I put the chair together!I’m a tall guy so the height feels just right.It doesn’t squeak or make noise while turning around.One gripe I have is most products have horrible arms that come lose very easily.Not this chair!Definitely worth the price, highly recommend.

    Back support is what I need it. Its working!

    Looks and feel like a real leather.Easy to assemble, on wheels, lower back support is fantistic. You can adjust it higher, lower, I have no complains, very comfortable and my lower back after sitting whole time in the office is SO MUCH better. It was delivered like someone already open the box which I was so sad because I couldn’t wait for this chair so I risk it the time to get it together, but nothing was missing that means there was return they did a proper inspection before selling and I did’n have to return it or be mad. Very satisfied.

    Well worth the price

    it is a soft comfy chair. So far I have put in a few 6 Hour gaming sessions in this chair. It has been comfy the whole time. Coming from a $60 furmax racing chair, this is much better. Office chairs are way more comfy for longer sitting sessions. I like how the arm rests can be flipped for more under desk storage, or for when you don’t want them.Something to watch out for: the fabric doesn’t breath very well, so when you sit down a big burst of air escapes. which over time might cause the fabric to give out.con: might just be my chair. The base has a low spot so when reclining it wants to pivot to the low spot. but siting staright up, no low spot.Not a bad chair for the price. Stay away from Racing/Gaming gimmick chairs unless being uncomfortable keeps you in the game.

    Comfy!

    I got this chair for working at home on my computer. I absolutely love it. I got the white one, which was different than the usual black you see everywhere. The material is like a soft leather, and the base is nice and sturdy. The seat is nice and wide and the armrests are very supportive. You can adjust the seat height and the amount of tilt resistance to fit your needs. I made mine easy to lean back. I feel like this one will last me a few years!

    Decent chair

    This is a decent office chair for the price. It is comfortable and provides the back support I need for work. The first one purchased did have some issues. When I initially sat on it, it would veer to the right if my feet were not grounded. In addition, it got very wobbly after a few months of use so the seat would tilt back n forth and wasn’t stable. I emailed customer support and a person named Chuck ended up sending me a new base after trying a few remedies. Once I replaced the base, it fixed both issues so I may of just gotten a defected one initially. This chair doesn’t go as low or lean back as far as my old one so you can’t go pimp mode if your going to use it to binge a series or something. It’s more of a work office chair but effective in that respect.

Lumbar support: While the curved backrest is a nice touch, it could provide more targeted lumbar support for those with back issues.     Great Quality for the Money

    This is one of the best purchases I lumbar support. My physical therapist advised I needed a chair with a high back and adequate cushion to remind me to sit strait with my shoulder blades touching the surface to prevent slouching as well as good cushion on my tush to preve presher ob the upper spine. This chair hits all points.This chair hits all points my PT specialist asked for. This is an increadible chair for the money. Since America manufacturers very little, I am quite sure unless they are made of real leather, those 200.00-300.00 chairs that looks just like this one are probably the same chair.The chair comes with instructions, that are easy to read, just don’t jump ahead and put the cylinder that connects the chair to the wheeled feet on the chair first, it will make attaching and alignment if other parts cumbersome. Front, back, arms is the top order, then put extension legs together, wheels and cylinder on the wheeled legs. Attach top to bottom and your ready to roll…no pun on.words 😊. What truly makes the assembly easy is the screws are marked alphabetically on the package and on the directions so you know exactly where they go.Its a good fit for medium to tall heights as well as medium to heavy builds I weight 208 and it is a comfy fit. I can’t remember if the weight limit was on this item, but most limits are around 245 lbs on this style of chair. If you are in doubt contact the seller. If they don’t answer, don’t buy. Plenty more of these of equal quality anf similar price with a available stats.The fabric does not have to be handled delicatley, but at same time you get what you paid for. This is not real leather so clean with a damp cloth only. No detergent of any sorts it will react and slowly (or quickly) degrade the synthetic (plastic or pleather if it makes you feel better). Dawn dish washing liquid my seem gentle if it gets dirty in the arm/head area. Dawn is designed to break down oil. Pleather is oil based. Over time it would soften your fabric leaving it open to tears. This chair is very sturdy, but remember this is not a 2000.00 Knoll. This chair is not designed for frequent weeeee spins by your children and definitely not the adult. The same for the constant manipulation of the arms.

    I’m extremely satisfied with the NEO CHAIR Ergonomic Office Chair.

    Such a deal!

