Great Customer Service
The chair is really comfortable but I bought this chair in May and it’s already broken. I am a bigger guy who Weighs 350 lbs but I bought this chair which clearly states it supports 400lb. Last night, while laying back in my chair the arm rest snapped. I reached out to the manufacturer and they were able to resolve my problem smoothly and swiftly with no problems. Thanks for all the help.

Very comfy, challenging to put together by yourself
This chair is very comfortable. It has good lumbar support and a very comfy seat. My only gripe is regarding the set up. It wasn’t enough to reduce my rating but I would recommend having a second pair of hands when putting this chair together.

Very comfortable! Glad I bought it.
I love this chair. I work from home and was using a chair my company provided, which gave me a sore back. So after some research and comparing specs, I ordered this big & tall chair. I’m 5’10”, and it fits me perfectly. It would fit taller people great, too, as well as shorter people than me. What I like about the chair the most are the wide seat, the arm rests that can be flipped up, and just that I can sit in it all day long and my body feels the same when my work day is done as it did when I started. The padding is very soft and comfortable. I’ve used it for several weeks and my sore back went away immediately. Highly recommended, and it only took about a half hour to put together (and my 8-year-old daughter helped).

Comfortable, Supportive, Amazing office Chair for the remote worker
Overall, I love this chair. The material is soft yet durable. Iโm happy that it is made of a material that wonโt peel. The chair is comfortable and supportive. I work remotely and sit at a desk for 9 hours a day. I no longer have my back and hips hurting from the lack of support. This chair is awesome!

Comfy if a bit tricky to put together without help
Yea find a friend or roommate to help you put the back on. It is a pain if your trying to do it by yourself. Otherwise, I love the chair. Its nice and comfortable. Has a large seat for my large butt. I don’t get stuck on the armrests. The wheels don’t work on carpet verry well, so either get different wheels or have a chair mat if that matters to you.

Assembly Issues, but otherwise Good
I initially bought 2 of the grey chairs. Both chairs had one or more of the screw holes partially blocked/clogged by fabric and one had messed up threads. My husband had to re-tap it. Even if you lie the chair on its side, attaching the back to the arm bracket can be pretty fiddly. The alignment is inconsistent from chair to chair. Yes, we left the screws loose as directed in the instructions. That said, once assembled the chairs are very comfortable and look pretty nice. I ordered 4 more. After more swearing during assembly, we are now using 6 as dining room chairs. Our friends are enjoying sitting on them.