    Edit/update- the seat of the chair is 100% uncomfortable after about 6 months. I tend to wear jeans most days and the dye transfers to the light colored material. You can see the outline of the springs in the seat which shows the cushioning is not good. The rest of the chair is still comfortable except the seat which has caused some tailbone sensitivity. This is disappointing as the chair looks great and feels comfortable except for the seat area now.I bought an office chair at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. I got a reasonably priced one as I was in denial about how dang long we’d be working from home. We returned to the office so I didn’t use that one as much anymore. And then, our offices flooded. Ugh. We are back to working from home until all the work is done. Started having back problems from that “denial chair”. Bought a chair pad but that didn’t help. I knew I needed a new chair but didn’t want to spend a fortune on it. THIS! WOW! This chair is a night and day difference! It arrived a day later than expected but not a biggie. Super easy to put together! They provided all the tools and bits needed in a blister pack instead of little baggies. They even had a section for “extras” just in case. One feature I really like about this is that the arm rests can fold up so you can easily slide the chair in so it isn’t sticking out from your desk. I feel like my posture is better with this chair and then realized how bad my other chair was compared to this. The only issue I had was that one of the arms was scuffed up on the silver piece–it’s on the right side which you really can’t see with how my WFH office is set up. If I ever needed to, I could touch it up with a silver Sharpie. If you’re on the hunt for a reasonably priced office chair that is comfortable, easy to put together, glides with ease and is aesthetically pleasing… this is the one for you!

    Comfortable and Lux

    I’m a smaller lady who has trouble finding a good sized chair that doesn’t crane my neck forward not being a taller person. This chair is sized very well from the back to the bottom and the quality of leather is lovely. It’s not too soft or hard and is comfortable to sit in for extended periods (wfh). I like that the arm rests lift up and plenty of height to it as well. You can turn the bottom knob to adjust how much you can lean back, but it’s honestly not very much and a bit still only rocking back maybe an inch or so. Color is a nice brown and true to the picture, easy to assemble and the instructions are clear. No funny smells to it.

    Very nice chair at a reasonable price.

    Packaging: The chair is well packaged. All the parts were in the box. All of the hardware is labeled including a small pack containing extra pieces of hardware just inn case they are needed. The allen wrench has a T handle and is a step up from what I typically see. The seat and back come covered in plastic.Assembly: Overall the assembly is easy. The steps are in logical order starting with attaching the spider legs (my term) being attached to the center piece. At step 4 of the assembly the instructions show putting a cosmetic cover piece that hides the bolts that attach the legs to the center piece. This cover was not in the box. I reached out to the seller & they promptly responded. The assembly instructions in the box was a first addition. There is a second addition that illuminates that step because the cover is no longer needed. They sent me an electronic version of the correct assembly instructions. I did notice during assembly that there didn’t seem to be a need for the cover because they design looks finished without the cover.Appearance: When assembled the chair looks nice. The feel of the material is nice. The finish of the back and seat were good. There were no issues with poor seams or sloppy sewing lines. It looks like they have a good level of quality control in place.Comfort: The chair feels nice with good lumbar support. I feel like it fits like a glove. However, I’m only 5’6” tall. I wouldn’t expect a taller person to have that kind of fit. The lumbar support is not adjustable. The chair will adjust in height and the recline function can be locked out.Overall I would recommend this chair as a good, no frills chair that’s comfortable. Time will tell if there are durability issues.

    So comfy!

    Love my new chair! Extremely comfortable and seems to be great quality. I ordered the white and it came with no scuff marks, scratches or damages. It was so easy to put together! Make sure you keep the box until you’re done putting together because the box makes assembly easier! Only complaint I have is that it seems to tilt sideways just a bit when I’m sitting in it. Other than that it’s wonderful!

    Size Matters

    I hate to give this chair a less than positive review because it arrived looking exactly like it does the photos and seemed to be good quality. But there are so many rave reviews, and I had to return this chair that I feel like I had a warn people about the size.This is a very small chair meant for a very small person. I am 5 feet 4 1/2 inches, 140 pounds. I fit in this chair, but I felt like it formed to my body to the point I felt claustrophobic. I thought it must be like what people who are in the space shuttle feel like when they’re strapped into those little formfitting seats to hold them for lift off.The chair does have good lumbar support, but to the point where it felt like there was a bar in my back. The chair is straight up and down with no give, and it forces you to sit straight up and slightly forward – There was no way to adjust this. The version that I received rocked slightly forward, but not back and that might be a parts issue, but trust me when I say you do not want your movement to be forward on this chair anymore than it already forces you to be. I did attempt to turn the adjustment knob to stop the rocking, but was unsuccessful.I didn’t get this chair through the vine program. I paid my own money for it and as such, I returned it For being too small, too uncomfortable, And too expensive for a chair who is armrest are too low for 5’ 4 1/2”. There is no way to raise the armrest to what would be a comfortable height.On the positive note when I started the return, the seller did contact me and offer replacement parts and a small discount to keep the chair which I declined because it is so uncomfortable. It wasn’t worth paying any amount of money for me and it was a hassle to return.If you were taller than I am, or weigh more, I advise you keep looking for different chair. It really frustrates me when they’re 1 million positive reviews on some thing that has design flaws like armrest too low, being too small, and keeping you positionally straight up and forward. I guess that might actually improve your posture over time But if you work from home like I do, you’ll have limited time in this chair per day before you need something else. At least that’s my experience.

    Comfortable for hours. Has some issues.

    Edit: I contacted support and they sent me replacement parts to fix the chair, all is good now with the chair and now it gets 4 stars.I want to give this chair more than 2 stars, but frankly with the issues I’m having with it I honestly can’t. First and foremost whenever rolling around with the chair the wheels continually turn to the right so they don’t swivel properly. Secondly, I can be sitting in the chair and the pin holding the chair in the upright position will pop out at random times and I’ll fall backwards into the tilted position, which startles the heck out of me thinking I’ll fall over completely. Also the mechanism to keep the chair in the upright position, has play in it to where it will be tilted back a bit already as it is. I do like the flip up arms, as well as the soft pads of the armrests.

    Ok chair maybe if you don’t sit in it a lot.

    I bought this chair 6 months ago and unfortunately the padding on the seat of the chair has flattened to the point that it offers no support anymore. Some context though: I work from home 3-4 nights a week and sit in the chair for 12 hours at a time. I weigh 200 pounds. Even though I do sit in the chair a lot I didn’t expect the padding in the seat to flatten so badly that I’m now sitting on a hard surface. So, I guess if you’re not going to sit in this chair for hours at a time then it might be ok. The rest of the chair was fine. Just the padding didn’t hold at all. I eventually had to get a different chair. Wouldn’t buy this again unfortunately.

    Not for petite people

    The chair seems well made and is sturdy. It’s a huge step up from the dining chair I was using. That chair was causing me pain so I got this. My husband thought it was small, which made me happy because his chair is too big. Because it seems like a good chair, I gave it 4 stars. However, if you’re short, look elsewhere. My feet are at least 2″ off the floor at the lowest height setting. The arms thankfully fold up because to be close enough to my desk, they hit it. I like the headrest height. Leaning back comfortably is difficult because of where the angled back meets the upper headrest/shoulder rest. My shoulders hit at toward the bottom of this part and it’s not comfortable. It sort of pushes me forward and the curve meant to support my back ends up not doing much of anything. One of the reasons I picked this chair was for the low back support. Sadly it doesn’t do much of anything for me. I need a chair so I’m keeping it. I’ll probably buy a lumbar support pillow and a stool for my feet.

    So Far So Good

    This may change over time as I use this chair and it goes through the rigors of my life. However, so far it is good.It was pretty easy to put together. Directions were clear. I did have trouble getting the armrests affixed to the chair back. It seemed to take hours. In reality, it only took 20 more minutes. Had I had a helping hand it would have been faster.I’m short. 5’2, with sawed-off legs. This is the first time a chair’s lumbar support has hit me right. Yay. Raises and lowers smoothly. Yay. Armrests can go up to accommodate goblin sitting. Double yay.There are some things I dislike. 1, it is supposed to tilt and it does not. That was a selling point for me, and I’m not happy it doesn’t work.2. It’s smelly, like new vinyl usually is. I’m airing it out in hopes this will dissipate.3. It could use a headrest, and the neck support hits me way wrong.4. Vinyl is not very breathable. But that is vinyl for you. I may cover with microfiber chair cover of some sort.Editing to add: Customer service is really fantastic. They helped me figure out why the chair wouldn’t tilt, and I had it fixed in mere minutes. It makes a huge difference. This chair is super comfy, the most comfortable office chair I’ve ever had, and it makes WFH so much easier. I highly recommend it.

    Wonderful Chair with good back support

    I purchased this chair after reviewing numerous chairs on the Amazon site and on Prime Day it was a great deal so I got it. I was surprised at the quality of the leather which was excellent. All the parts are in a pouch which contains all you need to put it together nd even came with extra bolts and washers. The only semi-difficult item to install were the arms as you need to push the leather side seat material a bit so you can engage the bolts but once you learn that little thing it goes together easily. The arms fold up so you can push it up against your table and not damage the arms. Good quality for the price.

    Very easy to assemble, not well proportioned for shorter people

    This seems to be a decent quality chair for the price.I assembled this chair by myself in less than 30 minutes. The instructions were clear and simple to follow. The diagrams were accurate. I really like the Allen key that was provided to affix all of the bolts. A single key worked for all of the bolts. The bolts were placed well and there was no need to strain to get the key to fit in where it needed to be. I recently assembled other furniture that came with an Allen Wrench that was small and difficult to grip, especially when torque was needed.At first I was intimidated by the gas lift cylinder that listed as a part. However, it was so simple to attach.The chair itself is quite deep and the seat is wide. The design of the back and arms causes the back of the chair to rock back and forth a little each time I reposition myself. It’s not necessarily bad, but something to get used to.The chair is bigger and less firm than my last chair. It has a lumbar support that is slightly too pronounced for me. I’m 5’4″, I think this chair is better suited for someone a little taller than I am. I put a pillow on the seat to raise me up, the chair fits better now.
